It was perfect for all the little odds and ends I needed for craft projects, DIY, car upkeep, kitchen and general odds and sods, including a surprisingly large selection of sweets and food.
The only problem is that I no longer work by it but it's still the best place for kind of stuff from where I am.
N.They sell very nice stuff. Need a lot of time so roam around. They have lots of Christmas decorations. They had a long que while entering. Had very interesting items. Wish I would buy these beautiful penguins n take with me to Sweden.

L. P.Shop is lovely , but one member of staff yesterday 13.6. 22 at approx 11am was just downright rude . Massive queue and he’s messing with a display stand . The only other lady serving asked him to help . His reply was ‘in a bit ‘ eventually he went on the till and not one greeting , no please , thankyou or nothing . Surely staff could try manners it doesn’t cost anything.

Unfortunately the Iady the store has ordered the wrong coloured outsoor storage unit and we have emailed but there's no updates or emails to say theve received our message and its out for dispatch. Can't seem to speak to anyone and don't want to drive to the store again

v.You honestly need a good few hours to have a browse through but if you do, there are some great products, especially home decor/soft furnishings, at very competitive prices! It's also situated inside a retail park so you can grab yourself a bite while you're there too ;)
Only tricky thing would be trying to find a single item in this massive store!

S. D."If you can't find it at the Range, it's not worth having." No, not true. Don't claim what you can't prove. Plenty of choice within certain ranges, but not always great quality. Limited art and crafts, excessive range of twee, kitsch 'objets d'art'. Good for mirrors and run of the mill pictures, also picture frames. Decent for cookware, handful of electrical appliances. It's a bits of this, bits of that place. And for heaven's sake, when are you going to fix the toilets in the Nottingham branch!!!
S. C.As they day, 'If they don't sell it, you don't need it"! Quite true. I found everything here I was looking for, plus other things. Staff are really helpful and polite, and prices are very competitive. My son used the customer toilets too, which were clean and in good condition.

p. m.The Park is wonderful well worth a visit. Cafe is rubbish what little that is on offer and there is very little. It is expensive so if you go take your own refreshments.

Excellent selection of card making supplies, dies for your cutting machine. Also acrylic and watercolour paints. Craft kits for all the family. Selection of yarns for knitting and crocheting. Really good prices compared with some retailers and online shops. Good car parking outside.
m. m.The name says it all, huge range of products including kitchen stuff, toys, gardening, furniture to tools, outdoor activities and more. The chances you go in and come out empty handed are zero.

M. D.This store has virtually everything, the car park gets mighty busy though so watch out for that and go early if you want an easy life and an actual parking space. Sharp turn off the m roundabout and make sure you’re in the left hand lane. Grab a multitude of snacks Sy the surrounding business like Greg’s, KFC or Costa.

K. D.My first time here & honestly, a really badly laid out store. Feels like it's cramped as the aisles aren't very wide at all. I actually got lost trying to find the checkouts and when I did find them, the checkouts are so small there is no room to put your items on the till and so packing is awkward!

S. A.I went in earlier on around 16:35 as I had to give a few items back however I had lost my receipt, a lovely gentlemen at the customer service area helped me and was very professional. He advised his manager that I have lost my receipt, his manager took the last four digits of my card and the date I purchased the items and then found my receipt. The gentlemen then continued with my refund and gave me a full refund on my card. I was absolutely shocked and left the store as a very happy customer. The service was excellent. Keep up the good work.
K. T.For a good selection of certain things like stationary and photo frames the Range is great, but the garden section is very disappointing. There is hardly anything there right now and not many plants either. It looks like they have really scaled back their lines or just can't get hold of a lot of stuff. Local garden centres are much better for this than the Range right now. I did buy a selection of plastic flowers and a vase to go with it, which really do look stunning and very well priced at around £2 a stem and this vase (see picture) has eight stems. Much much cheaper than any garden centre I have ever been to! I must say the shop in Nottingham is not doing a good job of helping out the customer in terms of queueing. We are made to stand in line next to the parent and child parking and dodge people getting in and out of cars. Also people coming out of the shop have to walk through the line to get to their cars! Really badly done 😣

C.As usual at this time of year, very festive, but when you are looking for something specific as I was & find that some low-life has opened a sealed box, taken out the product & returned the empty box to the shelf, you have to wonder about the security aspects. Staff were very good considering the mad rush they had this morning but till lane control could have been better.

Having said that, if you're willing to spend time looking (the shop is massive) then there's some really nice things. Good for affordable picture frames and kitchenware. Seems to be a reasonable selection of paint. If you like tacky Xmas decorations this will be your wet dream.

A. S.The Range is one of my favourite shops! Not enough staff on the tills at the minute though. The queues are massive and the last 2 times I've been it's taken 20-30 minutes to be served as they've only had two people serving

Reasonable priced photo frames and good enough for what I payed.
I did want an easle which was over priced massively so good old amazon to the rescue there.
You do have to look about as pricing is not always fair. Some over priced art supplies and wooden crates that I wanted for a wedding exhibition stand - but not at that price.
My advice, check the net before you buy if it seems overpriced. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't.

