Sunday lunch is saved!!! Fantastic service. Rang on a Thursday about an oven that had stopped working. Told that it would probably be the heating element which would be ordered in for the following week. Received a phone call the following day to say that they had sourced an element and could come on Saturday morning. Gave a price for the whole service. Arrived on time, took half an hour, done! Really easy, efficient bloke to deal with. Took card payment. What a service in a world where lots of tradesmen don’t often even show up; hence, top rating for everything from me.

Contacted Home Aids Services to diagnose and fix a 15 years old Fan Oven that suddenly failed to heat up. Initial contact was very professional and informative, explaining what the problem might be other than a burnt out element which I have twice previously very carefully replaced myself with the appliance fully isolated. The diagnosis appointment took place the following morning and I was made aware of a call out charge of £49 plus the part cost which may not be readily available due to the age of the oven. I was contacted later the same day and told the part would be available within 2 to 3 working days from their supplier and asked did I wish to proceed given the part cost was expensive in comparison to similar parts for newer machines. Elton also provided alternative replacement oven costs comparable to our 15 years old appliance. I am delighted to say I was informed on the morning of the next full working day that the part had arrived and could be fitted after 1.00pm that day. In the meantime I'd researched the part required and discovered it was 'expensive' with a delivery time of 10 days! No-one likes unexpected repair bills for anything, but I have to absolutely commend Home Aids Services for customer care, industry knowledge, respect for Covid concerns and above all value for money. The £49 call out charge included the diagnosis visit and the subsequent repair visit. When you have business overheads, shop premises and a smart vehicle to operate, £49 doesn't go very far towards wages and profit in my opinion. I will not hesitate to use Home Aids Services again because I got a superb professional service commensurate with customer care standards expected of very large organisations, and equally importantly did not feel at all that I was being ripped off. Okay, some people have extraordinary DIY skills, but when it comes to wiring and electrics, I won't risk electrocuting myself to save a few pounds. Thanks so much Home Aids Services.

Called Home Aids as our fridge was no longer cooling although freezer was working fine. An engineer was sent out the next day to investigate. Found one fault, the part was ordered which arrived and was installed next day! A week later the same issue reappeared again an engineer came out the next day. A second part was ordered and installed the following day and I’m happy to report it’s now working perfectly! Despite the many visits I was only charged the call out fee once plus parts. Excellent customer services and one very happy customer who would definitely recommend. Thanks guys 👍

Great company, I rang this morning for a Neff oven repair and it was all back up and running by 2.30pm! How's that for service! They even had the correct grill element on the van. Professional and very knowledgeable. Cheese on toast anyone?

They came out quickly and had a look at our flapping oven door. Unfortunately, they couldn't get the spare parts needed, though they tried different suppliers. They do charge for a visit, which is not something I'm used to and why I knocked off a star. Apologies to Home Aids for my earlier review, which was too negative and came from my frustration with the cooker manfacturer.

Very impressed with the service I received from Home Aids this morning. Booked a tumble dryer repair online over the weekend and had a confirmation email almost immediately. Had a engineer to come out to look at my old Hotpoint washing machine, which i have had since 2009 ... needless to say i was due for a new one. My new Hotpoint was delivered the same afternoon, and my old one taken away. The engineer was a lovely chap, polite and hard-working. On Thursday 30th March 2017 two Home Aids engineers arrived to install a new dishwasher. They arrived at the time specified, were well presented and both had a good sense of humour. They removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. They also took the old dishwasher with them for disposal. A first class service was delivered along with their professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.
