Absolutely adore our new counter stools by Vaunt Design! They look even better live, so very stylish, comfortable and also sturdy. The delivery time was quick which is such a pleasant surprise these days. Customer service the team provide is brilliant as well: we had a tiny issue which was resolved very promptly (thank you Rob!) Will come back to buy more beautiful items form them without hesitation.

5 Star Customer Service!!! I had been eyeing up these pendants for our new kitchen for a while and after seeing a discount code on their website I decided to get them! The day after I purchased them I noticed the pendants had disappeared from the website and so I dropped them a message to check everything with my order was ok. I received a response straight away to say they no longer had them in stock but not to worry because they still wanted to get my order to me. Steve at Vaunt designs looked after my order very well, they ordered my pendants in from Europe just so they could still get them to me! I was over the moon as a lot of companies in this situation would just send a response to say they’ve over stocked and cancel the order but Vaunt Designs did everything the could to get these pendants to me as quickly as they could! I had to wait a little bit longer but I was constantly kept up to date with where my order was and when it was expected to get to me! When they arrived from Europe to Vaunt designs they emailed me to say they would be with me soon and I had them 2 days later. They managed my expectations extremely well! They always responded to my questions really quickly and always kept me up to date. You can’t put a price on good customer service and I will most definitely be using Vaunt Designs again in future. Thank you so much!

The team at Vaunt are so helpful and give wonderful customer service! Steve and Rob especially have helped me personally so thank you to both of you! There has been a delay on a product we ordered (from the manufacturers not Vaunt) but the team have kept me updated and been very helpful when answering questions. They were also great when another product was shipped in two parts and DPD didn't explain this so I was left worrying that half the product wouldn't turn up! Steve and Rob reassured me and both parts arrived in separate deliveries, still very quickly too. At all times, their communication has been extremely quick, polite and professional but also friendly which is a trait often missed in other customer service experiences. We love the lamp we bought and are really excited to receive the crockery set as and when it becomes available. Can't recommend Vaunt enough, for their fab customer service and their stunning products!

Exceptional customer service and beautiful quality bench. I needed the Lena Nordic Dining Bench in Black urgently and Steve went above and beyond to ensure it got to me in time. When the bench arrived it was really well packed, took seconds to assemble and is really sturdy and beautiful. I'm so pleased and will definitely buy from Vaunt Design again.

I haven't received the bar stools I ordered yet so cannot comment on their quality, but I can say the communications from Vaunt Designt due to various Covid related delays, has been excellent. Due to a house renovation I have been ordering a lot of items on line and the level of service/communication has been shocking from other businesses. I would definitely use again based on their service so far.

Just received a set of mugs and some jute storage baskets ordered from Vaunt. I was really impressed how quickly they arrived, given the current situation with delayed deliveries. The stoneware mugs are really sturdy, and look very stylish on the open shelves in my kitchen. The baskets are great quality and exactly as they appear on the site.
