The young man in the coffee shop (Andrew) was so conscientious and great at his job... He's wasted in there... He was extremely busy... Working alone whilst three women on staff seemed to be strolling around doing very little and didn't help him at all... His customer service was excellent!

I visited Dunelm today 22 January 2020 to look at and price up bedding, towels and a few other small items. How refreshing to find everything I was looking for under one roof. The range of items on sale is really extensive and includes everything for the home. Price wise there is a choice on many items. The shop is on two floors with an escalator to the upper floor. There is also a lift. There are toilet facilities on the ground floor which were clean and tidy for my visit today. On the upper floor there is a very nice caffe which I'm happy to say was very competitive price wise. The staff were very helpful and chatty.

The staff here are a dream, truly a credit to the place. They helped us locate a receipt for our purchase after it went missing in email, and then helped us move a large sideboard out to our car. We also got it for a great price as an ex-display unit. Really pleased, thank you!

Got a lovely sofa via online. Sofa came on delivery date, however when opened half of the sofa was completely the wrong sofa and wasn't even the same colour. Rang customer services was told nothing could be done right now and was made to wait another week before the correct one would come and to take the wrong sofa away on the same day. So not only did we get half of the wrong sofa but we had to leave 2 large items in our living room for another week which was disappointing. Had to take another day off for the second delivery. Customer services via telephone and warehouse service needs improvement.

Lots of every day items for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and general household. All at very reasonable prices and excellent quality. Just about one of the most Covid secure outlets I have visited during the current pandemic. Large shared car park close to other well known retailers makes it a place that is well worth the visit.

This store always looks a bit messy. The pillow section in particular is disgustingly old, (especially for COVID-19) the pillows are gray with dirt from people touching and feeling them to see what they are like, i know its impossible to santistise these things but plastic coverings are a thing!! Stock always a bit low. Cafe is nice but again outdated and old.

Always find something I did not think I needed in Dunelm. Today I was on a mission and got exactly what I went for. Parkng not back but gets hellish over Xmas so go early. Good experience. Great dining stuff and the throws are great value.

Bought bean bag filling to plump up our old bean bags and a large edison led bulb all v cheap even compared to online prices. They sell everything home related from kitchen and garden, bedding to blinds and haberdashery. Friendly staff well laid out shop and reasonable :)

Nice shop, friendly staff but lacking in customer safety. Last year due to badly shelved discounted curtains I got hit in the face and head from sliding 90x90in curtains off the top shelf when I was crouched down on the floor which has now resulted in permanent short term memory loss. Each shelf only had a 2 inch plastic lip/rail to stop things toppling and not near enough the height it should be. The staff member that helped was lovely but when I emailed the company to make a complaint, I heard nothing back and they still continue to stack in the same manner. If it at hit a small child it would have been a different manner as it could clearly knock them out or the very least over. They are still stacking sale curtain in the same dangerous manner.

Can't fault them. Ordered online and it was ready within a hour to collect. I had ordered two dinner sets which I didn't realise the box would be quite so heavy when I went into collect. And despite there being quite a queue of customers on Christmas Eve, the young chap at my till insisted he carry one of the boxes to my car - which I was so greatful for! Well done Dunelm Telford. Customer service is brilliant!

Pausa Cafe inside Dunelm Sometimes the service can be a little slow, however they have a good selection of both hot and cold snacks and the most amazing selection of cakes. On this occasion I kept it simple and went for their offer of a regular drink with a warm mince pie and cream all for only £3.20. I had a regular skinny latte (ironic seeing as I had cream with my mince pie 😊). Even though it was skimmed milk the latte was silky smooth and was the caffeine hit I needed. The mince pie was really nice. A large flat open tart with a star of pastry on the top which was warmed, but not so much I got scarred for life by molten mincemeat, and came with a small jug of poring cream - so much nicer than the squirty variety. Would definitely recommend a visit to this oasis. There is the added bonus of no piped music so you can actually talk to one another and hear the replies.
