Even though it's a small shop it has a great range of products. They deal in high end audio and visual technology so the prices are not cheap. But this is what should be expected of the brands. The customer service is A class and the knowledge of the staff is impeccable.

I bought some Sennheiser headphones as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, due to my own stupidity they weren't bluetooth, so I was a bit worried they might not refund the price as it was entirely my fault. But they were brilliant, no fuss at all. Highly recommended.

Popped in today 1/8/2014 for some iem's I wanted to listen before i bought - as you know in ears are not really available often to try before you buy.... Anyway i was able to have listen to the sales person's own b&w's....(Chris Reddish) I bought some as they where bloody fantastic! and on sale!!
