Can't fault this company, having bought several items as small as a headphone jack and up to a power amp with several items in between. What singles them out is their knowledge and advice. Recently I wanted to change my headphone amplifier, and was unsure which to plump for, so asked their advice. They responded quickly and I ordered their recommendation, which arrived promptly. If I'd have gone over and spent ages auditioning the models on my shortlist I couldn't have chosen better. Analogue suduction from my experience are a fantastic audio store i made a purchase on the 19th of november the whole process from start to finish was excellent i called up looking for some advice on a new brand (hifi rose) personally i had never heard of the brand but was interested as it had everything that i required the guy i spoke to was fantastic he give me all the information about hifi rose and the product i was interested in without all that pushy salesman nonsence you get in alot of stores, he offered a very good discount as i was buying the product outright he didn't have to offer any discount most other stores would not have, even told me when my item arrived give it a try for 7 days if i wasn't fully happy with it give them a call back and they would go though other options to get me what i wanted excellent serivce 5 stars. Now when i recieved my item from them unfortunatley it was damaged not analougue seduction's fault so i give them a call on a saturday and spoke to a guy named scott explained the situation and he was fantastic explained as it was a saturday he wouldn't be able to get hold of the hifi rose rep until monday which i thought was fair enough but to my surprise i had a call back at 4.45 that day explaining after my call he emailed the rep and the rep had got back to him and he wanted to keep me updated, on the monday i had a call from scott explaing that there wasn't a replacement for my product in the uk as it's such a new product to market and they were expecting a shipment in the following week that was a little disapointing but not analogue seduction's fault when next week came scott rang me to explain that there has been a delay in shipping so he got on the case with the rep from hifi rose even had the managing director involed and managed to recall a review unit which was out on review just to send it out for me to use as a loan unit until new stock arrives and they can send me a new unit out the customer service i have recieved from scott and analogue seduction have been second to none they have bent over backwards to make sure me the customer is happy and to get me something to use until the shipment arrives all i can say is thank you and i would reccomend analogue seduction 100% to anyone looking for new hifi gear and to hifi rose for their excellent effort in searching for a replacement/loan item for me excellent on both counts i'm a happy customer and will definatley be using analogue seduction for any future purchases

Impeccable service even amidst the current tough times. I was looking to start with a turntable and they took the time to go over my thoughts and confirm the setup I had in mind, as well as fit the new cartridge I was ordering for me prior to delivery so I didn't have to worry about damaging anything trying to do it myself on a first time setup. All arrived in immaculate condition, setup as discussed and packaged very well. Now I've been using it to spin my humble collection of records for a couple of weeks and it's been perfect. I purchased a pair of UK-made Spendor speakers, at a substantial discount vs. ordering from a dealer here in the USA, even with the cost of international shipping factored in. I sent Analogue Seduction an email with a question about the order and received a response within minutes! The speakers were carefully prepared by Analogue Seduction for the long journey across the ocean, with extra bubblewrap on the OUTSIDE of the carton. They were shipped immediately and took exactly one week to arrive here by FedEx in the Boston area. No taxes were collected either. Even though the speakers were listed as "Grade B - Demo" condition, they look absolutely brand new, without even a single scratch to be found. I am absolutely delighted with my new speakers, and would not hesitate for a second to make another purchase from Analogue Seduction.

Phenomenal service and I really only came across them by accident!! I was originally looking for a replacement stylus for my turntable but nobody seemed to be able to source them. I bought and returned an expensive record cleaner and asked for a refund and although they agreed to give me the refund, whenever I call or email I get the same reply that the refund is with the accounts department and they will ask them again! Although I live in a different country I've ordered cartridges and phono preamps from Analogue Seduction several times, as their prices were competitive, and they carried a lot of different brands. Also, something you almost never see in the hi-fi world is the ability to try out a cartridge and return it for a refund if you don't like it, due to the fragility of cartridges (and that's something I completely understand), but Analogue Seduction let me do just that. Also, I once couldn't figure out if I had a problem with a worn record (that looked perfect), or if it was a problem with the cartridge, so they let me order another copy of the same cartridge to see if that solved the problem, and then I could return it if it didn't. I imagine that I've been a bit of a difficult customer, or at least one that has had difficulties making up his mind, and Analogue Seduction have been very patient with me. There were also some problems with refunds once, but they were very helpful, and it wasn't them who made a mistake (it was a technical detail with my bank), and it was all sorted out, and I have nothing but praise to say about them.

Having an old but working set of Beolab speakers I wanted something modern yet flexible to run though them but also allowed Airplay Bluetooth etc to be utilised and allow me to expand the system. I recently bought a pair of Amphion Argon 3LS speakers to replace some Celestion A2 and team up with my 15 yr old Naim Nait 5i amp and Arcam cd93 . I have been very pleased with both the service from AS and the performance of the speakers. Communications and information were good leading up to the purchase and on the day of delivery. The speakers themselves sound ok at low listening levels but as soon as the volume is increased they come alive. The vocals and bass notes are clear , cymbals are crisp and individual instruments such as piano or sax really stand out. A definite upgrade on my previous speakers but Im not sure my neighbours are quite as pleased as I am!
