Bought a pair of Linn Akurate 242 speakers from Ripcaster and Jon was, from start to finish, super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. A very good experience all round. Difficult to fault in any part of this experience. Would recommend without hesitation.

Purchased some Kii Three speakers from Jon and was impressed with his knowledge and his patience whilst I took my time to try out a number of different options before making my choice. He installed the speakers, along with the Roon Nucleus, not all of which went swimmingly, but he made sure all was working fine. I had a few teething problems subsequently and Jon helped me resolve them. Highly professional.

Purchased a Linn Majic music streamer, John Nelson was able to retrieve all my music library and transfer it over to a CD ripper. John was very helpful even offering to set the system up if i had any problems. I have to say the service was second to none. As am update, three years later my Linn DS Majic is working perfectly and the back up from Jon is first class.

Great place and competitive prices I've bought alot over the years and Jon is always honest with advice and really cares that you get the best product for your needs Very responsive to emails and always happy to answer any questions. He goes above and beyond every time Had a problem wiry a cyrus unit, so Jon came to my home and swapped it over with a unit he had until mine was repaired. He then came and swapped it back. Not his fault the unit had a problem but he still got it sorted Can't get better than that

Truly marvellous place to see and demo a wide range of hi fi .A dedicated Linn specialist with a wide range of high quality brands - Simaudio Kudos etc. The showroom is set in a lovely barn with lots of free parking. More important is the obvious care and dedication of the owner Jon. I've shopped with him for many years- always calm, very well informed calm and helpful.

My Zoneripper Mini is a few years old and so well out of warranty period. Ripcaster provided a fixed price repair/replacement of the motherboard as a workshop repair then did a really quick over-the-phone link in via PC to correct a couple of settings. I couldn't be more pleased with the technical support and the customer service.

Brilliant service and advice! I took my 1980's LP12 back into Jon for Core and Trampolin upgrades after he gave the LP12 a routine service. After he upgraded my LP12 I had a quick comparison with the LP Radical dc motor upgrade and was sold - I went for the Akurate version and was and still am completely blown away, not even considering that my LP12 is over 35 years old (my kids are younger!!). Whilst there Jon demo'd streaming via an Akurate DS (and explained streaming, ripping, etc) so I decided to go for an Akurate DS (to keep the other half away from the LP12!). Jon ripped my hundreds of CD's (I hate the sound of CD), set-up my sever, installed the Akurate, built the Linn Kazoo link installed the network cable and demo'd Tidal and converted me! Just fantastic advice, guidance and service. The streamer wont ever replace the LP12 but my it comes close.

I bought an Astell & Kern Ak70. Best price and outstanding customer service from Ripcaster. I ordered it at 1pm and it was in my hands by 6pm – Hand delivered the same day! (admittedly we’re were local) It’s very hard to resist buying from Amazon etc, when price and convenience are hard to beat, so for a local business to beat the big players on both is unusual. I also now have a go-to expert for all things audio, rather than just Google. Very happy with Ripcaster.

Purchased a QNAP TS 253A NAS - excellent pre-sales advice, excellent after sales support. They configured the unit raid one, installed some apps and sent it to me by tracked courier - ordered late Friday delivered the following Tuesday morning. Installed and running shortly thereafter. The unit had a proportion of the disk allocated for "snapshots" a quick phone call and Jon reconfigured it. Thank you.