S. B.The Range stocks a large variety of products from furniture to dog toys. Everything that I have bought from there has been good quality and reasonably priced. The staff are extremely helpful and professional.
p. e.Great art supplies, however throughout the store a lot (10%) of items aren't priced up, so pot luck if you take them to the till.
B. P.The retail park this branch is on has a very large free car park. There's disabled parking outside of the shop and easy access. The majority of shop are craft orientated which is great as it enables customers to shop round in 1 area. The goods can be a little expensive and lack quality if you buy the cheaper items. Staff are very helpful and polite.
S. 1.Great place to find just about anything you want. If you have a dog or cat the pet food range is good plus all those treats for your pet. The also sell Regatta clothing.
T.Called in while in the area and they have a awesome Halloween section out at the moment as well as Christmas

Do be careful though sometimes the quality is not the best and items can break or not work properly.

Furniture is very cheap and reasonable quality.

J. F.Having searched for years (literally) for comfy pillows for my bed, I bought a 2-pack of anti-allergy pillows last week and Hooray! comfortable, warm and soft pillows which I am delighted with. Excellent value at £6.99, way better than much more expensive ones I had tried previously from other shops.
P. S.Excellent shopping at The Range. There is a huge variety of craft related goods at fair prices, along with fabrics, furniture, paints etc. At the moment ( September) there is an assortment of Halloween and Christmas bits. A cafe and toilets are also available.
N. E.When it's good it's really good, some really good value items but the quality is not always the best. Worth checking crafting items here and Hobbycraft before buying as these guys are often cheaper for the same products.
P. B.Typical Range store with plenty of choice of different goods and well stocked shelves. Visited the store early November 2016 and the range of christmas decorations and goods was amazing. The cafe is clean and reasonably priced. Parking can be a nightmare as it is shared parking on a retail park, so dependant on the time and day depends on how difficult it is to park. Friendly and efficient staff.
V. W.Love The Range stores, love the huge selection of products.
Only problem with this particular store is that the Toilets are always out of action and so is the Lift and I suffer from Vertigo so cannot use the stairs so was unable to go upstairs.
Also I realise this is not the fault of The Range but there is a time restriction on the Car Park of
2 hours which is ridiculous because it's a huge Retail Park and you can easily spend 2 hours in the Range alone !
I know why they do it at this particular store it's because of the Football Stadiums nearby but it's a shame that parking is restricted in this way for the shoppers !
Why not bring in a charging system for anyone who wants to stay longer than 2 hours - I would gladly be willing to pay a Parking Charge to be able to stay longer than
2 hours 🚕🚕🚕

D. B.Huge range of products , you could easily spend a day here just browsing. It’s a bit like being a child in a sweet shop! Always have offers on one thing or another. Sometimes the tills back up and you have to be patient but that’s a very small gripe to be honest.

W.I was in the range store Nottingham Lady Bay Retail Park I came across a Indian gentleman I believe his name was prakesh he offered me great service even stopped what he was doing and approached me and gave me all the advice as possible for my work that I was doing I was shocked when he told me he used to work for homebase he’s a cridit to the store and he is excellent at what he’s doing I will be coming back to the store and seeking this persons advice never came across this excellent customer service at the range stores where I have been shopping previously. Me and my partner are really happy with the great outstanding customer service he stands out from the rest of the people that I have come across during my purchases at the range stores .
T. W.So much Varity of stock in store, for home, garden, outdoor wear, garden furniture ect. Need plenty of time to explore and navigate the store. I was really supprised with the range of stock and quality.
If there is a fault its alittle tight round the till area exspecially if theres a few waiting to be served, so its hurt to get past with a trolley.

w. 0.Great stock only 0lace around that stocks the hot tub equipment I need all year round. Only issue is the staff are always busy and can be hard to find to assist with a quiery but it's not thier fault.
A.Lots of items did not display prices. Today the store was quite empty with large areas missing stock, not sure if deliveries have been missing for several days.

C. R.A great store with everything you could possibly need spread over two floors, with a lift and stair connecting both floors. it is one of the largest Range in Nottingham. There are custom toilets available at the back of the store, with a large accessible toilet too.
Some of the alise are slightly on the narrow side for those with mobility issues or those who use a wheelchair, but there is always another way around.
There staff a great very helpful i can't fault them.

R. F.We often use this store; can seem a bit cluttered at times. Has a reasonable café, but oh those toilets!!! As we use the store regularly we know where they are situated "out of sight". Then we come to the toilet area; what a mess!!!!!!! These need updating , but the worst thing is the condition of them; does anyone ever get round to cleaning them? THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!!!!!! If you want us to use the café how about making the toilets useable at least!!!!!!! This is the standard whatever time you visit them. Most places have an hourly inspection sheet viewable; are The Range exempt from doing this?

l. m.On arriving at the Range it was very busy.The shelves are well stocked and the Christmas displays very nice.We had coffe and cake in the upstairs cafe which is clean and very good service..The last time we visited the ladies toilet was not very nice and needed a lot of TCL.I didn't check this visit.I still love to browse and stop in the Range.
