My fridge on my fridge freezer wasn’t getting cold.rang for help. Advised to switch off appliance for 48 hours. Followed the advice. Fridge working perfectly again. Really appreciate the help given over the phone. Professional and friendly Definitely use again

I rang Jak as the fridge part of my fridge freezer wasn't working. He suggested I turn it off for 48 hours as it could be that the freezer had frozen up at the back before i get someone out. I did as advised and it worked! Saving myself alot of money! I can't thank him enough for his advice and honesty! I will happily call him out if I have a problem again. Highly recommend!
