Reviews of The Range
N. V.
For such a large store, their arts & crafts and office/stationary section is extremely disappointing! Downstairs is absolutely amazing and a large selection of whatever you can think of, but upstairs is just a joke.
Overall tidy shop, good access to all the aisles, selection of most items is amazing, you have different options to choose from. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
A. W.
Prices missing on some items, have to keep taking items to the till to find the price. Some walk ways tight for wheelchair access other walk ways are slightly wider. Large amount of stock still on wooden pallets awaiting for staff to place on shelves. Single lift to second floor very Small for wheelchair access ( view photo 2.11.20). Only toilets on second floor not made for access of wheelchairs(view photo 2.11.20).
Disabled parking outside main entrance, which is a single sliding glass door. Once inside entrance there is a large amount of seasonal stock items crowded around entrance location.
Information update 21.06.21.
The cafe on the second floor is open. Also hot food and drinks are available outside the Range across the car park at three other catering outlets.
Iceland is moving in the craft area on 23 July 2021, the craft stock has been move to the top floor where the children toys once were.
W. B.
Large range of household items! Can spend much time here to Discover new things…
J. “. G.
Quite a large range of products, mostly good value. The upstairs area was a bit of a mess - a load of stuff waiting to be put on display, otherwise the shop was tidy (both times I went). Staff were very helpful and friendly too.
S. M.
The Range is a great shop for a variety of household items, gifts, crafts, gardening, DIY, painting, pets, furniture, they sell something of everything. Staff always very friendly and happy to take returns and resolve any issues - I had to swap a dog harness because I'd brought the size too small.
T. C.
Great offers and selection. Love that Iceland are in store too. Great range of items for all home projects
D. K.
Not a bad store, i feel though like they have less of a selection since the reorganised the store, but always find good bargains and their garden range is well priced
t. f.
Great shop with some great deals on blinds at the moment and has an Iceland in store as well as great home bargains and DIY stuff all under one roof
W. H.
Its another Range but can be abit unkempt and messy at the entrance like lots of trash and no trollies or baskets. Bit off putting when you first arrive. And the car park is poorly designed and terrible to navigate
B. C.
Very good got what we need x staff helpful needed wheelchair for husband only complaint wheelchair tryers need to be pumping up hard to push husband around x
K.
The range has a great variety of items. I never go in for anything specific, the range tells you what you want. Although there is a very good craft section and cleaning section.
L. E.
Full of things you didn't know you needed! 🤩 I did get everything I went in for!
Helpful and polite staff! X
H. B.
The store is very well managed with clearly a great manager. The staff are good and always polite. Although the queue at the till can be long, and sometimes very long, it gets cleared within minutes so do not get daunted by this.
b. h.
Not a bad Range to visit, they were transitioning between old winter Christmas stock and summer stock so pallets of stock everywhere upstairs.
Good but small café upstairs, but toilets desperately need to be repaired and updated, broken tiles and fittings in there for years now sadly.
J. L.
What is it about the range? We could always get what we wanted and usually came out with a trolley full. We have now been 3 or 4 times and come out with nothing or very little. Not our go to shop anymore. Disappointed.
H.
Good store, and variety of products. This one has a good size, so better selection of products. Good parking, and a Lidl next door makes this a good location too.
C. G.
Unlike other shops The Range had a great selection of garden furniture on display and salesman Derek, was very helpful.
R. C.
Managed to get all that I needed for very little money. This particular Range feels a bit messy and jumbled to me compared to others but it did what it needed to. Loads of stuff for home!!!
D. B.
Purchased a floor lamp got it home no bulbs went back to purchase do not sell the recommended bulbs....but I enjoy walking around getting ideas
W. G.
Lots of different things to choose form but they are often not priced up which is a shame. The checkout queues can be disappointing. The staff are happy to help and there is free limited parking.
Returning to the store after a year or so, still many of the items are missing prices or stacked in the wrong place to give a misleading price. Still disappointed with what has the potential to be a great place to shop.
M. G.
Polite and friendly staff. Meal was very good. Went with 8 other people. Will go again. Ample parking also.
r. h.
Not a bad shop with lots of parking. No phone signal with Vodafone.
Y. P.
Such a big branch. I managed to see some furniture I gad ordered and was very pleased work my choice
S. K.
The food we had at the cafe was over cooked and hard, not much taste either however the staff was very nice and helpful
s. a.
Food was really tasty, so was the coffee and cakes. Staff very helpful and friendly.
b. d.
Great store with lots of good offers, plenty of parking available.
T. E.
Nice store but some items are more expensive than competitors
S. D.
Such a terrible atmosphere, the staff never look happy. Many items are not priced or do not have a bar code or they have the incorrect bar code. Electronic system failures such as payment card and returns system often occur. The shop is often untidy with items placed on the wrong shelves.
I have to admit that things have definitely changed in the last 6 months at The Range - for the better. The shop looks tidier, fashionable, more inviting. Items priced, many staff now smile and are very helpful. My star rating has now changed from 2 to 4! Well Done!
B. S.
Large two floor store, with a good cafe.
One of the largest Christmas displays of seasonal items.
This store sells practically any item for the house including some furniture. Good for DIY tools and paint, materials etc. It has pet food and garden areas.
Confectionery on sale and including seasonal .
Large car park which is shared with other shops
C. D.
Well laid out good quality products but poor selection of vertical blinds couldn't get all sizes after phoning first and assured they had a large selection in all sizes was very disappointed to find very limited amount
j. r.
seems to have a lot of everything which is always good. staff keep store well enough maintained, however some of the younger staff openly swear a lot on shop floor in front of customers and when told to pipe down by an older member of staff the response was "its just banter mate, people should get a sense of humour" to be fair it doesn't bother me when shopping alone and i would just brush it off but this particular day I had my 2 younger children so the language wasn't appropriate at all. aside that a pretty good store and I regularly visit for my household needs.
C. H.
Don't come here that often, but on the day they had some very good 50% off deals on clothes. Now also includes, bizarrely, an Iceland. Good for the occasional shop. Very few people wearing masks if that bothers you (not compulsory in England right now).
B. P.
I went in the range to buy net curtains so glad I did because there isn't anywhere else to buy them would recommend but only problem I had was the lady serving me wouldn't cut them in half because I wanted two lots 450cm long they wouldn't do that so got one at 900cm and ask to cut them in half but said can't but thought a bit of consideration wouldn't of gone a midst
D. L.
Hoped to get some after Christmas decoration bargains , but not the case. Few reductions and all pink ! Not my colour of choice.
