There was a lovely woman in this particular branch on the high street who was incredibly helpful and absolutely lovely to have a conversation with. I didn't feel like I was a bother asking as many questions as I did and she answered them showing me she knew how to do her job. If I could give a 10/10 I absolutely would. More people should be hired like this lovely and lively lady. Definitely going to visit again.

Absolutely fantastic. Went in for my mother on Thursdays due to a faulty item from candy excellent support from all the staff members. Esp when we had to go back In today one in particular this morning not saying names incase not allowed. We had to put a complaint in with candy as the guy who came out was bang out of order and mistreated my mother. They helped from beginning until the end. Fab !! Thank you so much for everthing

Went to Argos today in Swansea high street very good customer service from two staff members sue and Amy I bought a lot of stuff at the store and sue help to find the product code and also help other customers and Amy served and phoned a taxi and they both asked do I need any help getting to the taxi happy customer very pleased
