Simon offered a very fast, knowledgeable & efficient service. Having rang him at 8.30am on a Friday morning, to have it up & running by 3.30pm the same day was brilliant and that was bearing in mind he had a job in Derby before hand! A first rate service and good value for money too. This was the first time we have used Simon and will have no hesitation in calling him again for any future issues. Unfortunately I can only give a 5 star rating but would have been more than happy to give 10 (or more) if I could have done!! Thanks Simon for such excellent service!

What a fantastic company to use. My washing machine door handle broke and I decided to use HDS as they are local, Simon was so helpful on the phone and said that he could fit it the next day (which was his day off) he was very professional with a smile on his face and got it all sorted within 30 mins. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Called Simon this morning to take a look at my mum's washing machine. I had already called a few people who either didn't cover her geographical area or weren't interested because she lives in a retirement village!?! Simon said he'd make every effort to get to my mum's this afternoon, which he did promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to fetch the part required (because he didn't have one on his van). Very courteous, very professional and very friendly. Job done at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I called an engineer from an another company. He asked what was wrong with it. Said not working making no noise at all on start up. He quoted me £195 to fit a new pump without looking at the machine. Called hds came out same day checked the machine said fault was with the door not recognising it's shut. Cost me £60. Called and fixed same day. Clearly much cheaper, he knew his stuff and a nice guy. Machine had been run a few times now and working well. Thoroughly recommend.
