E.My autistic sons kiddizoom camera stopped working last night.....my husband ordered another from argos festival park to be collected straightaway ..this was at 6 54 ....we didbt know closing time was 7 o clock anywY he phoned his mumto ask ifvshe could collect it for us as I was at work ... she drove there and it was just closing however she knocked on the window and shutter and a member of staff came and politely explained they were closed .. she explained that she needed to collect this item as it was for her autistic grandson who was in the middle of a meltdown due to his camera not working ....the lovely member of staff took her inside and allowed the purchase to take place ....thank you so much argos ...your kindness and understanding made my autistic son very happy ...all it takes is a little understanding well done argos festival park
S. M.Popped in this morning to get a washer. All sorted in 10 minutes! The young lad serving us (dark hair) was really helpful and pleasant. Offered to bring the washer to our van and assist in getting it in.

M. H.Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.

J.This is the main Argos branch for Hanley, and as such can get very busy, but I've never really had to wait that long for items I've ordered, as I usually pay using the self service quick pay tills, which they have several of. Items are in stock more often at this branch than most other branches in Stoke on Trent, so make this one your preferred store for pickups. The staff are usually quite fast with processing orders but there can be waits for 10 minutes or so for items at busier times. Customer services desk can get very busy with queues. Car park usually has spaces unless you go in a Saturday afternoon, when it can be very busy on the car park, but i usually go in the week on an evening and parking is fine, loads of spaces. Argos Festival Park is my favourite branch to use in Stoke on Trent, best for parking, best for service and best for stock availability, but always check online before you go that they have what you want in stock, to avoid getting there and finding they dont have your item in stock.