R. C.
Managed to find the Christmas gifts with assistance from the helpful staff. The inclusion of Iceland on the ground floor a real bonus, well stocked and well laid out. Plenty of free parking.
N. U.
Good range of items in the shop. And a cafe with very reasonably priced food and drink. The downside is that there is a time limit that people can park..I didnt see the signs displayed. And it's not run by the business it's a private company. So be aware. Its 3 hours parking allowed.
H. W.
Popping past for lunch, I found their menu very good. The portion size was good, even for the hungrier diner. Drink selection is also good.
Would have been 5 stars but I found the service was a bit slow (despite not being hugely busy) and one member seeming a bit snippy too.
S. D.
Brought 10 buzzy lizzy s for £2
and got pink wall art butterfly £12.99
V. P.
Nice store, good atmosphere, good service, more good when Iceland in there too
M. K.
Very helpful staff, and sick the items you expect in the range, with the bonus of a small Iceland in sure
S. P.
Changes in store, now selling large food range and Slimming World freezer foods. Good selection of summer garden furniture and BBQs.
S. D.
Good Range of things for the whole house, reasonably priced and helpful staff.
D. D.
No changes.. The shop still drives parents crazy by putting sweets in the way while checking out...
M. R.
A very busy store with easily over 60,000 items in stock. Like an Aladdin cave in places. When you just need drawing pins and some duct tape it becomes a challenge to find things quickly or a member of staff that is not manning the tills.
At least I found them in the end.
g. c.
Nice shop , had most of things I required , bu tills very slow
D. C.
yeah great range of products friendly staff, clean and tidy
R. B.
Sell all sorts at good prices. Have to use a pound for the trolly. And had a pen for you to write a survey answer. Not very good Covid wise 🙄
e. w.
Brilliant shop. Sell anything and everything. Started selling kitchens now. Xmas shop wonderful to get you in the mood. Very busy but well worth a visit.
P. C.
Nothing that I needed was in stock, the pet section was disorganised and untidy. They were very busy, maybe that is why. I love their garden section, always buy fruit trees and tools for my allotment.
D. G.
Couldn't see the woods for the trees
The store had too much on display
Getting around in a mobility scooter was very hard
J. S.
Not happy. Found a multi photo frame. There was a scrubbed out price of £10.99. When I found shelf, they were marked higher. On querying it, was told old stock and prixe had gone up. Up by 50%, I might add. They couldn't see my logic that, if they bought in at old price, then the cost hadn't gone up for them, but their profit certain ly had 😡. Needless to say, I didn't buy
R. D.
They sell 'stuff' and 'things'. Pretty sure every home within a 5 mile radius is decked out with said 'stuff' and 'things'. If you are visiting from the USA, dont get confused and bring a gun.
As of today (18.3.22) they don't seem to have a toy section anymore. Also, the price of crucials sauces have gone up by 10p! Scandalous!
L. A.
Did not have my items in stock but very friendly staff
E. D.
Super helpful staff. And great products. One member of staff went above and beyond to help me throw stuff together to make a cheep home for my son's reptile after our cat smashed our tank going through it. (tall blonde lady)
S. F.
A good variety of useful products. But I would need my motability scooter to get round it in future. Huge!
Deliveries not too great. You pay, but you don't get everything you ordered and they fail to tell you that a simple table lamp is self assembly. As for the suitcase, expensive and tiny.
T. W.
Had a fab time mooching around and having a lovely lunch. Choked when 3 days later I received a parking fine of £100 !!
I have not been there in a while but I saw no signs saying you had to pay to park! Won't be going back in a hurry!!
p. o.
The place that has everything! Even a new Iceland store. Great variety, good prices, loads of parking. Only criticism would be queues at the checkouts which can be enormous.
C. G.
Good range of stuff. Some of the staff are rather rude when you question the price as what the ticket states, or the offer has ran out and they haven't removed the ticket.
S. M.
Got what I wanted eventually 😌
So yes quite good 👍
Thanks Mr S Matthews
J. H.
A brilliant range of things to buy which fits the name of the shop. I found out they have a kitchen outlet and furniture upstairs but was disappointed to see that most of the craft materials had been moved on the day if my visit- not sure if they are just relocating it or permanently removing it?
K. S. J.
Carpark is a nightmare they crammed to many spaces in & did not take manoeuvres into consideration. Wont be returning
L. W.
Love this shop, amazing bargains. I love collecting pens and they have lots of offers on at the moment, online and instore. Wheelchair friendly and plenty of hand sanitiser to sanitise hands and baskets on arrival. Staff amazingly helpful.
A. W.
Mever new sail board were so cheap
A. W.
Full of cheap tak with the odd bargain. But that is what the range is all about. Its not IKEA or Dunelm and you don't expect it to be. I like the range because it a no frills store. Now with Iceland in store. Buy your cheap massive click and get your frozen peas as well. Can't be bad.
S. S.
I think everyone loves the range as you can get cute home things for such an affordable price. I did note that the cleaning section isn't as cheap as other places like pound stretcher for example, still picked up a few bits though. Difficult to social distance when its busy as every isle has someone down it or takes up the whole space which makes it awkward for you to walk past or look at the same area. Other than would definitely recommend. Also staff are great here as always!
s. b.
Grate selection large open space and plenty to see. Cue times can be long as there's never enough staff on checkouts
C. D.
Well the range is what it is so let's take that as read and talk about this one compared to others. Spacious, reasonable selection though low stock on a few things. I don't like the layout of the entrance way and it's full of trip hazards if you are blind or partially sighted, particularly upstairs is a death trap. I find even fully sighted I struggle with low small items laid out.
H. A.
Waited at the till for a few minutes for somebody to get a barcode, nobody even came to the till so I decided not the buy the £40 item. Then I had to wait another few minutes for somebody to check a £50 note using the tool which the cashier had at his til.
Poor show.
E. H.
Very big, good range of items (lol).
J. B.
I can't express my hatred but also love of this place. You can't help but go back there to grab the bits and thing you need but never knew you needed until you went in there. Go in to pick up some cheap roasting tins and you come out with a dog bed, and art deco mirror, 17 plants, a tent, and whatever you've picked up while queinng for the tills. (I don't even have a dog!)
Staff can be a bit rude and don't really care, but you can tell they are the students or temporary workers. There are staff that enjoy there job and are more than happy to help you out.
