Chris had an absolute nightmare with my machine, which took 2 visits (through no fault of his own) to fix. I was in work, but my daughter said he was one of the nicest, talkative, happiest people, who talked her through each step of the repair. His email responses were quick, as was his visit times. Very reasonable prices, and if I could give 10 stars I would. Would definitely recommend and will be to anyone who needs his help. Emma

Managed to decipher what was wrong over the phone after asking me to do a couple of checks so that speeded things up and Chris could order the part and came 48hrs later to fit. Took his time checking it was working fine. Reasonable cost and pleased all up and running again with minimum hassle.

Chris responded to my query quickly and efficiently, got the new heating element ordered and ready in a matter of days and got my oven working again :) he was also polite, on time, and left everything tidy despite having to pull the whole integrated unit out and pretty much disassemble it to get to the right screws - very happy and would definitely recommend

I contacted him Saturday evening about my tumble dryer and after arranging to order a part we had an agreed day and price. Without fail he showed up today and fixed my tumble dryer and gave me helpful tips on how to keep it going! Very friendly and reasonably priced, will defiantly recommend as he has saved me a fortune by repairing my tumble dryer rather than investing in a brand new one!
