When my washing machine door broke recently with a full load of washing inside, the company we have our appliance insurance with quoted a 2 week wait to come and fix it. I contacted John Clarke and Son and they managed to visit the same day and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. We were really grateful and impressed. Fantastic service - and we were even able to get the insurance company to refund us based on the invoice. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!

Wow! Fantastic service. I emailed last night regards a problem with my washing machine and enquired whether to get new. First thing this morning I get a call back explain the problem and was advised accordingly and was under no pressure to just buy new . The same afternoon they delivered and installed my new washing machine and took the old one away. Answered all my questions and advised me on my new machine, testing it and showing me The new features before they left. This is the second time I have called John Clarke and son. This time was for a dryer repair. He came very quickly when many other companies were not available. Had the problem fixed within 20 minutes and again very reasonably priced. Can't recommend highly enough!

No fuss, repair done in super quick time.