S. H.
Feeling very Christmassy after my trip to the range. Loads still in stock and lots of new bits especially if you are a gonk fan
C. T.
Alot of products not priced which is very annoying
D. L.
Great shop that sells just about everything
M. H.
Great place to shop, reasonable prices, don't go much on the Iceland in there, its never stocked enough in the frozen section.
R. J.
The Range is now huge in terms of scope of the products that are available. I can't believe the range of things they sell now. It's very good but some basic things are more expensive so watch out for that. My only concern is that the range is so diversified that it could lose focus or become very low quality, so far I didn't spot any trashy items.
A. L.
Always manage to find something, even if I didn't think I needed it.
M. M.
Nice staff and stock seems really good.
j. b.
Quality is a bit hit and miss. Great range of Mirrors. Lots of kitch house signs. Some of it feels very cheap. Bargins to be had though - just make sure you choose carefully. If its really cheap, chances are its not amazing quality. Lots of the stock feels like 2nds.
F. F.
Very helpful friendly staff, approachable. Helped me to find exactly what I wanted. Shame about the entitled "Karen" trying to bully the staff for her error. Well handled team, keep up the great work in the face of adversity!!
C. Y.
Lovely staffs especially Werner and Connor. Genuinely polite and helpful. Insisted on carrying 24 kg mirror to our car. Refused a ££ tip.
Connor should be commended by his manager.
Will definitely come back to this branch.
Mrs Cheng
R. J.
Didn't have what we went for this time, will try again another day.
P. B.
Popped into the range for a browse... Big mistake... Came out purchasing a HUGE wall clock... A picture... And other bits... Didn't have a trolley so asked a lovely young guy to help me. He was so friendly and helpful and even waited to help me get in into my car despite it pouring with rain... His name was Jason.. He even had a sprained wrist which was bandaged up but he went above and beyond with customer service... He's a credit to your company... Thank you jason!
H. C.
Purchased a tray priced £2.49 now £1.99 but was charge full price, told the wrong price was put on, was told to email head office if not happy with their policies, NOT HAPPY so no star & maybe other customers need to be aware.
E. W.
Always a great choice, today's visit though was to the spacious and comfy cafe. Lay that served us was lovely even though we caught her on a break.
K. F.
Great selection of stuff from homeware, toys, furniture, craft stuff, toiletries etc but lots not priced up. Went to ask about a curtain panel as no price, those around it cost about £10. It had been discounted in the sale to £1.80!! Such a bargain and lots left but no sign of reductions. Definitely worth a visit and staff friendly. Cafe great too especially with kids.
m. b.
Felt like an absolute treat to get out! Went for a few bits...lots of amazing deals and discounts on Xmas products! Plenty to pick from whether it's home? Or DIY etc. Lovely staff and store is massive! 2 levels with the furniture upstairs! Disabled friendly and access to the front door is levelled and sloped! Need to go again for some more bits... 🙄😊 And other stores around the retail park that are open like aldis, greggs etc...👍🎉 5*
L. M.
Staff are friendly. Great selection of goods. My only niggle is that not all products have prices on. But great value products
T. H.
Went to the Range at Antelope Park a couple of days ago (only just getting round to writing this). I wanted to share my experience. It was busy very busy no trolleys or baskets, being as I am pregnant I can't carry much but had a friend with me. I wanted a storage unit but as there was no trolleys there was no way I could. Spoke to one lady who worked there and she was on the housekeeping team. She said to give her a minute and she would get someone to help us. Not only did she do this quickly, it was only a manager of some description there. He carried the heavy unit by himself to the checkout waited with me until I had paid before carrying it to my car for me. I wanted to personally say this is the best experience of customer care I have ever received at any of the ranges and will definitely be returning for future purchases here.
T. H.
Good products and can generally get all you need from there, brilliant addition is Iceland in store
M. D.
Liked the range big choice visit it often for wide range of things , staff friendly. Handy now Iceland in store. .
R.
It's utterly ridiculous that I saw four members of staff, wearing masks below their noses. These people were walking around the store not bothered by how they were wearing their masks. Just ridiculous. You may as well not wear one- what is the point?! All staff should be wearing masks correctly. My visit was after 8pm in the evening, so the busy-ness of the store was not a distraction, as it was very quiet.
K. B.
They sell stuff, it's BRILLIANT. Just like a shop really. Can't keep the Wife out of the lighting department, she loves it, oh yes! Top notch effort, the Range.
P. C.
Biggest Range I've been in. Sells just about anything and everything all at reasonable prices. The member of staff I had contact with was really friendly and helpful
D. I.
Ok, but done sell magazine racks.
P. K.
Good for getting the bits I need, plus I get my rabbits food here, guinea pigs before that. Reasonably priced and plenty of parking.
M. O.
Really busy and if you want fireworks don't use the catalogue cos it's a waste of time
N. P.
Always a great range of products in store. Could probably do we better till point management to help with queuing
M. E.
Been there few times, has great product, big space not too many people and friendly staff
S. P.
Good prices, friendly staff
A. G.
A large shop that sells nearly everything apart from groceries.
Lack of price tags on some items which is annoying & those that are, can be incorrect, so be warned!!
Aisles are narrow & can be difficult for disabled customers to navigate.
Reasonable prices but it’s that old adage, you get what you pay for.
It is located in the dip on Bursledon Road, just behind Costa & KFC. There are plenty of free parking spaces.
N. C.
Great large store they sell it all here stationary, toys, furniture, garden, food, pets, homewares, textiles, hardware, electrical goods, diy, party supplies you name it they probably have it. Also they go all out for Halloween and Christmas dedicating around half the store to it at those times of year.
M. W.
Great range of stock good prices but they dont put correct or any price labels up you have to keep asking staff how much things are.. very annoying and timewasting.
K. B.
Lots of choice, but staff not very well versed of floor layout and where stock might be found.
Check out member of staff was very pleasant and helpful.
J. B.
Aisles narrow for wheelchairs nothing adapted for wheelchairs lift to go to upper sales floor to small. Never any wheelchair usable trollies available
I. E. (.
I always like coming to this shop due to it's huge selection of products.
Nice little cafe shop upstairs, reasonably priced and friendly staff. The is not a massive choice and the quality of the food is mid range, but this is excellent if you are planning longer stay in this shop. I always have at least a coffee there.
Next to it is a customer's toilet, clean but could do with a bit of diy and modernization.
Big car park with disabled spaces. Trolleys available but you need a pound coin or a token to realise them.
At busy periods you might find to wait for staff in the fabric section to cut the fabric for you.
