I have used Hughes Trade a number of times in recent years, always receiving outstanding service. My last purchase was no exception, with the member of staff Mathew O'Sullivan truly going above and beyond to cater for my needs. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the price I paid was very reasonable. I can highly recommend Hughes and particularly Matthew who has treated me every time as a very important client.

I have found Hughes Trade to be very quick at sending over your quotations, well priced and have fast delivery! I would normally stop there but they top it off by having very friendly and helpful staff, one in particular who I have been dealing with is Matt O'Sullivan - Top chap! great on the phone and able to have a bit of banter too.. its lovely to be dealing with a bubbly human rather than the dull robot like customer service/sales members I seem to come across these days. Thanks Matt!.

Popped in looking for a new TV not really knowing much about the new tech I was unsure what to go for, the manager of the store Rob spent a good hour or so helping me choose the right one, I didn't feel rushed or pressured like I had in Currys earlier that day.
