Great homeware store. They seem to have everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. One lady went to look for something in the back door me, couldn't find it but brought me an alternative. When that was doing she took is back, and suddenly came across what I wanted. She tracked me down before I left the store and saved the sale.

Went in to pick up a couple of things.had a good walk around the store plenty of items from bedding to carpets. curtains and kitchen utensils. Other items as well. But while hear had a snack in the Caffè had a bacon barm cake each and potato weges and a coffee and cup of tea. ALL FOR £10 ISH. clean and tidy staff we welcomeing and freindly.

Love this shop, always buy just what I go for and then find things I really love to dress a room...The cafe is also good and the food delicious with a great variety of hot, cold and yummy cakes. We returned some items which was made easy by a pleasant assistant, no fuss and no nonsense. When we had chosen some other items, the checkout was a let down only two assistants on seven tills and a queue of twenty customers. Great shop and lots of free parking.

Bought a lovely table for my lounge yesterday, just what i was looking for. The quality is absolutely excellent and would definitely buy furniture from Dunelm again. The member of staff who gave assistance, sorry i cannot remember her name was so efficient and extremely helpful, but i have always found this to be the case with this store. A certain type of curtain hook was out of stock and a very kind lady working there tried to find some in the back, when she couldn't she asked one of the fitters, Ben, who then went to his van and fished out some of the required kind for free. What a pair of legends. Give them a payrise because we then ordered a chair and mat instead of buying the curtain hooks!

I visited last Saturday, after passing through the town. The store was very busy, quite a big queue but it moved quickly enough. I have nothing but praise for the staff who all wore masks and cleaned the baskets before we went in. All floor stickers telling us which way to go, although quite a few other customers ignored them as twice I had to move out of the way to keep 2m apart. Probably the best Dunelm store I have visited. Well done.

Spoke to a lovely lady member of staff called jo, this lady was very very polite and very very helpful she placed my item behind counter for me I was driving on motorway and asked if she would keep item aside for me this was no trouble at all for jo, she made my day and would like to thank her so much, she’s a credit to your company and store. A very interesting store selling a wide range of home ware products. The staff are polite and friendly. There is a lift to the mezzanine floor. There are reduced priced items near the lift, so grab yourself a bargain 😁👍🏼❤️

A very traditional and pretty place to visit. Beautiful,white building set in the hillside, but is quite a climb for the lovely restaurants that you'll find if you decide to venture through the quaint avenues of pretty buildings that are covered in beautiful flowers during the summer months. Parking can be difficult,but it is well worth persevering just to be able to miander through all the pretty and unusual shops.

Decent store which is packed with a lot of choice. You can almost definitely find what you're looking for, but you can always order online and collect. Downside is that some parts of the store do feel cramped, and there is a long queue for the checkouts, however the wait isn't usually too long. Plenty of parking is a plus.

Went to buy some kids bedroom decorations with a space theme for our grandson. We found most of what we were looking for but it was difficult to find a staff member to ask about missing items that we’d seen on the website. Otherwise it was a typical Dunelm experience with generally good value items. We did buy a large stuffed toy dinosaur that roared and it is now a much loved toy .
