I bought all the stuffs for my new home right from bed, mattress, lights, blinds, home decor and dinnerware etc. ONLINE. I wasnt sure at first as i wasnt able to check the quality before purchase and sometime what you see online is entirely different from what you receive. But I'm definitely impressed with everything so far. Their returns policy and click and collect is also simple and hassle free. Thankyou Dunelm for adding beauty my new home!

For me a great shopping experience and I am not keen on shopping ! A great range of quality household items. Good quality and well priced. Helpful staff, in particular Krush who went out of her way to find products, check pricing and altogether be very supportive. For me overall Dunelm is my choice for my household purchases.

Interesting housewares shop located opposite IKEA in Calcot. Never been here before and was impressed by the range of products on offer. What really impressed me though is that Dunelm is currently taking clean houseware products for recycling. We took some unwanted pillow cases and duvets. Far better than sending to landfill.

So much clutter and the store seemed like a maze with no sense or direction. Having said that, there are bargains to have especially when the SALE sign are displayed. The tills area is well hidden and the slow service at the tills at times makes life very miserable. The batteries section sale near the tills area was definitely not a bargain. The two in a pack Duracell batteries were sold for just over £3 a set - I paid £2.08 equivalent for a pack of the same at Costco. The male toilets visited were in a horrible state - dirty floor and hand basins and foul smelling urinals and the whole area. Visited this store again last week and male toilets were with awful stink of urine, dirty basin with workmen gloves on top and filthy marks.

I've shopped in Dunelm many times. It's a lovely shop to look round, a department store more or less and there's a nice cafe. What I find with Dunelm is that a lot of stuff is quite pricey so usually I look in Argos or Ikea first. But sometimes after looking elsewhere I find that Dunelm had what I wanted cheaper! So it's unpredictable. Their Sales are very good. I just missed out on a 50% discounted rug because I'd put it in my in box but didn't check out in time and the price reverted, kicking myself!

The car park here is terrible when busy. The shop itself is ok, hard to find things as it is unorganised, but this could have been because I went latee in the day on a Saturday and it seemed people ransacked the place lol. Good quality items though.

Nice shop , they have litte restaurant where you can get hot food or drink I had toastie and please have a look on presentation which you wouldn't probably get it in any branded restaurants. Big plus on that from me.

The products are good and well priced but the car park is a nightmare. If you want to get your vehicle damaged by indifferent SUV and people carrier drivers this is the place to go.

Always love dunelm. We got out curtains, wall hangers from there. Lovely little stuff at affordable prices. Both for home and garden. Also love the photo frames and wallclocks here. Best for rugs/sheets/towels and wall hangings. Their bath towels are amazing too. We also live their cushions and pillows. We recently got a bean bag for a bargain price when it was on sale. Fab place for all ur home needs

If you're going to IKEA, try this place first, you might be surprised. Great quality furnishings, bedding and kitchenware amongst many other things and great value. We have used this store for many years and hope it stays around for many more!

Had bad customer service in the past (previous review), but today's experience was great. Bought 2 of their anti gravity loungers, in 1 box. A staff member saw I was struggling a bit to get the box on the low trolley so came to help. Then after I paid the cashier asked if I needed help getting it in the car. Fab customer service.

Well I have to give this place a good review because I love it! Staff were friendly. Plenty of selection on items too. Whatever you need for your home, they pretty much have it!

The store is quite well laid out, bedroom, bathroom and curtains are on the ground floor and kitchen, lighting and decorations are on the 1st floor. There is a lift but it's tiny so bare this in mind if you're planning on using a trolley. There's a good selection of products, although when I visited post lockdown 3 it all seemed a bit messy, there were products all over the place. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Just visited this store after a phone call with a very helpful friendly lady assistant, on arrival I was taken and shown what I had rung about, brought a beautiful rug and lampshade, was offered twice by different people if I needed help to my car withmy purchases. Customer service at its best !!

Good that they don't charge for click and collect like the competitors on the other side of the street, but they don't deliver products from other stores to this store. So if it's not in stock and it is else where then better fuel up at sainsburry on the other side of the road to drive yourself to pick it up.

I always love heading to Dunelm for a bargain hunt. The beds are always so inviting... and they have just got there Christmas displays up so festive feels all round. The cafe is back open and there's lots of choice for cakes...Cherry Crisp for me. Lots of screens up for safety and track and trace in place. Parking was easy though it was mid afternoon when I popped in. Toliets needed more loo roll...but all round a good experience.

What a lovely shop this is. If you have never been into a Dunelm shop get in here! 2 floors with 'cafe to have a coffee as well! Curtains, Rugs, all your home comforts you need for your home right down to a battery and a light bulb. Fantastic store...👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I always seem to find something I like in dunelm! Today was curtains & curtain poles. The curtains said they were in stock in reading - but they weren't 😒the lovely lady in reading found some in stock in Newbury so we went there for them. Poles and other curtains were in stock in reading so two visits, 2 stores, 1 day! Can't fault their customer services!

Good for curtains but some of the other products do not seem to be of great quality. We bought a bathroom set which was pretty bad , the soap dispenser leaks, the bath chain cord broke. It has not stopped us shopping here (we have since been back for curtains) but would rather go elsewhere for other products

Spacious to walk around with wheelchair/challenging behaviour/...there's only a few isles that are cumbersome for wheelchair; but that's not really any hardship that you can't see from the otherside. Staff are reasonably knowledgeable n helpful if you get into difficulty. Sells various items n prices not too expensive. Carpark has quite a number of disabled spaces; esp for a small shop.

Went to Dunelm today to buy a new bread bin that we saw on their website. There was two left on the shelf, both damaged but still at £35! Had to buy a different one. Looking around the store for other items we were puzzled that most things were without any prices!! When I mentioned it at the checkout they said that they had also questioned it to management. I had the impression that the store was being run down! Is it another company about to go Into liquidation? The staff were very helpful and obviously understaffed. Won't be returning any time soon!!

I love this place. I recently visited as I got told it has 2 floors. But when I went. The selection doesn't seem niched but more generic. The bigger the store the more spaces to fill up. Feels as if they filled up the gaps with generic furniture and not so niched. Would come again as dunelm is my favourite. Good for bed linen and covers. Situated off the a40. Has it's own free parking.

Ordered several items online yesterday with "click and collect" for collection this morning. Rather frustrated that the items shown as in stock at Reading weren't, but staff helpful with other reserved products. So much stuff to look at, seems to cater for a wide variety of styles/tastes. It looks like you could spend a long time pottering around, with a café upstairs, but I didn't make it that far :-)

It's tempting to go to the new Ikea built opposite this store, however don't waste your time. Dunelm have by far more superior items and quality than Ikea. The prices are comparable, but most things in Dunelm will last a lot longer and feel more worth the money. A wide range of items from towels, bedding and even cookware. Worth a look!
