The service is based on sound knowledge of the industry and repairs or replacements are done with minimal delay, if any. E. G.Terry's job was top notch. We never used them before but have decided to go with them because of their google reviews. When I first met with Terry, I was impressed with his honesty and his openness. In his second visit he repaired our oven fan motor [Rangemaster Classic 90] and changed the seal. The work is faultless and invariably professional. We were very surprised that there has only been five reviews but we guess, a good job well done may not necessarily result in a review. We shall be using him again.

J. D.If you are dealing with the real Appliance Group based in Stoke on Trent increase to five star as they are a reputable and trustworthy company. If it is as a result of a telephone call from a call centre based in Liverpool claiming to have offices in Brighton, Chichester and London but do not have a website or email address- avoid like the plaque.
Very happy to amend my review now that the real Appliance Group have provided the full and distressing story of what these criminals are doing.
s.Phoned up asking for help with my dryer as it was making a terrible sound when the drum would spin, and they were able to guide me on the phone how to fix it myself! Super happy definitely recommend.

L.I called them to see if they had a n element in stock as our cooker was kaput!, They had one there,so I went to collect, the service was quick and efficient and the lady serving me was lovely and friendly, we will definitely be using their services again. We fixed the oven and everything is back in working order.
