h. m.Absolutly Brilliant. Incredible service. I took in my instruction manuals for my TV and speaker and explained I was Hard of hearing and my father was both Blind and very Deaf, that I was unable to understand the manuals. Neither of us could hear the TV. After taking the time to read the manuals Adrian came up with a plan we needed an Amplifying Head Phones for my father that worked off Wi Fi as there was no socket on TV. He then ordered these for me and came to the house to set it up and connect my amplifier to TV. Thankyou so much for your help we are now enjoying our TV.

É. C.I had one hour to spare before the pride parade started, so I decided to try out some headphones. It wasn't the best of ideas, because I currently have a broken arm, so it was hard for me to change headphones constantly for comparisons. Despite this, the shop staff were very helpful and complied with my many requests! They brought out a lot of different cables so that I could connect each headphone to my music player, let me try an expensive amp, and also let me try the new Sennheiser HD 820 (£ 2000) despite it being way out of the budget I told them I had (£ 200). In the end I had a great conversation with staff about the role of the placebo effect in audio gear evaluation and whether cables really make any difference in sound.
Overall it was a very lovely experience. The staff on shift have my thanks!

M.I thought shopping for a new system would be an intimidating experience due to the vast amount of equipment there is available to you but the staff at the Swansea branch couldn't have been more helpful and were happy to answer any questions I had in great detail and making it easy to understand.I left feeling very satisfied the whole experience. I came home with an ex demo Arcam A29 (bargain and immaculate condition) amplifier (and a budget DAC by dragonfly)
i was looking for advice as what amp to choose to compliment a pair of Focal Chorus 826v that id purchased from them years back.
The advice was good..Chris is a most affable guy and didnt feel pressured or rushed..and also giving me his subjective opinion (technical as well as the whole "audio experience "
Adrian, i found most polite and helpful when a later phoned for advice and it reminded me (having trawled eBay etc for bargains) why i wont purchase such choice equipment via internet shopping.
