Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Argos Southampton West Quay. I went to collect instore on Saturday, not realising it was closing time. They were insistent I could grab my item as it was just a collection and were really happy and friendly. Thanks guys! 😊

Picked up a purchase here 2 days ago have to say very impressed with Covid safety measures, staff were on the ball and efficient. Pick up is at the door so no need to enter the shop which is perfect, well done to the staff and Argos. Shame about the other customers who were there who seemed to be oblivious to any safety or distancing outside, there is always one, or 2 in this case. Will be shopping here again. Top Job guys! Thank you!

Nice people, the whole order before you travel, or stand outside order on your mobile then walk in and collect thing is strange, as there is plenty of space for social distancing and tills far apart enough to have 2 open?

Always have what I need in-stock without a doubt! Fast track is actually fast and I would recommend it to anyone who is in a rush etc.. Also I forgot my card one day at home and I was able to fast track the order and pay online, 2minutes later I was walking out with the item! Great service, super fast and reliable!

I am a Southampton resident and enjoy visiting the Mall. Having visited a number of cities across the world when I compare it to other Malls it is much better in particular the availability of general sitting benches. However, a water feature with some greenery in the centre of the Mall will make it more relaxing and very attractive. Water features are very common in Malls in Dubai and Asian countries and I just wonder why such a nice mall in Southampton doesn't have it!!.

Went to pick up two items today ready for Christmas. Although there was a large queue, one particular member of staff sailed through serving customers and was so polite and friendly. James C of west quay Argos deserves employee of the year :)!!

Not all restaurants open till 9 as they advertise. Would be a lot happier if restaurants could be open till 10 as well as parking. Otherwise really happy with £1 parking after 5 and it's varied choice of shops.

Love this place. Huge variety of places to eat. Quite a few 'mens gadgets' stores which all seem to have the same stock. There's often entertainment in the main plaza, and it's easily accessible to the Southampton city centre.

This is without any doubt one of the best malls I've ever been. It's modern, big, beautiful, useful, well located and we'll organised. Without this shopping centre, Southampton would be a different place.

Fantastic range of branded stores under one roof. There are often special events going on in the main atrium at weekends. Be aware that the food terrace gets really busy at lunchtime. There is ample parking in the multistory carpark, and a bridge over to IKEA. If you are travelling to/from the Isle of Wight there is free travel on the specific bus route, providing you have your ferry ticket to show the driver.

I liked the idea of selling through catalogue. One can easily go through the products at home or at store to choose the best suited to him / her. Large variety of products and regionable price makes this stores one of my favourites.

A small Argos 'Extra' with a smaller selection of items in stock than the one on Southampton High Street. Ok if they have what you are looking for but have quite often found that they don't. The staff are generally helpful and will try to find out if the item you want is in stock at one of the other Argos stores in the surrounding area.

As its in the West Quay retail park, there's lots of parking space which is free for the first half hour. Its usually good to check out the products and stock availability online first and come down to collect via fast track or reservation. There is another Argos nearby at the High Street so always double check your order.

The self service payment system is a great idea,and the consoles tell me if the item i want is in stock.The waiting area is adaquate There can be a wait while the backroom staff order pick the desired goods.To be realistic there can be a few minutes wait but it's not life ending and the whole shopping centre area can be busy.The staff are friendly,and least they are with me.I imagine they are on minimum rate of pay,yet still do a good job,even on a sunday with grumpy customers.well done.Im not sure why the photographs of West Quay shopping centre appear on here.The shop isn't in West Quay.It's in West Quay retail park.The devil's in the detail.

Huge shopping centre with a large food court. It has many shops that you would expect from a mall, and also many smaller unique ones. It is also connected to IKEA, which is across the road which makes it convenient to travel between the two.
