We have used Arrow Electrics multiple times now to repair our washing machine and oven. Every time we have used them they have been brilliant. They usually come the next day of phoning and are always on time. Ultra clean when they work and are really reasonably priced. I would really recommend.

Highly recommend. Realised at 9:30 my tumble dryer was faulty, filled in the online form received a call back, the engineer turned up at 1:00pm with the right equipment and the dryer was back working within 20 mins. Arrow Electrics provide the sort of service I thought had long since disappeared. We needed a repair to our washer/dryer, which proved to be fairly minor, but was nevertheless preventing the dryer operating properly. The service we got was fast, friendly and very economical. The engineer made no attempt to overstate the complexity of the problem or to charge for any unnecessary parts. The machine was up and running properly again on the same day we contacted Arrow. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and will definitely use them in the future if we have any problems with kitchen appliances.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS SERVICE. I have a Siemens dishwasher that after 11 years decided to stop working. I thought it was time for a new one.... Then I saw Arrow Electrics website and thought it was worth calling them out to see if it was fixable as it was an expensive machine. I spoke to a lovely lady who gave me a time slot and father and son arrived bang on as agreed. It turned out to be only a tiny pressure switch that had failed. They put it back together and it is now working better than ever.
