Plenty of choice and affordable products. Unable to find a clean shopping basket. Some of the the baskets were very filthy. It’s not just confined to this store. A couple of hours with a hose and brush would have them clean again. Reported to staff at checkout.

It's The Range. If you've been there, you know what to expect. At least it's easier to physically get out of the shop if you don't want to buy anything than the last time I went in there, when they'd forgotten about people browsing.

Andrew the manager was superb,.. On my 1st visit, but on returning to buy a keter storage container, i asked the cashier can i speak to someone about it she refused to call anyone. They wouldn, t deliver it, i was told to go online where it was £30 more expensive. I said i wouldn, t do that, she shrugged her shoulders. She needs training in customer service. I bought one from Amazon that arrived the next day free delivery. Oops the Range!!!

Always a lack of staff for the craft area and you usually have walk all the back to the entrance to ask a question. Only popping when I think they may just jave what I need but they craft are has gone down hill this past year and end up using another online site to order from.

What's not to like about the range? It has everything! I do like a rummage around in here. Was smelling a bit armpit like on last visit but generally a pleasant experience.

This is a brilliant shop with plenty of free parking and a huge range of goods from housewares to stationary, tools, electricals, pet section, gardenwares and loads more. Very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit, even if you're just bored. Don't expect to walk out again empty handed.

Huge range of products from arts & crafts to homewares to pet supplies to gardening. I found everything I needed without too much trouble. The only downside was the palaver at the checkout, one of the items I was purchasing wouldn't scan and and it took an age for anyone to assist the cashier in finding out the price code. It took so long I ended up just saying to leave the item. Other than that I have no complaint and will shop here again

Thousands of products available, beautifully open, not too cramped or crowded, it's a shame barely anyone visits here. Lovely art supplies for great prices. A beautifully made garden center too. Would definitely recommend here. It's really similar to b&q as well as b&m. Really open carpark too, massive land.

We have a double buggy and was a nightmare trying to get down certain Isles this was made harder as they was putting deliveries out but there was no staff at some of the points..what made it hard they had boxes or pallets out so we either had to move them our self's or turn around trying to find a diff route on a gd note tho I love this shop can get most things

Fabulous. I bought a potato peeler and some glue. The next time I need a peeler or some glue I will definitely put the Range at the top of my list. If YOU want a potato peeler and some glue, all available under the same roof, let me know and I'll happily come and direct you. N.B. I only wanted a PVA type glue. If you need evo stick or cyanoacrylate type adhesives you will need to make your own decision as to whether or not the Range, at least in Cwmdu, is the right place for you.

This place has everything to do with office supplies, crafts and hobbies, some furniture and household goods. It's a great store, though pricey. It is definitely fun to visit and you will walk out with things you didn't intend to buy. If you shop smart and find the 1 pound ailes you can shop smartly. They have a decent selection of garden supplies when there're in season. The staff are always super helpful and friendly and they have strict Covid-19 requirements before you enter the store. Disinfected baskets, mandatory alcohol disinfection masks. There is a huge parking lot and it is wheelchair accessible.

A great store with a wide variety of items for the home and outdoors. I had gone there specifically for one item that I had seen through the app / online but, although the store stock showed 16 available, the staff were unable to find them. They did find me a near alternative which I did purchase but I will probably look elsewhere, possibly another The Range store, for the original item. I did pick up a few other useful items while I was there though!

I'm working through this pandemic, serving the community, so aren't I free to shop and buy leisure stuff without justifying myself. Mega store version of the range, reasonable to cheap household and craft supplies. They sell almost everything from paint to picture frames, gardening supplies to kettles and craft supplies galore. Huge shop it can take you ages to get around it all, but some real bargain s to be had....it also has an outdoor garden centre too. Plenty of parking.

Store staff generally reasonably pleasent or at least non-offensive. The plants in the garden area are however, a disgrace. Half fallen over, half bone dry. I acknowledge this current weather is very hot but even when it's cooler this branch , like most Ranges have dreadfully uncared for plants . I can't remember the last time I bought a plant from the Range because of the atrocious condition they are usually in.

I don't understand why they have products on show that they can't sell, because they have ran out of stock. Surely it would be better to take the last remaining item off show or allow it to be sold. If you ask for a product that is on the shelf but not in stock you are told you cannot buy the last one and they do not know when or if they are going to receive more.
