Lovely Latte and Toasted sandwich. Service may have been a bit slow but the Staff were not going to compromise their customers. I observed meticulous hygiene and care when preparing drinks and serving cakes. In particular I would like mention Gracie with her vibrant lilac hair who was cheerfully busy cleaning down the tables, politely chatting and giving that extra personal service

I kind of messed up a click & collect order and the staff here was really kind and helpful both to me and to each other. When the queue started accumulating, extra people responded to the calls for assistance at the tills really quickly. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

No prices on a large section of cooking accessories and no staff around to ask. Shouldn't have to hunt for staff simply to get a price all items should be ticketed.

Very nice store. I always enjoy shopping here. I always likes to get a good bargain. I also wanted some new nets for my bedroom window and they had the ones that I wanted. I needed Autistic friendly Nets as I have Autism and they had the right length and the right sizes.That I required. The staff member who I asked was very nice and prepared it and cut it all for me. She was very nice.They could do with more people serving at the Checkouts they normally only have about 1 person serving. The staff are very friendly and if you need help you just ask one of them and they will come and help you if you need any assistance It is hereby satisfied that the following (Dunelm Mill Swindon) is Autistic friendly and has been approved and checked by Ben ✅ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Lovely collection of Christmas deco in stock, however lots of labels still missing, so had to ask staff for help(ladies were very polite and helpful). Very disappointed with checkouts-only 2 ladies in customer service and no checkout opened. A very long queue. Had to wait probably 10 min in a line to be served

Had a nice day at the Swindon branch, did a shop for King size bedding. A few stock issues, pricing of Dorma duvet in bin 63 was out by £15, from display model to the actual boxed item. So left that for another trip. Having said that WE did stop for a late yummy lunch in the in house cafe Pausa, the staff were very lovely and efficient, food tasty, excellent coffee and a balcony table over looking the shop floor. Then on to a second round of shopping for other bits and bobs for the home, the cutest set of rabbit condiments, good selection of kitchen ware, along with the best selection of artificial flowers/plants that I have been looking for to go in my low natural light bathroom. All in all a good time.

I asked someone about availability of a product to be told it was discontinued (2 people got involved). I went to see if anything else suited, found something but had to ask again for availability. Luckily it was a different person, who confirmed it was discontinued. I wasn't impressed and mentioned the first item. He asked me to show him, looked it up and confirmed I can order it. He then removed the unavailable demo item I'd asked him about. So, not impressed with info provided and stock availability, but much appreciated the help from 2nd guy.

We went over for new bedding and a couple of bedside lights. Found what we were looking for, there were lots of different colors and styles. Shortly after, found the lights. Brilliant. Free and easy to park the car. Afterwards popped over to Pets at Home. Got a couple of toys and dog food.

Access their Internet site, to see what's on offer, especially during sale time. Purchases on line can be delivered or you can click and collect. Reasonable, competitive prices, Knowledgeable, helpful staff, and good free parking. Worth a visit.

Well stocked and easy to park. Bit difficult to follow the arrows around the store though when you want to go up and down isles but they are all 1 direction and you double back on yourself then go the wrong way compared to the arrow

I love Dunelm. The only problem is that some of their stock end up in the wrong place with the wrong price. This can cause problems when you get to the till. Otherwise it is a great store with some lovely items. I love their Christmas range and all the gifts they do. Well worth a visit.😊

Good quality materials, bedding and household items. Cafe is very warm. Staff are helpful. I quickly found the items I needed. They rake credit, debit cards and cash payments. There is a lift to the cafe and first floor.

I ge really pop into the coffee shop here when I go to buy dog food from pets at home. They have a great selection of food but they are not very good at making cappuccino. If we ever do need items for the home then this would be the first place to visit. Bought a mop today

There is a "customer lift" large enough to take the trolley. Free parking. Several other shops on "St. Margaret's Retail Park", Stratton St. Margaret. Well worth a visit.

All of the furnishings look great; the bedding makes me want to jump in and roll around but I'm sure I'd be escorted off the premises... A place you'd want to stop in a Zombie Apocalypse so keep it on your list! Also a perfect selection of kitchen appliances; knives and more. So arguably you'd also be safe from Zombies too. Why am I putting this in the review? You'll thank me later.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful.There is a mezzanine floor where you will find the cafe and kitchen housewares.Parking outside the Swindon store at peak times can be very hit and miss.They offer a reserve and collect.If using a wheelchair it could be a slight problem getting around some isles there is a lift leading to the mezzanine floor.

Has a good selection of textiles and things for the home, from bed sheets and bedding, door matts, curtains, railings, kitchenware, bins and all sorts. The layout hasnt changed much over the many years I've popped here, the ground floor is almost a box shape, so it leads your right the way round. Usually bedding stuff is to the left a you walk in, and as you get to the pillows, opposite is the bathroom stuff, then the curtains, blinds and textiles with some furniture dotted about in-between. Lightshades and door matts usually after those. Of course you can go the other way around and start of at the lightshades. There's also a mezzanine floor where you'll find the cafe and kitchen/homewares. Staff and service usually pretty good. Never queued for all that long even in busy times of the year.