The staff is polite but not really happy and bit miserable, but not rude at all. Helpfulness is hit and miss, depending on which member of staff you happen to talk to.
The garden section and outside has a lot to choose from and the prices and much more lower than any garden centre in the area.
I would say that most of the products are easy to find, although I found few items in unexpected places. The overall quality is on a low side but the price is what drives it.
Overall I would recommend this shop, but you have to be patient as they could do with more staff on the shop's floor and at the checkouts.
M. M.
Always a good experience when visiting
A. R.
I do enjoy a visit to the range. They have a wide selection of stock at good prices.
S. C.
Good range of products from fishing to pets to furniture. Staff really friendly and ready to help. The little cafe that is upstairs is clean and a good range of food and drink both hot and cold.
M. C.
All staff was very helpful, people actually keeping to the guidelines that they have inforced. Got what I needed apart from 2things poppers to put on material and they were out of water filter replacements that I wanted but other than that all good, even the toilets were very clean.
C. N.
After reading a few of the other comments I felt I had to add my own.
Shop itself giving civil and things have done well to handle there shop be it staff stock ect , parking well there is a ton of parking so no clue why there is a comment about that maybe you had to walk back to your car.
Staff always helpful friendly and if uou see a bit of dirt on them it probably means they are working hard to keep the store up and running and you probably never saw a hard day's work in your life.
Get a grip people there are worst things out there than parking and dirty staff it's called covid19 its killing people so have a little thought for those who have contributed during this time.
p. b.
Easy to find, plenty car parking. Covid Gell on entry and all customers wearing masks .Good selection household wares at reasonable prices.Still missing some gardening tools (I wanted a full size garden fork)Very helpful staff. Cut to size in the shop fabrics and selection of readymade curtains, bed linens, mirrors at good prices .
M. E.
Lovely shopping apart from couldn't find Disabled toilets, had sign but no toilet.
P. D.
Lots of lovely stuff..but not always priced.cafe not much choice.
D. D.
Wide variety of goods to spend your money on but the shop needs a really good clean!!
H. C. M.
Really good stores and the staff are very helpful. Ample disabled parking spaces.
M. D.
There is a variety of homewares available, some excellent and inexpensive, others poor quality or downright ugly! I would recommend to people who don't mind hunting around in a rather messy, crowded shop with variable levels of customer service for the right thing at the right price. We have purchased dining tables in the past that have served us very well and are now going home to order a sofa from them online. They did not have the wardrobe we wanted to look at on display, which was a shame. Whenever me make the trip here, we come back with some great successes and some items we are not able to source.
t. p.
Usual great display of goods as you would expect from the range, and pretty fair prices, but very busy and difficult to get parked. The que for the tills always seems to be a mile long, and you are forced to que amongst the other shoppers so no one seems to be able to get through.
A good shop but a stressful experience.
V. S.
Love da range !! Just wish i was a millionaire id buy the whole shop . Great items . Well done Enjoy going in there every time . Luving da elephant duvets 😊😊😊😊😊
L. H.
Good variety of products unfortunately they didn't have what I needed
M.
I do like the range, always a parking space and reasonable prices. Staff are cheery and helpful but a lot of items I noticed on my last visit were missing prices.
A. W.
Well stocked store and polite store colleagues
D. B.
Good place to go to if you want a bargain, would of been 5 stars but the amount of items cluttering the walkways needs more attention to detail. However that aside there is plenty of variety in all departments so I’m sure you’ll find something you’ll need or would like when shopping.
A. M.
Wide variety of stuff on sale at reasonable prices. Good place to browse if you're looking for a gift but not sure what you want. It is frustrating though that shelf edge prices are often missing.
J. S.
The Range was much better and more organised this visit. Have to shop here for work items and I must say that it has been challenging if you need to ask a member of staff a question but this visit was fine, and was served by a very pleasant young man. Hope it continues!
J. F.
Very good value for money
T. O.
Great selection of things for the home, pets, garden, car, DIY & craft. The only thing that lets it down is that the pricing is not always accurate at the till or absent from the shelf altogether and they need to staff more tills when they're busier. Its frustrating that they only have 2 or 3 tills open, the queues dont seem to move, then they shout for a price check.
J. S.
Amazing selection of items, very well priced and helpful staff. Convenient location too. Often a queue, but definitely worth it. Stocks everything from home ware, tools and DIY accessories to garden furniture and toys. Also has a cafe upstairs.
R. S.
I love this store. A lot of options and bargains for garden, home, stationary, art & craft, furniture etc. Ample of free parking and lovely location. Staff is always helpful. They do key cuttings and fireworks as well.
r. v.
Good experience. Needs a tidy up and bit more work in pricing dept. Having said that it does have a vast range and staff were working hard so must take some keeping up
C. B.
Always found the staff very pleasant and helpful. During this lock down period very helpful. As for parking the car park is huge just need to go at the right time. Great selection and great prices.
N. D.
Great option if you don't like B&Q or Homebase....this place also does material & fabric as well as stationary, card making and painting equipment.
Overall the prices are cheap compare to other stores, just beware that some items can be a little pricier.
Definitely the place to go for cist effective and alternative picture frames!
c. l.
A nice shopping experience. Lots of stock suprises. Staff thag were inrerested in helping me find things.
C. U.
You get what you pay for - but the price is right at the Range. They stock plenty at very challenging rock bottom prices as well as regular names brands (usually twice the price). A wide selection of a bit of everything from DIY goods through garden and pet supplies to household and decorating. Then upstairs there's plenty of furniture and a nice cafe serving good coffee (and a chocolate muffin for only 95p if bought with a coffee).
Know your prices, know what quality of furniture you want or can afford, then go and look at the Range, you'll probably get a bargain.
L. H.
Great 👍 shop ...a bit rammed with products.....lovely Xmas 🎄 decorations going up...
D. R.
Quick shop in the Range today and they had just what we wanted. Long queue at the till but that was due to only 2 being open. Didn't take too long so all ok.
r. c.
The range has gone down hill a bit there furniture selection is cheap and tacky and there asking top dollar for it. the upstairs is a mess and every display piece is looking very old and tired needs some love put back into the store and some care with how thay display things
S. C.
Easy to park, well laid out inside and plenty of stock
J. L.
Wide choice of products.
I live in the Midlands and we have none that are local to us.
Within easy reach unless you had a car
A. M.
Really like this store. Not the biggest but staff are friendly and they have most of what you want. Would recommend.
