A modern designed, first world appearance department store. The staff, although I had gone on a Sunday were, as I found, incredibly energetic and helpful. I arrived early morning, and quite easily found my way to the department I was seeking courtesy of the well placed signs and, although on the day their were no designated sales advisors in, where I was viewing, another sales advisor with whom I approached was incredibly knowledgeable about the items I considered purchasing and being a salesman of sorts myself I could tell her advice and knowledge was genuine and based on my personal needs and requirements. I was not treated as just another number, customer, opportunity to sell something overpriced and unnecessary to. Contrary to this, the cashier sales lady managed to assist me with deciding on a very suitable product that, in fact was cheaper than I had anticipated yet still ticked all the points on my list of the required product. I would shop there again.

We met up as a family and had an all day breakfast it was excellent food. The service could have been a little quicker around the till area and getting drinks. So long that main food was getting cold. Other wise pretty good, suggest more staff at busy times.

I do prefer this store to the other ones. It's always fully stocked, it's clean and tidy, it's spacious. It also has places where you could eat without leaving a store. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I personally always find what I am looking for in this Debenhams, from shoes to home products and kid's clothes. They always have good offers and bargains!

Always love Debenhams clothes and perfume. Staff are very helpful...I was trying on a coat and wanted an honest opinion as I was unsure. First of all its location is great. Just a few minutes walk from train stations. It does offer wide range of clothes for both gender and most of age group. If you want to buy some clothes quickly then you can visit this one. Cheers

Good collection of various items. Several designer brand collection available. The store is two floors. Makeup, perfumes, clothing on the first floor and home and bedding in lower floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. A definite stop for me everytime I visit Telford town centre.

Big store with most clothing and household things you need, a few improvements could be in the jeans section for men, loads of big brand jeans but maybe some more affordable pairs would be nicer. The suit area is Good, suits feel like a good quality and the suit fitting man is very good at his job got my right fit the first time with no measurements taken.

Very few staff around. Male toilets closed....used baby change one...very clean but no soap or towels. Benches at entrance to toilets are very very tatty and need refurbishing promptly. Bought clothes for latest gt grandchild... Look good and served well at paypoint.

Had to visit knowing that the company was in liquidation, I found a lovely suit. Unlike my new suit, the staff were abhorrent. Snarky and disinterested regardless of the fact that we were the only customers on the floor. If you know what you are looking for and happy to serve yourself and know your measurements then get yourself there. If you need assistance I'd try John Lewis.

I am warming to Debenhams. It helps that this is a great branch. Plenty of stock choice including high fashion and such essentials as socks, undies and business shirts. Value for money also stacks up well. Deserves to survive.

Our Debenhans is staying thank goodness. More people should visit. Everyday/week they have special deals going on now. They're great reductions too, 40% -50% in different departments. Last few days I bought a watch there & it was 50% off.

I was in the Oxford store on Sunday November 1 - I bought a few Christmas presents and asked for a bag - on leaving the shop to buy a newspaper in W H Smith the bag handle snapped and one of the items broke (glass all in the bag!) The staff were amazing - even though the fault was not with them they replaced the broken item free of charge - I cannot thank them enough

Although not the biggest Debenhams I've visited, it felt roomy and was well stocked. Both pairs of sandals I was interested in were available in my size. All members of staff encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Today it looked like a store that is going to close down soon. Not many shoppers there for a saturday. Bit gloomy. And the 2 products I came for weren't in stock. I don't know how much longer they are going to be able to compete with the Westgate shopping centre. Not very by the look of things.

This is a nice store, with decent choice. Although the men's section has just formals and casuals. None of the outdoor apparel advertised on the website is available. I mean I would like to try some stuff before I decide to buy it. Had to go elsewhere. Also the style of casuals stocked caters mostly to the younger generation - understandable, oxford being a Uni town. But I would like to see something other than slim cut trousers and jeans. Cant comment on the women's section of course!!

Debenhams has been a consistently reliable and courteous staff. It’s occasionally difficult to get around the shop, which is quite ironic given its size, but they have a tendency to overstock. They are helpful and courteous.

Fairly good department store, although, unfortunately this Debenhams store feels slightly out-dated and can't compete with the new Westgate development nearby; with its fresh, modern style and up-market shops. Despite this, Debenhams is pleasant to visit and still provides a good range and variety of stock. However, I always prefer to compare prices before I buy and when doing so, I have noticed Debenhams is still quite expensive on stock that i can usually find cheaper elsewhere. Furthermore, if it weren't for the in-house brow bar which gives me reason to visit on a regular basis, I would probably by-pass this store all-together.

Large department store that sells everything from clothing to home furnishings at a reasonable and affordable price. Clean store friendly staff and well organized isles. Bought a rucksack and it was the best price online and in-store. They usually have a sale on, for example the blue cross, this is a great time to buy. Not 5 star becuase the Colone tester I wanted to try was empty and as mentioned above you should wait for a sale before purchasing, the prices are not low all year round.

Have always loved this store, great selection of clothing with something to suit anyone on any occasion. Full floor of menswear, and another of womenswear. Langerie section on middle floor and first floor has a wide range of cosmetics stands which are fully staffed. Top floor you can find homewear and a wedding planning service. You fabulous selection of Christmas gifting, great quality every year.

Large department store set over 3 floors including a large restaurant and smaller coffee snack rests throughout. Child changing restrooms and disabled toilets. Has escalators and lifts available offers everything one would expect from a large high street name like Debenhams designer brands selling clothes,shoes,bags,toiletries and make-up also electrical goods and items for your home along with sports wear and equipment a place you can happily get lost in for a few hours often bargains to be had staff friendly and knowledgeable wheelchair friendly during sales can be busy therefore if shopping with children during these times can be a little bit challenging.

Went to meet my mum for the start of a girlie day at debenhams cafe. The coffee was tasty if expensive but the cake slices were even more unreasonably over priced despite looking very nice. You could bake a cake for the cost of one slice

Unfortunately Debenhams is beginning to look a bit dated and stale. The service is good and the cafe and make up counters are of a decent standard. However the majority of the store, in particular the men' s clothing department is dull and boring. I do hope it stays in Oxford...It is a bit of a local institution...It just needs an extensive makeover.

Mixed experiences. It's not a very large shop like many Debenhams are, and so it's a touch hit and miss whether you'll find what you're looking for. I also phoned up desperately looking for a particular table, and when I found that they had one left, asked them to put it aside - they refused, so I had a 2 hour journey which could have ended with the table having been sold.

Newly opened in August 2017 long overdue in Stevenage. Set on two floors has coffee bars and a small Nandos. Large womens and mens clothing sections. Typically has womens cosmetics counters. However homeware section is dissapointing. Overall a nice place to shop and has parking outside

I was recently shopping in your store. We are from Dumfries and was visiting my Son who lives in London. He took unwell and collapsed in London and was in St Thomas Hospital we had to arrange stay longer in London so very worrying time for us. My husband was buying me a bottle of tresor at your Lancome Counter and the lady who serviced us was a credit to your store she was very sympathetic and She gave me a few samples and it was a lovely. She made me feel very special and by doing that I have bought Lancome Foundation and will now build will build on my collection. I sent my Daughter in-law money so she could just get it from this counter as we are home now. This lady may not remember me, but i will remember her kindness and will be back in London next year and certainty visit her counter. Karen
