We have just had our new range cooker and fridge installed by the team from McEvoy and Rowley. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything taken care of proessionally and without any fuss. What was even nicer was the end to end care we had from Anthony who not only sold us the right cooker but was part of the install team.

The service that Max provides is second to none. We have recently completed a complete kitchen refit and struggled to get some appliances due to the current global supply chain challenges. Max sourced the appliances we needed or great alternatives and always at the most competitive prices McEvoy & Rowley were extremely flexible with the deliveries, accommodating split deliveries timed with progress of the kitchen development. The delivery team were always helpful and on time. I couldn't recommend using McEvoy & Rowley highly enough - way better and not more expensive than the large online retailers.

Fantastic Visited this store to look at range master products specifically a professional. Gerry the manager was happy to show us around the store, discussed alternative brands and further specifics. Very knowledgeable. Quoted us a price fitted. We deliberated a little more and went off for a coffee to mull this over. Half an hour later and having had another quote elsewhere, we chose to go with McEvoy. Best decision. Having purchased an oven and hob from the Woodley outlet at a very good price, we discovered damage to the oven casing. After having spent hours trying to get through to Zanussi's Customer Service department I was finally told to contact my nearest repair provider in Maidenhead. I then discovered the number I was given turned out to be in Maidstone who knew nothing about the problem and couldn't help. Utterly frustrated I got back in touch with McEvoy & Rowley to see if they could help. Within the hour they rang me back to say that the issue was being looked into by Zanussi Customer Services and the following day they called back to say that the oven was being replaced under warranty. It was even fitted by them earlier than booked as they'd had a cancellation. That is what I call Customer Service and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We have brought our dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven and latest our freezer from here! Our freezer packed in over night and the guys had a new freezer ready for us in 30 mins (saved all our food yay). They also dispose of your old appliance and help install the new!
