I had a storage space issue at home and bought a folding table and chairs from here, great choice of homewares, curtains, lighting, bedding and furniture. Very clean establishment and fast service at the tills, it was busy but never waited long to be served. No robot tills which is a great customer service I much prefer a human cashier. Well done for the service, I recommend this store.

Went to look for a rug today, there was a very helpful man dealing with the rugs, he was lovely, he could not have done any more to assist us, he is a real asset to the company, exactly what you would hope to Encounter but rarely do.

Shame the trip was marred by very poor service in the coffee shop. 3 members of staff behind the counter, no other customers waiting, although they all looked at me, they all ignored me. I left without ordering.

The store experience was good. Employee on the door to welcome customers and hand gel was available. Queues were short and it's a very large store - sells a lot. Remember, a lot of Dunelm's items aren't great quality but they are good value for money. Cafe closed early which was a disappointment.

Very busy today. I couldn't find the items I wanted on the shelves. Could be better stocked. Good sale on at the moment. The member of staff who helped me today, was friendly. It was a good experience overall.

The 5 shop assistants we asked for guidance at different times, were all extremely nice, genuine and helpful. Such a good experience. Aided by them, we found really lovely cotton curtains, a natural woollen rug and two absorbent inside floor mats fir beside outside doors, all at a very good price. I quite like this shop. It has a good range of home products and is generally fairly priced. However if I was rating just their Pausa cafe it would have been no stars from me. The cafe staff are so slow that big queues build up to place orders and then another queue forms to wait for the coffee to appear. Shockingly slow service - avoid!!

Shopping online on Dunelm is quite awkward service for me this service no make any sense of functionality look like they hide the product for the public personal access and sell it only online to force pay and use delivery service.

The service is hit and miss. Some staff are exemplary and then you have those such as today who stand in your way on an aisle when your arms are full and nearly accuse you of changing the price tags on things but stop themselves when they realise that that might not be the right thing to do. Due to this poor attitude we actually left the items behind and they lost the sale. Not the first time we've felt compelled to do that and it's not something we'd do lightly considering we've spent time driving there. Also not really a great advert having staff smoking outside the main doors. Have bought many quality items from Dunelm but would prefer consistency with staff.

Apart from the entrance the isles were a bit narrow and it seemed a bit unorganised in that the sections were not as clearly defined as they could be. Loved the reduced price ornament shelves though, thats worth the visit alone.

This is a good shop, both for ideas and for good quality at a reasonable price. The range and scope of bedding items such as fitted sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and duvet covers is pretty broad. Well worth a visit if you are shopping for additional bedding.

Quite a good store, even if you're a business. Was recommended this place by a business friend who saw I was quite an online shopping fiend. I was skeptical, but found quite a few specific items that were not available in the rest of Oxford and which were exceptional quality: 1. Slotted spoons - shiny and durable. Around £7 2. Table cloths - lots of tacky ones in Sainsbury's, and plastic rubbish online. Dunelm's ones were big, washable, durable, and without colour-fading. Around £11-£15 3. Storage boxes - £8 for 32 litres is not bad and, whilst they don't work well for a long term market stall (they crack + don't hold much weight), they were easily / cheaply fixed with gaffer tape. Not come off anything that seemed a rip-off (which is all too rare in Oxford), and was impressed by the quality and variety. As a suggestion: they should offer Employee benefit schemes more than just 1% cashback online. I'd shop more there if they offered employee discounts in-store. Still: a good place to shop, and provided me with lots of durable business kit that does the job.

I really love this place they sell some amazing furniture/home wear and i can always find something i want weather its in the sale for example a gorgeous purple rug reduced from £30 to £7.50 amazing! staff are very polite sweet and smiley when i asked if they could find the price of a couple of items as that seems to be a major downfall i couldn't find the price of a lot of things and sometimes there will be 3 or 4 of the same thing on a shelf but its not where they came from clearly ... in the kitchenware section it was hard to find a cheese greater when everything seemed to have no price or be in the wrong place of to have fallen off the wall but other than the lacking prices amazing!

Since my last outing to dunelm it's had a face lift, it looks much improved and feels cleaner and fresher. It has a great selection of things you didn't realise you needed! It was sometimes difficult to navigate the aisles with the trolley due to the layout but with a lively little person with me it was the preferred location due to all the breakables! I can't say the staff were particularly happy and weren't over enthusiastic when advice was sought. We decided to have a treat in the lovely light cafe...that I'm afraid was the only positive in the cafe, we queued for over 10 mins and once I had paid it took 22 minutes before my jacket potato arrived and then it was partly uncooked and served on the smallest plate possible, the coffee wasn't particularly pleasant either and the cutlery was dirty. The new toilets are a much approved improvement although they need to keep an eye on toilet paper!

I love Dunelm because of the different items it does. The Oxford one isn't as good as Swindon,but still a nice place to visit. Only problem was not enough staff on the tills plus their click and collect was down. Also do not have a milkshake from the café. Worst I've ever had.
