Fantastic service. Fixed a TV that had gone pop. Great communication and expertise. Meant that rather than buying a new TV I had it fixed for a 10th of the price.

Edited : I’ll be the first to admit I was completely wrong about this company, the owner Jack (who I believed I was speaking to on the phone) made contact and apologized on behalf of the employee who I did speak to. (He also said he would apologize directly to myself but it was just a misunderstanding, so it’s been forgotten now) After this the customer service I received was perfect, I was kept informed of what was happening when I went ahead with the repair, when to expect the tv back and what was wrong with it. Jack was polite and so friendly, I totally understand the reviews now, if I ever have any problems with my tv again, this will be the first place I go to. Thank you Jack. Emailed a few times with no response, rang and got laughed at when I asked for a quote without bringing my tv in, (I don’t drive and it’s huge) even though I said I could provide the model number, make, size and I knew what was wrong with it. I did get a quote though, so 2 stars it is. Was expecting great customer service from reading reviews.

Used these guys twice now, great experience both times. Recently took in my Hisense tv which screen wasn’t coming on. Was close to binning it but thought will use the shop’s knowledge first. It’s a free quote when you drop it off before any work is undertaken. Glad I did, as one of the LED strips was simply loose they did this for me free of charge! Genuine customer service and will be using them again. Give them a chance, you won’t regret it. Thanks Mr Henry (wifes gmail account)

Did a good job on my smart tv that was stuck on standby. Cost £75 for parts to be supplied and fitted with a 12 month guarantee. Works perfect and saves me spending more on a new tv. They also convert old camcorder tapes to dvd or USB for £10 which was well worth paying.

Very nice people and very professional. They offer a free estimate so no commitment if it's obviously out off your budget. But it definitely saved me buying a new TV by a lot so definitely when it isn't an old TV anyway. I would definitely give them a go instead of wasting your money on new. They did warn me about them being busy which I like, there's nothing worse then being told they will look at it straight away and really they can't. Keep up the good work, I'll definitely use them again.

Great service, took in my TV for independent inspection and report required for a Consumer Rights Act claim with another retailer. Within hours of taking the TV into them their engineer, Jack, called me with a full diagnosis, options for repair, likely outcomes and advice on progressing my claim. Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service. We bought 2 TVs. One needed to be fitted neatly onto the wall. Job done ! Great family firm. Had an issue with my TV as it wouldn't come out of standby mode. After a couple of visits they diagnosed the issue and quoted me for a repair. Jack was extremely friendly and helpful, he managed to keep me updated whilst they put my TV on test. Couldn't thank these guys enough. Smashing firm!

Great service! My TV was only just out of warranty, but was having problems tuning in to channels. They looked at it for free, and gave me a no obligation quote to fix the fault. All the staff were friendly and informative, the repair costs were reasonable and I got my TV back quickly. Also, the shop dog is adorable, A* customer service. Will definitely use again. Can't thank John enough at Littlers TV for repairing my TV. Sony Bravia KD-55XE9305. Phoned around locally at first but no one would touch my Sony, this was not the case with John. Due to the lockdown I followed the answer phone instructions and contacted through facebook. I then described what was happening when my TV stopped working and was contacted a short time later with a response on what the problem could be and asked to bring it in to fully diagnose the issue. A few days later after dropping of the TV, I was contacted with a explanation on what the fault was, an ETA repair time and the total cost for repair with a 6 month guarantee. After giving the go ahead, repair time was just short of a week with needing to order parts in. Walking in the shop and seeing my TV working again was fantastic. I defiantly know if I ever encounter any other problems in the future with any of our TV's, I will know who to contact.
