Had a fault with my Samsung 75 inch TV and Samsung sent this company out to replace the screen, two men turned up and took my TV off the wall and within 30 minutes replaced the screen in my front living room, they then placed it back on the wall for me. What more of a service can you ask for? Thanks for the great service.

Our less than a year old Samsung TV bought from Tesco Direct had a picture fault and as this was still insured, it was collected by Electronic Services in Fforestfach and taken to their repair outlet. Every step of the way they informed us via text what was happening with it, which was really good. From being collected to getting repaired took around 2 weeks, so not too bad, but a great service in the end and the telly is back to being perfect again!
