I can't help but love Dunelm. This store has great products at the right price and friendly approachable staff. When I visited I needed to check the size of something in my vehicle with a tape measure and the store staff were happy to lend me one. The only thing is that this store is always a mess. Empty boxes, stock in the wrong place, stuff piled up haphazardly. It's a shame because that is the only blemish on an otherwise great experience.

I found the service in Dunelm today very good, I was after some new bedding and couldn't find all the sizes i required. A very helpful sale assistant helped look on line , ordered it all for me for delivery and took payment without me having to go to the till.

Thank you to Rosie or Rosar didn’t quite catch her name. I returned two items to the value of £162.00 which I had bought and had delivered on line. I did not realise as a company Dunelm do not give a receipt of any kind to a customer when returning on line products. It was the first time I had returned an item this way. I was concerned that I had no proof what so ever that I had returned the items. The young lady who served me was alone on checkouts and whilst she did ask for help it took a while arriving. Despite this and a queue forming she dealt with my concerns very well, She remained patient and considerate . still have not received my refund but I was assured not to be concerned . I am very happy with the staff at this store however Dunelm as an organisation should surely offer some kind of proof to a customer of a return.

We have just redone our bathroom and my hubby wanted a nice mirror, looked in a few shops but couldn't find what he wanted. We called in at Dunelms and as soon as we got to the mirrors he was spoilt for choice. He left a happy man with said mirror 😁

Went out looking for a new duvet and pillows and some covers etc for my son's new bed. Went to 4 different shops and left dunhelms till last as they generally have more choice and a little cheaper than next and m and s. Anyway got help from a lovely lady called eliza in their peterborough store, she was amazing and helped find what we were looking for. Ended up spending more than I wanted but for quality covers that will last and a nice feeling of being looked after. Thanks again Eliza ! Great service

The store itself has good selctions, and the prices are reasonable. It is important to have good and free parking for customers. The only disadvantage is that the stock on the website and at the store does not match. The items I wanted to buy were not available for collection at my local store according to their website and I would require a 20-mile drive to another location. When I went to my local store to get something else, I noticed those things were available afterall.

Really nice store, with lots of choice for the home. Not expensive either. We bought 6 roll down blackout blinds, each 600mm wide for our 1600 + length. Nice quality, easy to fit. And literally everything supplied. Only tools used were tape measure, drill, and screwdriver. Total price £48! Beat that! Happy😊.

Shop wasn't great as it looked a bit unloved compared to my local Leicester branch, however the young lady that served us was fantastically helpful ( really wish I got her name ) she helped us in sizing amd choosing lounge curtains for a large bay window and patio door which we ended up buying with bedding as well.

Products I purchased were top quality during the sale period. However Dunelm would benefit greatly on adapting customer service training for their young staff. Particularly the tall blonde female staff. Every encounter with her has been unpleasant. Passive aggressive, rude and unprofessional. If I'm spending £500 in your store, I except good overall service delivery.

Used their click and collect service today and I am extremely impressed with the efficiency. Ordered my item for collection, arrived at the store and phoned them from the car. A few minutes later my item was brought to me and left at a safe distance for me to collect. Very well organised and great service.

You can find really nice things at affordable prices, the only issue I found was that pretty much every single item I wanted to buy and take home with me was not available for buying. Basically they had the items exposed in the shop but they have to be ordered. I mean I guess if someone walks in a shop instead of ordering something online is because they want to buy it there and then. Besides that, everything else was a good experience in general and the staff was just lovely.

Dunhelm checkout staff were lovely however, finding someone on the same floor as you when can't find what you are looking for is an absolute nightmare. I spent an hour going around and round in circles looking for a pan lid holder to free up space in my cupboard I gave up in the end! I'll shop on line next time.

Dunelm has a vast variety of all homeware. All at good prices, a good selection of styles, colours etc. Lots of lights and lamps and a huge selection of bedding. A good place to go for ideas for wedding presents too.

The only times that I have ever been in Dunelm is with H. She loves the place! It's a massive, two-level store with just about everything you could ever need for your home. We've bought most of our bed-linen, towels and window-blinds from there. Why 4 stars? It doesn't do contactless!

Seems to be less fabrics than there used to be. Huge range of ready made curtains, and fabrics for custom made furnishings. Almost everything you would need in the homewear department. No electricals that I saw. Two floors with a good lift and central stairway (not tucked at back of shop).
