Large bright shopping experience with a cafe inside. Shop staff helpful as are the cafe staff. Selection of lunch items such as sandwiches, toasties and gorgeous cakes which are reasonably priced. Disabled bays outside door with overflow bays available outside adjoining shops. Toilets on same ground floor level

I love Dunelm stores. This one is local to me and well laid out. Plenty of aisle room. Parking is free and directly in front of the store. Disabled access and loos too. Some good bargains and always can find what I need with ease. I was looked after by Lee, he was efficient and friendly. There was a queue at the fabric table, it seemed like we all descended on him at the same time. He wasn't flustered though and proceeded to serve each of us. I was the last but I was served in plenty of time and a colleague came off her break to finish my large order quicker. Very helpful. I have also been served by Yvonne on a different occasion for a collection, she was cheerful and chatty and also very helpful. I was never made to feel in the way or an inconvenience. Really lovely staff which mean a lot to regulars like myself. ♥️

We were greeted by a lovely lady on the door, we visited just at the end of the sale so we got some great bargains, although they were really busy staff could not have been more helpful. We were choosing a mattress, mattresses are stacked against the wall, the female staff member was more than happy to get them out and allowed us to try them. I bought a kitchen bin which perfectly matches our kitchen colours, and a big half-price mirror. Happy days

Nice big store with a lot of nice home furnishings and decor in. Lovely soft furnishings with lots of selection to choose from. There's a large car park in front of it so plenty of spaces for parking. Easy to get around and friendly helpful staff.

Always a good shopping experience. Great variety of items. I was looking for a fitted sheet for a double bed with a deeper mattress. I was surprised at the choice of colours available with two different depths. The shop also has bathroom items, curtains, mirrors, pictures rugs, kitchen items , lighting and other household furniture and equipment. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Been there a few times. Just moved into a flat and needed a lot of things. Had no issues so far. Toilets weren't obvious though so one time I was stressed rushing to finish cause anxiety + small blader doesn't go well for me 🤣. They're towards the entrance but when u leave you'll see it on the right.

There is a wide range of home products. We went in for bedding and curtains. There is a large variety catering for different budgets. I did find that a lot of the curtains have been the same for around 5 years now. I have bought curtains from here before and they are of excellent quality. I love the kitchenware section. There is a large car park so don't have to worry about parking. The staff are friendly which is nice.

Took my mum here who is 88 the staff went out of there way to help us she brought a rug the girl undid it placed it on the floor so my mum. Could see how big it was then carried it to the till for us then a male staff carried it to the car for us

Went to get a click and collect parcel. There was someone at the door to greet customers giving the rules around the store and indicating the hand sanitizer. I did have a mooch around and picked up a couple of extra items. The store was well sign posted, some items had been moved from the route around to give customers more space. Staff very efficient at the tills. Thank you to the staff.

I've shopped at Dunelm in stoke twice in the last week and had poor customer experience on both occaisions. I suggest that they hire staff who actually have some desire to assist customers. I am not shopping there again.

It's been a while since I visited Dunelm and it seems to me it's gone somewhat downhill but hard to put a finger on it. The store is packed with items as in *packed* but the prices used to be very competitive now they seem average at best. Looked at a few items but decided a trip to Range and Aldi would do me better. Next time I need soft furnishings then I'd definitely go back but for most other stuff I probably won't.

Dunelm is a great shop lots of variety.I was in there looking for wallpaper as they have lots online very disappointed though in store as only a few choices. Very difficult in some parts to stay 2m distance, some people think just wearing a mask allows them security to stand next to you but not only Dunelm.

Love Dunelm and the stock is usually pretty good. Lost a star as had to travel to another store to get the sized curtains I was after as only had one set here. Staff were great though and called ahead to save a trip if not in stock.

A couple os Saturdays ago I went with my wife to the Dunelm Store in Stoke-On-Trent and we couldn’t be more happy. Not only because we found what we wanted but also, and more important than that, the high quality Costumer Service provided by one of the Staff Members. The very Friendly and Professional Miss Sabbah. Answering to all of our questions and doubts, Miss Sabbah was perfect! And this closest to the Store closing hour, never rushing things but instead providing us with everything we needed. Thank very much!
