We brought a washing machine from these guys right at the pandemic. It then broke down on me recently and they came out within 24 hours of a call and fixed the problem. (blocked pump). The repair guy was very courteous and friendly informative, and upfront with all costs. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Fabulous service! Came out the morning after my call to look at our washing machine which had started to leak. Unfortunately it was beyond repair. The following morning, they installed a refurbished machine with a 12 month warranty and took away the old one. All for £150. Just brilliant!

Was given his number as we put on our local community Facebook page looking for some advice regarding our washing machine. He was very friendly when booking us in to have our carbon brushes changed. We were booked in for between 9-12 today and he came early into that time. It was the brushes like he originally said and replaced them no problem and even though his card machine wasn't working he was very patient waiting for my husband to go to the cashpoint for the payment. Called a few repairers for a quote to repair of my dryer before them. This company quickly went through the model & SN number and advised to us to call the company to register this product, as it is due for a company recall and not to spend money repairing it. Top marks for their honesty and efficiency. Won't hesitate to use them in the future if/when i need a repair done.

Very happy with the service received. We've had 2 machines from them now over the years. They are decent honest guys and offer good value for money. In our case we never buy new now as the machine lives in the garage where it is damp but even if it was in the house I think I'd still buy refurbished from here.
