Great shop that has a bit of everything. Only a couple of problems with this store is some of the items did not have any prices on them which isn't very good because if there is no staff around you have to take it to the tills to ask them but you have to que up and sometimes they only have 1 till open. Also since Starbucks have opened the car park gets full and now the car park isn't big enough so you have to go into Wickes or B&Q's car park and walk across to the range. I'm not sure if you will get a parking ticket because you ain't going in them stores

Their Christmas section is amazing for a low cost store, good range of tools for diy on a budget, surprising amount of paints and a good home section, if you like big mirrors, go there. Always busy abs parking sometimes chaotic but worth it in the end.

Couple of things I was after they didnt have, eg, cheap clear plastic fold over takeaway cartons and epoxy glue but besides that, an amazing array of stock as always.

Amazing range of products (pun intended!) and more often than not we are very happy with the prices - quite often much cheaper than the normal DIY shops you might visit. At Christmas time, the lighting section is a wonder to behold! Also has a lot of sweets and toys, is the kids are happy too. Only complaint is that the shop can feel a little cramped, so choose your visiting time wisely.

I found the perfect product for my cat. Professionalism is an issue when I heard two of your colleagues ‘argue’ over who was getting the call-out to the balcony. She definitely didn’t want to be there and said why would she answer the call out when she wanted to be at home, in bed watching tv. Hardly working as a team and had I needed help, I wouldn’t have gone to her. The other girl; I could tell was frustrated by her colleagues lack of enthusiasm but she helped her colleagues.

Outstanding service from Todd (hopefully his name is spelt correctly) at Burton’s branch. I called the Burton branch after I’d tried to contact the Derby store via telephone repeatedly for three days, calling a total of around 40 times for the phone to just ring out every time with no option to even leave a voicemail. I asked Todd if he perhaps knew of any issues with the Derby store’s phone lines resulting in not answering the phone and he confirmed he was unaware of an issues. Todd apologised profusely for this issue on behalf of the Derby store and took my contact details confirming he’d personally try to contact the Derby store for me. After five minutes of trying, Todd returned my call confirming that he too was unfortunately having issues in getting hold of them. This was hugely appreciated and completely over and above my expectations. This is incredible customer service, where Todd went that extra mile for the customer. Thanks Todd! P.S.: I hope the Derby store answer the phone…eventually… :)

Parking can be limited but I've never had a problem in acquiring what I'm looking for after work. The staff are lovely and helpful. It's not a massive store but they have packed quite a lot in there. At times it can feel a bit crowded but the choices are good and varied.

I absolutely love the Range but I do wish they would get their products priced up correctly. whenever I go and whatever I buy you can guarantee the price is different than what you thought it was and usually more expensive! Would it be too much to ask that staff ensure when stocking shelves that they put them with the right price label.

Great store. Sells DIY tools decorating things bedding curtains craft items. Kitchen ware kids toys. Pet food and supplies seasonal items plus many more things No cafe on site but does sell cold drinks and small variety of food in a fridge. Plenty of sweets and snacks to choose from Only issue is not a lot of space in some parts to get around with pushchair or wheelchair as issle are packed with more stock. And not every thing is priced so may have to find staff member to help you. But overall great shop.

Fantastic shop. I could spend easily an hour in there. You can pretty much get everything in this shop from garden to kitchen. From crafts to pet foods. From decorating to laundry products. Loads of choice. Reasonable prices. Only thing that spoils it a little is that things don't always have a price with them, you then have to track a member of staff down...if all things were priced you wouldn't have to bother them as they always seem really busy. The lack of not always having prices on gives it four stars instead of five. Sorry

Been shopping here for years. Friendly staff,however a lot of price labels are always missing and the wrong items put on the wrong pegs. Many time had to go back in and tell customer services they have charged me wrong due to the labelling system. One day informed one customer assistant on the shop floor and his excuse was the lack of staff due to the Covid-19 situation. I promptly replied that the lack of pricing has been going on for years and im sure its against trading rules not to have prices on items. He did not seem interested or apologise.

Lots of choice including home furnishings, painting and decorating, pets, confectionery, stationary and hobbies etc. There are two travelators and a lift, so good for disabled people and parents with push chairs. There are customer toilets, but I think because of the current covid restrictions may not be open. Plenty of free car parking, but might be a time restriction.

I absolutely love the stuff in this shop, and the prices are good, and there is plenty of parking on site. However, on this occasion I was looking for a staff member for ages and I couldnt find even one staff member on the first floor. We decided to just make a decision without assistance, but as we got to to the tills to pay, we looked up and there was several staff members on the first floor. No idea where they had all come from or where they had been. I explained light heartedly to the cashier who apologised.

I get most of my craft items from here. They used to have a decent Santoro section but there's barely anything there now. Check out staff need to cheer up a bit and start being a bit more friendly and polite. Can get most household items from here as well as pet food and decorating items which is handy and saves going all over the place

Well stocked shop ranging from garden furniture and plants to arts and craft to bedding and curtains. Great prices and always plenty of ideas. However let down every single time by inefficient and often rude staff when you get to the tills. The staff sometimes appear to have no concept of customer service and are so slow that the temptation to walk out and buy elsewhere becomes incredibly appealing.

This is one of those shops that has something you want to buy but never went there to buy. Today was no different. There was a great bargain Salter air cook pro for £59.99 but I went to buy interlocking flooring that was not in The Range. However B & Q had what I wanted £10 for 6 @ 600x600 sq.

You know what.........The Range is great. Popped in for some exterior Polly filler and came out with a massive sofa throw and some shelves! And on top of the bargains I found, all the staff I spoke to today were beaming happy.

This store offers the custom a variety of goods 'ranging ' from home accessories, electrical items, pet and household cleaning products, a limited selection of decorating and DIY items, a selection of consumerables like chocolate etc. They also have a small selection of craft items and also they sell stationary and cards for all occasions. The store itself has disabled parking there is a lift and toilet facilities on site. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The store can get busy especially at certain times of year and sometimes you may find with this that there is too much stock every where and it is cluttered and difficult for those in wheelchairs and on mobility scooters.

Chaos on 1st floor as Christmas shop opening- yipee.Went in for pet aquarium supplies as not stocked or available at many outlets now or havent the products i require- but the Range has a great variety. Also purchased some crafting items & the different assortment of craft supplies is amazing,plus nit over priced. Problems at the tills made a que form & staff never seem to have a manager on hand but staff remained polite but would help if they were given more staff training. Also a very large range if chocs & treats at good prices.

Prices of what they sell are very good. Their motto of if they don't sell it you don't need it is definitely not right. I've been unable to get many things that I would have expected them to sell they don't, and I don't mean specific brands just in general items. I do think that they are losing their 'pricing' strength' though as they seem now to be falling well behind such as B&M etc.

Large store with plenty of different departments to look around. Unlike other branches this one stores quite a bit for rabbits which is handy for me (food, toys, boredom breakers etc). The Xmas stock is also out now which is lovely and worth nosing through as it's very well priced compared to other shops
