I love the Range, and this is my favourite Range store. It has the size to include so many different things. For me, it has the biggest range of affordable craft materials I can find, but there is always so many interesting bits to browse at very competitive prices. And you can't go wrong with the boxes of broken biscuits!

Incredible shop. Have tones to offer for multiple things, a little pricey and arranged a little awkwardly so I’d advise having a good look if in need of something specific. However overall they have amazing things, staff will go above and beyond for you and ultimately a wonderland for pretty much anything you could want.

Visit the peterborough range regularly love the stuff in there... But i did meet a very rude member of staff at the exchange counter. I was exchanging something and she was in front of me. I joking said you cant exchange anything you work here while smiling. She gave me a nasty look and said im not im buying something. I should have reported her really... but apart from her its a lovely shop...

Unquestionably, the best dessert shop in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good waffles in time. The atmosphere inside this shop was very vibrant and relaxing. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, guys! This place is very different and well organized according to other places. The desserts are amazing, music of your choice. The owner is very sweet… Ever the best dessert, The cost is fair for everything and the atmosphere is the best. Will go again .

Not been here in many years and only went for the key cutting machine. The staff manager was friendly and I was able to use the toilet which is a bonus. Layout could be more organised as it's a bit of a pickle and prices weren't cheaper than other places but it's big and stocks a lot of different homewares and gardening and craft stuff

Staff attitude not great. Despite being told the item was in stock, when I arrived I waited more than 10 minutes for a member of staff to come to the customer service desk after being tannoyed. She then said she had no idea what the item was so had to go all the way to the garden centre to point it out. "Don't know if we have any, go back to customer service and wait for me". 15 minutes later " Well we do, but buried deep in the warehouse and the fork lift driver will need to move everything to get to it. He has just gone on break. Do you want to come back later?" As I had travelled a distance to get there as the item could not be ordered on line I said I would wait. I suspect they hoped I would actually go away rather than need people to do what I presume they are paid for! Having said all that it got better from there, after another 30 minutes I was able to collect the item which was excellent and very good value. Suggest staff training in the use of the words "I am really sorry but" and " However what I can do is".

First I asked if I could take my purchases into the cafe by a staff member. Went to the cafe saw how expensive it was for 2 cakes and 2 lattes. Gave the young man with a very quiet voice a 20 pound note, as I thought it would be over 10 pounds it actually came just under a tenner 9.60 only got change. I said I gave you 20 he said no it was 10. I asked him to check, he just looked and said he couldn't open the till until they had another customer. I waited, never saw him again. As a pensioner it was a very expensive coffee. Very disappointed.

Went In the range for a range of products. Firstly the customer service desk was really helpful and showed us where everything was. They helped us cut keys for our new house and it was quick to get so many keys cut. Helped us with light blubs and our basic questions around that. Really helpful staff in a clear clean and tidy shop. Will be heading back there when I need new items for sure!

Lots of wonderful items,reasonably priced, you can go in for one thing and vote out with 2 shopping carts if you have no will power,very busy,nice shop,the only draw back is they only have two single toilets ,which in my opinion with the large footfall they have I was surprised, as the toilet ques were long,however they aren't obliged to have customer toilets so,if you need too use them keep your fingers crossed there isn't a cue,staff seemed polite, but way too peopley for me.

This store has so much to offer food, drink, DIY, toys, lights and kitchen ware to name only a few of what is available here. Store even offers furniture and an Iceland food section. Items are fairly priced and mostly priced and labelled clearly although improvement s could be made. My only issue is the stores Isle awareness isles can be cramped and probably on the limit of breaching H&S / fire safety procedures i.e the current layout of the storage boxes Isle.

Got some good items and the staff on tills are great! Not suitable disabled parking bays are way too small to get a wheel chair out so have to block the road then pull into space. Shop aisles arent really wheel chair friendly either end up dragging stands with you and way too tight.

After ordering two Armchairs online i was given a date they would be delivered up to, the first one arrived earlier without any word or notice,when i tried to contact my local Range and find out about the other one it then became a nightmare on the phones which i wont go into, why tho is no one employed instore to answer phone enquiries from customers if other staff are busy?...its called customer service. Also it may help if delivery drivers contact customers to let them know that a delivery is arriving.that day.

Like the products , really excellent value, generally very good experience with Staff, had one negative Staff experience where the member of staffs English wasn’t proficient enough to help me with my search for an item, however, this was made up for by excellent service a few days later when a member of staff spent 20 mins searching for a picture that was in the Warehouse, I bought it!! Also returned one other item, again really good customer service desk, polite, quick and efficient .

Christmas decorations are out! There are so many great ideas, all white decorations, rose gold decorations and so many other colour choices. I forgot about the great decor pieces you could pick up range. It is a place to check out.

The store itself has great offers and lots of products. I asked one of the colleagues where they had coffee machines, and she said that they don't have any in stock. At the same time, my brother asked another worker for the coffee machines, and she showed him the way and offered help. Such a lovely lady. As for the worker that straight up said there aren't any coffee machines without even bothering to check, should get fired, if you don't like your job why be there. Find something else.

