If there’s a better company out there if a more honest trade I’ve not found them. Again today we got advice on the phone that probably saved us a fortune. Jason could easily have charged us a call-out for the same advice. Trust and integrity go a long way. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

We had a call on the morning of our appointment to confirm when the engineer would be with us. He arrived on time and quickly identified the fault with our Rangemaster oven and set about the repair. Issues with the installation of the cooker several years ago caused some complications outside the remit of the repair but he persevered and was able to complete the repair. Excellent service and delighted to have the oven working again. Thank you very much.

Jason called the day before my cooker repair was to be done to arrange a time and arrived very promptly on the day. He was able to carry out the repair efficiently and gave us excellant service. Excellent service, good honest advice. I phoned on the Weds with 3 issues on 3 separate appliances, and they come round on the Friday morning. They managed to fix 2 appliances, and they gave a honest opinion on the washing machine saying it would cost about £250 to fix, so probably would be more economical to get a new one because it was nearly 10yrs old now anyway, or contact Hotpoint for a fixed fee repair. I would recommend this company.

I had a recommendation to use Devon Domestics. What was so refreshing was Jason's knowledge and his honesty. After a brief description Jason identified possible problems and rather than charge a call out fee, advised that on this occasion, given the age of the machine and the problems that needed fixing, it would be best to buy a new appliance. He could easily have taken a quick buck with the call out/ fault finding charge but he chose not to. Next time I need an appliance repairing this is who I'm calling.

I neeeded my washing machine repaired. Jason fixed the problem in a professional and efficient manner. Good workmanship and would certainly use again.
