After moving house and finding our oven tripped the circuits a few days before Christmas, Mike responded promptly, booked us in, gave quick diagnosis and advice and got it fixed for us this week. WOW, amazing service from this company! - I called on Saturday as my washing machine has sprung a leak (or so I thought...) Mike arranged to pop round on Monday. He was there at 8.30AM this morning, assessed the situation. Was very clear about the cost before proceeding (more than reasonable). The issue was in face the waste pipe stack blockage. Sorted in less than 45mins. Mike was friendly, professional and got the job done. I thought I would have to replace my washing machine - but it was a case of getting the waste pipe unblocked. Absolutely excellent service and would highly recommend.

Near beginning of lockdown our washing machine failed. We needed it fixed but were worried about someone coming in to fix in the pandemic. We needn't have worried; Mike's hygiene drills were impeccable. He was very conscious of how to keep us and himself safe whilst also fixing our washing machine, very quickly. Very reasonable cost. I will use this company as my first choice if ever any of our appliances fail again. Highly recommended.

I found Mike via Check A Trade as our oven stopped working suddenly (and only 4days before Christmas Day!). Mike was able to come, isolate the fault, repair it, and was gone within 4hours of my initial call. I’m absolutely ecstatic with the fact he was able to repair It on the same day, and Mike was super lovely!

All work was carried out efficiently and effectively. Mike located two leaks, one from the cold inlet pipe to the washing machine and the other the washing machine itself. He advised on cost of parts and work required to repair. A new washing machine was ordered and he returned immediately it arrived to install it and carry out the repair to the infill pipe. All work was carried out quickly, observing social distancing measures at all times. Great service during COVID-19 pandemic.
