Totton Argos is open again Sept 9th 2020! super service from Gav sorted out my complicated returns found me a replacement dishwasher fantastic friendly and professional service. New covid screens signage and sanitiser station very organised and so good to have our local store back up and running!

The delay in staff seeing to you needs to be sorted, especially considering Fast track is meant to be quick. But always friendly enough once they do deal with you.

I visited your store today and was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service i received.I purchased a unicorn pro eclipse dartboard two months ago and the product was not up to standard.I approached your customer service in the store and was helped without any problems. Pretty quick. I have found argos have a lot more online stuff now for home delivery which is ok but I tend to use argos when I want something there and then so this doesn't normally do. Also I have found a lot of the things I have wanted to purchase or cheaper items haven't been available making people go for the more expensive option. Used to love argos but expectations are going downhill 😐

This is a really good Argos store....If you buy a large item it's possible to park right outside. The service is quick and efficient.