Price lableing is often confuseing or absent , center of the store aisles are a muddle , too close together , if I have to go in my wheel chair there is no room to shop these aisles . Friendly staff , good value , plenty of choice

This store looses at least 4 stars for the car park of doom (do NOT visit on a Saturday, if you value your weekend). It gains some back for customer service, product quality in relation to the very reasonable prices, and range of goods available (pun unintended, but I'm going with it). But it'll never be even a 4 star place whilst that car park still exists. That said, it is worth a visit during the week, I always leave with decent products at decent prices with decent customer service..... Unless it's a Saturday, then you'll never leave.....or get parked... Just avoid at weekend at all costs, remember, Car. Park. Of. DOOOOOM 🤪

I don't often visit The Range unless I know that it has something I can't get in town. However, when I do I'm always impressed with the bright, spacious store with an immense 'range' of products. It's easy to drive to (I wouldn't walk there) and easy to park at. It has just about everything under its capacious roof, including nice, friendly staff. The prices ain't bad either! Worth a drive to and a wander 'round.

First time I've been here and it's amazing so much stuff in one place.....I think that a few trips or to spend a fair few hours here would be necessary to make sure you'd covered everything as I think it would be easy to miss bits out! They had everything that I wanted. The tills were a bit slow and the staff did seem quite disinterested in their work but I guess that's kinda standard for a general store like this.

This store stocks a great deal of different items of good quality for the home and more. You can find things for all the rooms in your house, aswell as toys, arts and crafts and mirrors or picture frames. They are all at good prices

Some beautiful homeware mixed in with other cheaply made substandard items (like the white moulded picture frames which were a damaged/ obvious seconds). Prices are good and if you have the patience, and time, you can find some lovely things.

Extensive stock, but there is too much crammed in. Good value if and when you've found what you're actually looking for. Busy, busy, busy and never enough tills open so be prepared to queue. Car parking a bloody nightmare as you are fighting for space with a similar store and a toy shop next door.

As the name suggests has a massive range of products. So many things to look at. If I want or need anything I go there. And there is a lovely little cafe where you can have lunch and they do a kids meal bag. Perfect for if you want a cuppa and snack before you continue your shopping. Plenty of parking as well.

The range is full of everything you need and everything you are sure you don't need, the best way to shop here is to go with your partner then send them on their way whilst you go to the coffee shop and sit there till they have finished. When they return you must show enthusiasm for all they have bought, if you show any dissent then remember for your partner to buy what you like then you must go with them, but the coffee shop is really nice so do yourself a favour and just smile and wave, smile and wave.

Massive site, a bit hectic with all the xmas stuff on sale but very helpful staff member on the helpdesk at 6pm the night after new years day full of energy and well presented if I knew I was rewriting a review I would have taken her name down. Found another helpful chap shoulders deep in storage boxes poor sod who pointed me in the right direction amongst the size of the site as I had never been there before and when I went to pay despite only one person in front of me they opened another till for me. I will be going again. If the GM watches for these reviews please look into who was on duty a d thank them 3 for me they made a very long day easy.

The Range is a very nice place to go shopping mostly for supplies and electronics e.g. lamps, light bulbs etc. They sell a lot of furniture at the back of the building. The Range also has very kind and helpful staff members. The Range sells gardening tools and sea life equipment e.g. fish bowls, aquariums, fish food etc. They sell animal food and equipment. There is much more to this amazing place. Would recommend coming here. They also sell candy and chocolate products if you're wondering.

The Range is what it is, very affordable homeware products, be under no illusions that you will get anything like the quality of John Lewis etc. The staff seem friendly enough and the store is clean. The rating would have been 4/5 if I thought that the products would last a decent length of time but the product quality isn't there (hence the price). I also removed a star because of the parking, we visited 4pm on a Saturday, the store wasn't busy but for some reason it took 30 frustrating mins to get out the car park, clearly the store location is not good based on the road network around it and unfortunately for The Range I would prefer to find an altetnative homeware store than battle traffic getting out.

The Range is one of my favourite shops and I can usually find what I need. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning, it is unbearable in the Peterborough store and my family had to leave men in there. Would easily be 5 stars if more comfortable to shop.

Is possible to find everything you need to make your house a home. From decoration such as: flooring, walls and dress your windows to the last touches, includind bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and also furniture and gardening included.(Bed linen, pillows, pretty ornaments, kitchen gadgets & organisers, lightning) Has also a cafe, bathroom and parking which is very handy. This place is a must during christmas season. 'Every' woman will love this place! The prices are atractive too, especially on the cleaning section. Enjoy your shop! The only dawnside is the traffic at Bongate roundbout.

Although they had the product I was looking for I was very disappointed with the way social distancing was being handled the Isles and now cluttered which makes it very difficult keep your distancet there was nobody on the door to monitor the flow of customers and it was very very busy cleaning products trolleys and baskets and hygiene product for your hands was empty although the sign clearly stated you must use them before entering the store when I told the cashier about this got the reply they always are!!

The range here is huge, with lots of everything. It's a treasure trove of stuff. My only criticism is that they always seem to be working on some part of the store. Their Christmas stock was still abandoned in a sparse rear quarter of the store waiting for bargain hunters to collect bits for next year. It could have been consolidated into an aisle, with other stock filling the rest of the shelves.
