Good find amd good deal. One stop shop for home needs. 😎

Visited briefly for some new pillows and couch throws, we were lost on what fabrics would be best for the winter approaching. A very kind young person, called Elliott I think, helped us pick out the best budget friendly options that were of good quality to help keep us warm. We are very grateful for their patience, and will be coming back for their expertise soon. 👍

It's okay. We went to get some storage bins and baskets and whilst we managed to get a few I was a bit disappointed with the choices, or rather lack of. Possibly they were running low. I didn't get time to have a really good look around, but I did buy some really cheap sets of scissors. Ive since discovered why they are cheap. The shop is clean and well laid out even if you don't know your way round.. I'd certainly go again, as I'd like to have a longer look around

Whilst trying to “collect “ an order I thought my daughter had ordered before going on holiday. The click and collect colleague couldn’t locate an order. On further investigation it wasn’t ordered. So i tried to order on line without success. The store click and collect lady called a colleague to try and help us. And she found a pair that was longer than we needed but I bought them. Your colleagues are a credit to you and your company well done ladies. I think the colleague upstairs was called Tracey. Thank them so much for their excellent customer service.

It's a great shop with lot's of great products.. you can shop on a budget or buy more expensive and luxurious things. There is always a great range to choose from. Cafe is a bonus with a tasty coffees and nice cakes. There is a fanatic sale going on atm. One of my favourite shops!

I only went in for tea towels for our friend, as our friend had seen some online, but isn't able to get to get to the store and wasn't up for going out that day, stroke victim. Too much information perhaps. But that's the reality. Anyway, Dunelm has so much to offer, you can't help but wander around and think, oh, I could do with this that and the other! Before you know it, you wish you had a basket or a trolley. The store is extremely clean and well laid out. Meet and greet at the front door, on this particular day anyway for my wife and I, perhaps they new we were inbound! Just kidding. If you have read my reviews, you will know my sense of humour. Tills are very well spaced. Staff are happy and plentiful. What more can I say, other than be safe everyone. Marcus.

It was confusing to find what I wanted, price tags were confusing and after finding out I wasn't collecting an order staff disappeared. After a confused wander looking for rugs I found some very overpriced display rugs and left. Felt like a waste of time.

Retail warehouse type shop selling household items. Can be a bit on the high side price wise but worth a visit if you are setting up home. The top floor has a cafe and is mainly dedicated to selling curtains and other window accessories.

Amazing variety of lovely items. Good quality also variety of quality so priced for all. Well laid out. Good snack restaurant reasonably priced. Small niggle was that some of the items we looked at weren't priced - some mats and sale rail curtains for example. No sign of staff nearby and didn't feel like hunting them down. Other than that, a favorite shop of mine. Always buy something...even if I don't mean to!

A great place to buy everything for your home. Good quality, reasonably priced and interesting, whether you want traditional or contemporary items. Two floors with the ground floor being the larger and the top floor displaying curtaining, soft furnishing fabrics, haberdashery and a cafe. Helpful staff and plenty of free parking, although it gets busy at times.

Fantastic service, could not be better. My kettle blew up after 30+ years of faithful service and Dunelm was the only shop I found where I actually liked the kettles and they didn't look like they belonged in an office. They were open for click and collect during lockdown so I went to the local store and they were only too happy to bring anything they had in stock for me to see to compare colours/styles. If not the kettle itself if they didn't have a display model, then the toaster to still see the colour in reality rather than the website photo. My car was parked close to the door as I'm disabled and when I saw the one I wanted I ordered it online from my car. Turnaround is meant to be up to 3 hours but the chap manning click and collect had it out to me in minutes. Very friendly and helpful, thank you.

Whenever I go to Dunelm Mill I end up buying more than I went in for. The staff are always brilliant and very polite, helpful and helpful to show you exactly where something is. I have only given 5 stars because there isn't 10 available.

Dunelm for me is one of the places I like to go if I need household items. And today it was for quilts and pillows. A very good selection of those and didn't take long to choose. A huge selection of bedding and bedroom items. Kitchen and bathroom items of all sorts. Many items for the front room. And if you are lucky like I was today. You get some bargain items. It's pretty well layed out in a way of making sure you cover all the household items. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Worth a visit .

I always find I come out with so much more than I went for! 😍 Today I was after faux leather and table protector material for part of a costume I'm working on. Both were reduced in price! Also found Method cleaning products reduced and got some extra tips from the lovely lady on the checkout.💜

The queues weren’t bad. Very badly organised and no overhead signage of anything to help you find what you need, the shop isn’t huge, not large enough to have a huge selection of goods but large enough that finding things takes a while. Wouldn’t go there again but could order something from them perhaps. Plenty of parking which is good.

This is my go to shop for homewares & soft furnishings. The cafe makes lovely coffee. The only issue I have is that most of their curtains are tab top or eyelet. Personally I prefer tape top curtains and sadly they have hardly any.

I want to give this store 4 stars because it could have a greater variety of stock and the tiles could be quicker. But in truth it's actually a really good store and alone of the better Dunelms that I have visited. Excellent for bed sheets.

Found the things I wanted at a good price including some cotton poplin that was cut from a bolt. The label printed for this to go through the till wouldn't work and it took 4 assistants to figure out how to enter it. It had to be broken down into 4 entries. The transaction took about 10 minutes, and the staff were friendly and extremely apologetic, but told me there was an issue with the "upstairs" labelling machine that had been reported long since, but not repaired. So come on Dunelm- get your act together!!!

Perfect store for bedding and curtains. If you are looking for handmade curtains this is the place to visit as lots to choose from. Certainly not the cheapest place and not sure if they don't offer contactless card payments because it's unlikely people will be spending under £30 but good choice and quality of bedding/household furnishings and small kitchen gadgets

Really really like this Denelm. There is a huge selection of house things including many unique decorations. Staff here are polite and friendly. Prices are very good with plenty of discounts and things on sale. Large free car park outside.

Have been to Dunelm very recently over the last few weeks on several occasions buying Christmas presents decorations bedding all very reasonable price afterwards I have been in with the January sales and bought towels and bedding and kitchenware also lampshades and lamps all at well over 50% off excellent staff service on questioning some products which shown right to the right department with very good customer service have also visited the restaurant upstairs with family and had a lovely coffee and light snacks served excellent service again very polite can't do enough for you .

Searching for mattress topper, great sale on at the moment. Found a Dorma tencel foam topper at great price, but could not find the size on the shelf. A lovely lady called Denise who was already dealing with a customer said she would help me in a minute, if I didn't mind the wait.... Amazing lady was juggling three or four customers and very efficiently, true to her word, she disappeared for a brief time and returned with the last mattress topper from the stock room. Big thank you to Denise we went off to the checkout with said topper and several other purchases... Happy customers, thank you.