E. L.
As you would expect for a store that tries to have everything, it ends up being very confusing. However the staff are very helpful (though they can be difficult to find). Ideal for art and craft supplies. I found the prices reasonable.
R. R.
Everything you need in one place.
E. N.
It quite good, staff are helpful and kind (although there's never enough of them)but at the moment BEWARE of you are going in with young children! Soon as you walk through the door you are confronted with very scary Halloween decorations and costumes. It's a shame because I took my children in to see the Christmas decorations and one of them spent the whole visit fretting about what they had seen in the entrance. When will shops learn the need to do a seasonal isle or area that you can visit IF YOU CHOOSE...it's just such a shame because we always look forward to our visits but today's was quite literally tarnished by, for want of o better analogy a 'pg' display in a 'universal area'. It is really such a shame.
C.
Great range of products even milk and now has IceLand products for sale new store layout.
J. C.
Fairly good. Lots of items don't display prices.
L. C.
It's good. Cheapish items. Got me some lovely spoons and a new duvet cover.
The girlfriend wouldn't let me but a NERF gun though.
I will go back on my own and get it.
T. W.
Great shop but our lights don't work anymore so something to think about
A. P.
Great prices friendly staff and there when you need them. You can find anything you’re looking for and a great variety of each one of them and of course all of them in prices that you can justify. The shop is massive and well structured. Free parking ( which is always handy).
B. G.
Love to visit the garden centre and a very well stocked shop for lots of products including any Pet needs and bird food excellent choice and very friendly staff
L.
Fantastic range of everything you need, free carpark and staff was very helpful.
L. M.
Seems 3 times the size of the other Range(much newer building) so more stock..... Not sure the Craft section any better 40% different range of items.... Lite & airer Cafe...... Helpful staff..... 🐘
G. C.
Great shop lovely staff and good value
r. r.
Love this store. They have had a little change around since my last visit but it is easy to find what you are looking for. Staff are ok and on this visit there were quite a few on shop floor .
L. L.
Great selection of storage boxes
D. S. L.
A semi out of town retailer, with no speciality other than everything. From arts and crafts to camping, from homewares to habidashery pets to gardens you get the idea. Some of the stuff is low quality cheap, but you definitely can find a decent bargain or two in there
K. D.
staff are nice, range of products decent with some great deals, variety of bird/ pet products and food good, could do with a better supply of hedgehog food.. in general a nice place to shop
B. T.
To be totally honest this shop was below par over the rest of the range store's it was scruffy and a shambles shelves untidy boxes on floor's and some empty shelves and Christmas stock being put out in August unbelievable 😱
D. F.
Cheap n cheerful but sometimes horribly busy with few checkout operators.
The most frustrating thing about this shop is that many items lose their barcode stickers. This means the item can't be scanned through the till and causes delay. This happens a lot....... 🙄
S. M.
Great shop, always come out with a trolley full, they stock EVERYTHING!!
P. A.
Yep, always fairly busy but prices always good and we always fund the staff very friendly which encourages returning. Often queues at tills but always clear quickly.
C. w.
Decent size range over 2 floors. Offering everything that you would need to kit out a house from dinning tables and beds to mirrors and bread bins.
All at a reasonable price.
k. k.
it's the usual 'range' of great tat. to be fair, there are a very small number of useful items hidden away. but of course 99. 9% of the stock is total junk.
what I find really annoying is the total lack of anything resembling order. you'll never find what you're looking for!! but you'll find plenty of other stuff you didn't want.
L. F.
It's always so hot in here!
M. J.
Like Woolworths used to be but with its own style. Prices are lower here for the same big brands but sometimes the quality of own brand items on sale can be a bit indifferent. Tools can turn out to be soft or brittle when they should not be, its the low cost origin amd low selling price of these tools.
Good though for art supplies, quality and low cost items are both available.
Always have cheap biscuits and snacks for sale.
C. W.
Said summer stuff was all in warehouse now but there was still plenty on display except what I wanted
L. B.
Loads of items to choose from at cheaper prices than you’d find elsewhere without skimping on the quality. I can also usually find a parking spot nearer the door. Only problem is with location, (Antelope park) the traffic lights out to the main road can be annoying you can be queuing for quite a while (especially when there’s road works!)
n. h.
A very good choice of reasonably priced goods , from gardening to housewares and crafts . Very large amount of free parking , level access . Has all amenities for disabled access and use .
V. C. T.
A visit to the range can be very expensive. Once you go there there is no option of leaving without buying half of the store. You can find everything, from curtains, beddings, rugs, paintings, bedside lamps, candles, sweets, savoury snacks, cosmetic products, gardening tools, flowers and savings slabs, furniture for the hole house and the garden, decorations, mattresses, car tools and decorations, bathroom rags and decorations, kitchen decorations and tools, small appliances and counting. Grab a basket and then another one as it will not be enough. The prices are ok, some products you can found cheaper in the market and some others are a bargain.
M. C.
Large store but staff are miserable
G. G.
What an amazing store, such a choice of most things anyone could want, from garden seeds, plants, furnishings to hot tubs. FANTASTIC!!
R.
Not somewhere I go often. I don't like the one way in, one way out system. The shop is usually really untidy with stuff all over the place and nothing is priced. Having said that the lady on Customer Service is always pleasent.
P. M.
Staff cleaning baskets at entrance and encouraging customers to hand sanitise and wear masks on entry to the store. Big enough store to socially distance in most situations.
A. R.
Change around throughout the store. Some shelving empty or without prices. Hardly any toys for sale.
Cafe a bit sparse of food.
s. a.
fast check outs and helpful staff even though their really busy highly recommended
G. E.
Great place to find all kinds of stuff at a good price. But be careful not to be carried away. Buy what you need you can return stuff with a receipt but it's better to ensure you really want the goods in the first place. You can always return!
E. K.
Great store, staff great, always clean and tidy. The coffee shop is lovely to, it's just a shame you can never get out the door without being pounced on by charity workers, really takes the edge off of retail therapy.
D. “. V.
I enjoyed looking around the Range, bought what l wanted there.
It's a very handy store that sells almost everything for the house.
L. F.
Very useful for cheap and cheerful household goods. Easier to reach without a car than the retail park at Hedge End, although there's plenty of parking midweek.
F. T.
I looked around the new Iceland in the range & it's really good saves me going to bitterne .I bought some items in there 👍👍
J. L.
Very helpful staff couldn't do enough for me and what a great choice of goods! Update on priced objects would be a bit more helpful though.👍
S. C.
Always a bargain to be found but make sure they remove the security tags when you pay otherwise you'll have to go back.
