B. B.Fantastic and efficient service from Classic Retail Systems. Greg was so helpful with my order for a community project and made the whole process extremely simple with a quick turnaround. His understanding of our small difficulty accepting delivery at anytime, and the fact that he was able to be accommodating, was greatly appreciated and made that straightforward too.

From the moment I spoke with Greg in Sales I can only describe my experience of dealing with him and the company as totally professional and thorough. He is to be congratulated on his knowledge of product detail as he was able to answer all questions I posed immediately which assisted me in my decision making and ultimately, my purchase.
It was unfortunate that the couriers through their own negligence caused minor cosmetic damage to the side of the unit which was not discovered until they had left.
Greg arranged for the delivery of a replacement unit as soon as was practicable as I was going away. The courier team on the second visit could not have been more professional and helpful.
I would definitely recommend Classic Retail and would use them again.
