Great vaule and very professional. Phoned up the Thursday about an issue with my washing machine. They came out on the Friday morning fixed the issue. Definitely would use again!

I havent even had any work done , but what i will review is the outstanding customer service i recieved... i phoned with a prob and the girl on the desk couldnt help me so passed me on to an engineer.. i explained my problem and without any hesitation or ooo this is gonna cost ya. He proceeded to talk me through the prob and as a result i have been able to fix it myself ... cant thank u and your staff enough .. will deff be recomending you guys .... thanks again ...

Staff were courteous and really helpful over the phone to provide me honest information about the problems I was having with my dishwasher and recommended what I do next. If ever required, I will definitely call again.