The staff were really helpful when I returned 😀
D. K.
Amazing range of goods, easy to negotiate around store, great value
G. V.
Very handy shop to have around but just wish the tills were a bit quicker
A. O.
I really used to like this store but it's really gone downhill. Their pick n mix sweets look like they have been sat there for years. They look old and manky. Also they never have any of their vape liquid in stock. Really dissapointing.
A. C.
Typical Range store sells nearly everything you could ever want and more just be nice if it was cleaner and items were priced as everything i wanted didnt have a price and had to find staff to get a price.. need to open more tills as its to slow sometimes and have other things to do other than stand waiting other than that good store and always use!
k. f.
Great place for all your needs. Massive selection of goods at great prices.
S. P.
It's a typical "Range" store there is a good selection of all sorts of different things that you don't always find in other shops and usually at a competitive price. I think there's also a cafe but I've not been there so I can't comment. 4 stars feels about right :-)
G. K.
Well stocked, spacious store with plenty of choice.
M. K.
Big carpark, many different product what you can found inside from thinks for garden to furniture. Good place to prepare yours garden to summer season. Good quality products.
J. L.
Stay away from tins of sweets chocolates in packages proper con by the time you have opened and assembled yes i lie not assembled you have a dozen sweets and loads of plastic apart from that i love it
A. &. M.
Great store with everything you need, however there's rarely and prices on things and the queues can be huge.
J. W.
This was my first visit to this particular store, currently well organised with social distancing. It's more like a super store on 2 floors,.nice and spacious and staff very helpful.
D. P.
Got lots there , i always spend more then i planned to but love to go to shop here
L. R.
Something for everyone. From dart boards to chest of drawers. DIY materials and tools, home lighting, pet products, a cup of coffee in the veranda cafe, then on to home cleaning products, personal care, soap, shampoo, so many and varied items.
t. m.
This is a large shop of the range, the range sells an extensive range of goods from photo frames and paintings to clothes to food and most things in between. This Range is easy to get to from the centre of Southampton or the M27, parking has never been a problem as the have a large car park which is jointly used by The Range and the other shops, gym, bingo hall ( Gala), Costa Coffee and a McDonald's.
W. W.
Had what I needed. Some bits around the store are a little messy but can overlook this due to being helped alot by staff on the products I was looking for.
G. A.
Lots to see and good prices
G.
Lots of choices, good prices, well worth the visit, tools, car accessories, pet foods, paint, kitchen accessories, gardening tools, plants, the list goes on and on, dont forget Christmas decorations, just go there it really is an aladins cave they have lamps and all.
K. H.
One of the larger Range stores conveniently located out-of-town on a main transport route. It stocks almost everything that the range offers and at very reasonable prices.
There is a large free carpark (and incidentally there's a Costa, KFC and Lidl also nearby) that allows 3 hours of free parking for customers and there's also plenty of "mums-with-kids" and disabled bays nearer the entrance. Disabled /wheelchair access is provided and as it's a newer purpose built facility, it complies with the more recent access regulations but past this, am not sure of any detail on from basics.
The staff are helpful and there's always plenty around.
It is worth bearing in mind that even though there are around 6/ 8 till points, often only one or two are in use and so queues can tend to build up at this particular store - but as it's not groceries the queues do move so it isnt as bad as it appears, but don't expect to be able to leave with your items without a wait (to pay for them) as it's a fairly busy store.
Just need to be aware in case you are in a rush!
The retail park that this 'Range' is in, is located off of a dual carriageway so incredibly easy to navigate to and also the M27 motorway is accessible - almost directly - via this route too. Just two roundabouts away at south east end of Bursledon road.
The quality of merchandise is perfectly acceptable considering the good value, and I personally have never had an issue. Ever. Also, certain items are increasingly harder to get hold of nowadays and this for me is where the range excels, as all your home, garden and small office needs are met and all in the one place! For example, the only outlet in Southampton - excluding online - that stocked a kingsize fleece mattress protector was The Range.
This is one of two 'The Range' stores in Southampton (the next nearest is in Gosport / Portsmouth), and I believe this is the better store. There are a number of reasons why I think this; the first advantage this store has over the other - which is located in Shirley - is that it has a far larger carpark plus this carpark is level meaning no wrestling with heavy /awkward loads or errant trollies. The slope at Shirley may not appear significant but it becomes more noticeable the further from the doors you park and the heavier your shopping is. And especially if a wheel is sticking on the trolley!
Secondly, it's on a main transport route and it's outside of town and therefore far less impacted by traffic.
The store itself seems physically larger in size than Shirley' s although I'm not sure if the actual building's footprint is bigger, but it certainly offers a wider range and variety of the catalogue of stock that The Range carries.
On the flip side, I personally prefer the layout of the Shirley store and also the arrangement /grouping of the various merchandise, and a significant plus in my opinion for Shirley store is that items on offer or goods that are new in, are stacked near the entrance/ exit, which means you must walk past these goods to get to central/ main part of store.
This doesn't appear to be adopted at Sholing 'Range' or if they do, then possibly it's tucked into the corner as I've never noticed it in same way as I do in Shirley branch.
I mention this last point purely because over the years I have picked up some really good bargains for items I genuinely wanted and had casually been looking for anyway.
S. H.
I spent a long time looking around the range. I was enjoying the experience but waited far too long to be served a cup of tea in cafe. Also was kept waiting at till for about 15 mins. Unfortunately this caused me to go over the 3 hours free parking which I didn't realise until a few days later received a parking fine of £100. I was in Car park 3hrs 10mins! So all in all turned out to be a very expensive afternoon.
W. C.
Nice little village with quirky shops the fudge shop is amazing so many flavours even marmite
L.
Good, clean and presentable store although didn't give 5 stars due to low stock on the upstairs levels. Staff were friendly and smiled which is nice to see.
J. W.
When shopping at The Range you can shop for jacuzzis while picking up some acrylic paints- convenient!
However as an adolescent I find this place profoundly frustrating; as a store for everything and anything it feels quite patronizing and belittling to turn away any baby-faced teen that comes through the door. I have on occasion been asked for ID and presented my driving licence only for it to be refused as "fake". A reminder to anyone any unwelcome under 25 looking face to bring extensive amounts of ID.
Dispite this, The Range offers a *range* of tacky to reasonable quality products at respectable prices. It is an invaluable place for ticking off long shopping lists.
N. H.
This is an odd sort of shop in that it seems to sell an extremely large range (guess that's why the name!) of things at very reasonable prices. But if you are looking for the best of quality (e.g. John Lewis) go somewhere else. Certainly good enough for most people
h. R.
Lovely shop which has good bagans. This shop could be better if they had more staff who could help customers. Even the staff dont know whether they sale items or where it might be within the shop. Such a large shop which really needs guidance to where things are moved too
D. H.
Definitely lives up to its name, good Range of items. Just don't expect any form of customer service
T. W.
Brilliant customer service from shop floor to the checkout, the American lady was fab, couldn't of been better! Thank you
L. H.
It's ok,gets very busy, aisles are not very wide they are trying to have to much in one place, coffee, toilets up stairs accessible by a moving floor escalator or stairs, pet food, garden section, and crafts,DVD's, CD's
L. B.
Store for all thing home and pet as well as a small garden centre and now has an ICELAND which upend August 2021.
G. H.
I've only been a few times And ive never played bingo before. I started on the tablets. And next week im playing my first paper event. The staff were really really helpful and friendly. I look forward to coming again.
I. M.
The Range has an extensive selection of homeware products and more at reasonable prices. The store at antelope park is well situated with plenty of free parking level access and a restaurant upstairs (accessible via a travelator)
N. B.
The best range near Southampton, much better than Winchester road. Decent coffee shop although food looked a little tired on my visit. The only down point really is the parking. The shop suffers having a car park which services several adjacent shops. The car park is just not big enough and has a stupid flow design which means cars are often queuing waiting for people to leave or entering lanes from both directions. It really could do with a separate exit from the entry point.
K. K.
It has so many different choices of home accessories and loving their Christmas decoration section too..great price..one of my favourite shops
R. K.
Would be more stares but cafe very limited on choice but service good. Has good choices of everything ranging from furniture to general household items to sport to gargening hence name range but not always cheap.
C. S.
Huge range and friendly staff
D. R.
A great store, plenty of choice, also a cafe to relax in between shopping. Always plenty of bargains in all departments. A real gem for all occasions especially at Christmas.
D. W.
Great place to shop for a multitude of things....always pleasant but only downside is the wait at the till especially when they need a bar code etc which happens surprisingly regularly
M. B.
This is quite a nice store situated to the east of southampton approx 1 mile from the M27 motorway. The only issue is the parking can be a bit of a pain due to the other buisnesses situated close to the range means the parking spaces can be pretty limited during biusy periods.
G. M.
Great place to shop. Layout is very good. Staff always helpful.
N. C.
Did a bit of shopping, bought more than we wanted service excellent, shame lots of people without masks.
C. W.
Always stock what I require. Staff very friendly. Loads of parking.
T. A.
Now do great food
N. G.
Great store improvement after the store refurb.
C. C.
Good parking and lots of choice could spend hours wandering around. Prices reasonable.
T. P.
Great place for late shopping, you can get almost everything opened untill 8pm.
I. E.
Every you need and items you didn't realise your needed are all at the range.
T. P.
Had the pictures frames I needed and at a good price. Even tho the prices on the shelves were wrong it worked in my favour.
S. W.
I visit the range very often and the Staffs are very nice and helpful :)
F. H.
A wide range of inexpensive items for the home. Large or small you will be given time to browse for garden, bedroom, lounge, kitchen, recreation and treats and a small cafe to sit and decide.
H. W.
Good range of different items in the store, can always get what we come in to find. Never crazy busy, service pretty fast
K. B.
I love the range and can get what I need the majority of the time. Cafe is great. I do feel the servers at the till could be a bit more helpful
M. O.
Visited the Range. Most customers not taking care of the 2 meter rule although wearing masks. Would avoid if possible!
S. T.
Great for home goods
S. 7.
Reasonable prices. Now have Iceland store inside too.
P. H.
Always a nice place to visit. Such a range of things from garden, hardware, kitchen items, cards and art crafts.
S. P.
Social distancing observed, masks worn, well. Stocked, alcohol gel by door is a little dubious though
T. B.
Went there today to get some bird feed, one till open staff stood about chatting, half the goods on the bird feeder shelves were not priced up, this a particular fault with this store. A lot of the goods are not priced up.
M. I.
You can get pretty much everything here that you might need for house decorations or little DIY projects.
B. W.
Staff seem unaware of unusual products. After waiting in the queue and being told they do not sell them anymore my friend went the next day and found them straight away in a different section.
S. E.
Good control at the entrance aisles are a little small making it difficult to avoid other shoppers
S. S.
Good products and great range (excuse the pun) and although prices seem to have gone up still pretty competitive
R. L.
It's always good to go to the range but it's a shame on some of there prices
C. “. W.
Absolutely massive. Staff very helpful.
Covid-19:. Good practices employed at this store. Its the shoppers that let them down.
J. W.
Wanted spiders for Halloween, not any stock in the shop was a a bit cheese off, end up going to poundland to get them
G.
Been to the range a few times now since moving here, spent a small fortune, they have basically everything you need and more, staff are friendly and helpful, well worth a visit.
A. D.
Selections are shrinking, things I want often are not priced and stock often on the floor. Queues at tills also a nightmare but still enjoy to browse.
K. m.
Crowded today £15 to park our small motorhome £5 for cars for four hours not worth it lots of much better places on this coast
F. B.
Love going to the range, lots of lovely bargains. But am disappointed by state of the toilets. They are not clean! I have to be really desperate to use them!
K. M.
Lots of great products at a good price.
Wouldn't allow me to have some boxes for packing even though they had loads. Due to new rules.
G. L.
Loads of stuff in there, not bad prices, nice big shop. Customer service has always been pretty good when needed
S. T.
Great display of Halloween stuff. Generally good option of home stuff and gardening. Lots of pet extras and great Xmas stuff.
L. W.
Great products at good prices.
C. M.
Lots of great Christmas stuff at good prices! Busy, but got through tills quickly
C. E.
It has plenty of homewares, diy equipment and a good pet area. Parking is a nightmare as is getting through the checkouts, I have never gone straight through and always have to que.
S. L.
So many beautiful things!!
T. R.
Best shop ever invented, I always spend too much though.
K. M.
Always buy much more than just what I went for! Nice staff and good prices for all sorts of stuff
h.
Doesnt change stock very often which is good if you see something and want to go back to get it at a later date. Always a wait at the checkout and weekends are choka in the car park now all the other shops have opened
i. f.
The Range had what we wanted at a good price and we ended up spending more on other things that we wanted as well. A very good go to place for house hold items
J. B.
One of my favourite shops. If we weren't in a pandemic I could stay there for hours
C. S.
Could not buy at one of the Range shops
While asking one of the staff where's the next Range shops
Off we go postcode added to the car satnav found the range a lot bigger worth the travel
L. C.
Nightmare trying to park as it's always busy and the spaces are tiny! Never have enough staff on the tills so the queues are always massive. Reasonably priced.
C. S.
Huge store well laid out massive choice and a nice little cafe when its open .
V. M.
Excellent Christmas displays. Got exactly what we required.
C. W.
Good range of products, purchased fireworks, decent prices. Good selection of Kitchen and Garden items, and decent DIY and pet sections.
K. M.
There is now an Iceland store inside the Range now, very handy.
C. B.
It's a good shop but sometimes the queue to pay can be quite long and they don't open all the tills but we'll worth a visit .
D. M.
Lovely staff when you can find someone even has a restaurant and toilet facilities great place for the locals and a great range of products when stocked hence the rating
L. B.
Plenty of everything you could want for garden & home, even an Icelands shop within.
R. C.
Just about everything one needs but some items abit tacky !
Hard to find a member of staff on the floor and checkouts were very busy. Plenty of free parking with an internal cafe.
P. V.
There's a uge amount of different products for home and garden, but in regards of top soil/compost I ended up getting from somewhere else, as prices are way too excessive and for the cheapest option they didn't have enough displayed to attract a "deal price".
A. W.
Great shop been open since September 2009 still going strong. Great staff and they've always had what I need in stock every time I go.
D. j.
1st time out and I see staff as well as customers without masks im disabled in a wheelchair with my carer we both wear our masks please sort out the staff upstairs and downstairs please
M. M.
They have so many different things and the prices are also really good. Definitely recommend this place if you need to redecorate your home.
I. S.
Massive shop, can find anything in there. Has cafe and toilets but at the moment not operating due to covid. Make sure you go there on an empty bladder :)
O. M.
Good to shop there got what I wanted and out again quick service and staff very helpful
R. L.
Had the stock that we required
S. B.
Good stock of items not so easily available in supermarket with great price.
L. W.
My favourite range store. Be aware though the staff won't let you use baskets to carry to your car so bags are a must
M. R.
The Range is an Aladdins Cave of exciting things. If you love candles and something different this is the place to go. A good cafe in store as well.
K. R.
Large range of items from sweets to lightbulbs garden features to beanbags. Helpful staff doing their best to help in this testing time
L. N.
This store always have some great deals. This time we went there for a BBQ grill and we got a good one for a nice price.
P. W.
Very good. Well laid out store. Beautiful ideas for gifts and for the home
S. G.
Amazing +Range+ of products and very well priced. Can't fault it
B. F.
Want there to pick up some chemicals for my spa and the staff was helpful
b. b.
Offer a good choice of products. If you go late in the day it is usually quiet.
L. T.
Love this shop. Cheap and cheerful. Great for home gifts and pet stuff. And the arts and crafts section is excellent too!
g. b.
It does not matter how many times I go there there is always things unpriced and boxes in the way. Apart from that they have a wide range of products at affordable prices.
T. W.
This store is large covering most items stocked on line. The staff are very helpful and approachable. There is a considerable number of items on display.
j. s.
Decent for all those bits you need. Stocks a big range of items too
S. L.
Good variety of stock but they let far too many people in to be able to social distance properly
M. J.
Always parking spaces available and sell everything and anything! You can find some right bargains and cute things for your home
M. S.
Shop for your home Garden and car DIY bits
And crafts
Lights smells and colour if you think what you like at a fare price take a chance loads of parking tight when bizzy drink and food on top floor if your batteries get low
L. F.
Love this shop. Only had one problem ever because of an extremely rude member of staff. Otherwise fab. Well priced mainly.
L. D.
It's etremely annoying that at least a quarter of stock is not priced. I won't buy anything if there's no price and if you ask any staff they're not happy to go and find out and take ages to do so. Today I got what I needed and I knew the price!
J. C.
Fairly quiet, staff helpful, one way queuing system for tills.
S. A.
Brilliant experience could just do with more stock of certain items!
G. B.
My cat food choice and Iceland to boot
T. A.
Good selection of all sorts of stuff
A. V.
Good for homeware and garden items but the prices have increased but the quality hasn't so you have to pick and choose the bargain's!
R. E.
Could have been better organised as was difficult to find things and thought they would have limited numbers as was more people in there than I had anticipated
J. O.
Welcoming and friendly, showed exactly where a product was that I described poorly
F. S.
Plenty of free parking. Such a wide range of goods available. Great for occasions such as Christmas etc. Lidl next door.
J. F.
Typical range fare if goods. Nice and big store and some great deals to be had. Good parking also
J. m.
Great store,good service..
A. J.
Store is in need of a blooming good tidy up and its looking very unloved but great range of products at very reasonable prices.
D. K.
I could spend hours just wandering around the store just looking at every thing. Staff are always happy, helpful and polite ❤
c. m.
Not too busy friendly staff - xmas stock out already!!!! 😨
l. b.
Great place Christmas is in this store toys chocs decoration can be a wait to pay at the tills car park quite large it's shared with lidi
C. L.
Great place for a variety of products. just a shame queues to pay are always far too long not enough cashier's
H. S.
Well stocked, staff very helpful and plenty of sanitising stations
S. G.
Nice stuff very sparkly but expensive
R.
Big range store, has always had what I wanted. Don't get any phone reception in here though
L. M.
Really good distancing measures in place, staff on door queue managing and providing hand sanitiser and all baskets are pre sanitised for you
R. P.
Typical of their outlets, has a lot of reasonably priced items, just need to be aware that some of items are more expensive than similar shops

I like this shop as a rule. However its the 1st time i have been with my daughter with a toddler and baby and a pram.It made me see how difficult it is to get around.we couldn't put them in a trolley as all were in use.

Nice shop

Very convenient shop with parking. Has a wide range of items for sale though not always exactly what I actually want!

The worst thing is that they can never price and label anything correctly, you look at something on the shelf and it never matches up with the price ticket.

Friendly and helpful staff and are following all guidelines including hand sanitizer at the door before entering thumbs up

Great place. Staff were very friendly, bent over backwards to help me find what I wanted. The prices are good but not quite the best.

Whole range of items, reasonable prices, can stop for coffee if you want and plenty of place to park. Good place to shop.
