Reviews of The Range, Warrington
S. O.
A shop for everyone, plenty of choices, good prices, looking forward to visiting for the Christmas shopping. Very good quality outdoor furniture. A good selection of household items
P. S.
Quite a hidden surprise within the Range estate of shops. I'm guessing this store could once have been a gym with upstairs running track but it is now quite a unique store offering the full range, the Range has to offer. Also tucked away in one corner is a very well stocked and tidy Iceland store!
You want more? OK...there is also a large cafe located upstairs with customer toilets!
i. s.
What a great place to browse, get ideas, shop and at good prices.
Staff were very helpful and no pressure selling.
Yes definitely will be visiting again.
J. H.
Never been here before so didn't know what to expect. Great selection of items to choose from, as well as an Iceland. The only thing that was really annoying, was the amount of items that had no prices on the shelves. I would have bought so much kore had I known the price. Stock everywhere in cages, and made it look messy.
B. L.
It’s great the cafe is back open. Iceland inside is handy. There’s such a wide range of products and the furniture section upstairs is good as well.
J. J.
Love coming here, however since being converted from the gym previously the pool was not drained down therefore often there is a stagnated water smell over towards the left of the shop when you walk in..
Appears to minimal staff also, who tend to look like they are rushed off their feet.
P. S.
This store is not my cup of tea, but I do understand that some people like shopping 🛒 here. You can buy almost anything here. But saying that not all items are at bargain prices. Also I have to say that it could do with a proper organisation of stock. Cafe is a nice addition and cafe staff is very friendly.
J. V.
A very large store, just outside of the heart of Warrington. The store is spread over two levels and was reasonably stocked.
The store was generally very pleasing to visit, but on the top floor there were some boxes and items in the middle of being unpacked (but nobody appeared to be working on it). Admittedly a minor gripe, but the difference for me between a 4 and a 5 star review.
I would definitely visit the store again however.
M. T.
Store with hobby staff, furniture, home accessories. Shop Iceland in the store...
G. D.
Warrington is a half decent store with plenty of stock over the two levels. The main isle at the back always seems quite scruffy with new stock abandoned on pallets though. Other stores within the northwest seem much cleaner and organised.
Also why does it smell like rotten eggs in there?
C. B.
Range of products are good, bigger than most The Ranges. Lots of products repeated every few aisles. Trolley situation is silly as the trolleys don't take new £1 coins, but half of the trolleys still have coin attachments.
A. W.
Had no idea how huge it was inside. Would take a few hours just to wander around. However, i didnt find exactly what I wanted ...
M. G.
OK shoo. Always smells musty inside and frequently missing price tags on the shelves. Always wind up buying something when I visit though so generally not a bad shop but could do with a makeover.
P. D.
I like the range, but it always seems that they are in the middle of restocking with pallets left out and about. Choice of goods is good and we often come away with far more than we went for 🙂
J. G.
They more often than not have want you want and you very often leave with a few things you didn't plan to as well. They would of got a higher star rating if getting served wasn't as erratic and chaotic as it sometimes is.
C. L.
I enjoy this shop...usually has a large selection and fairly well presented. Big downside is not everything is price labeled
D. R.
Massive store with plenty of choice, you can easily spend a fortune in here on stuff you don't really need
S. B.
Always great customer service. Great choice of home decor and household goods at affordable prices. Good sized car park, and has an independent cafe on top floor. Good for week day or weekend visits.
I. P.
I love this store especially at Halloween and Christmas. Fantastic range of decorations for both occasions. Staff very friendly especially in the cafe upstairs. Slightly marred by an older large male gentleman who had a bad attitude the last time I was in going through the till.
T.
No air con so unbearable to shop in if its warm outside. Lots of missing prices too
t. a.
I love the range! So much stuff and we found exactly why we needed. At a great price
A. M.
I love the range. There is such a great choice of everything. Toys, household, crafty items etc.
M. S.
The service could've been better but however they had a variety of things and we got what we needed eventually.
T. P.
Better if everything was priced up correctly, items with no price items with wrong price
j. s.
One of the better ones I've been to. Large variety of items for the home.
S. J.
Nice example for the range. With a good variety of stock, and a great cafe
H. S. J. (.
Yes!!! Love shopping at the range 👍🏾😜 when the wife only wants a knife sharpener and a long mirror. I did like the Iceland section but wife wouldn't let me buy any lolly ices 😭
K. F.
Can always find something I need in here. Friendly staff and lovely products
I. T.
Wide range of goods on offer, friendly and helpful staff.
B. “. x.
Can spend a full day here and only get half way round the shop it's huge
J. J.
Ordered these items recently and they are perfect! Really good value for money and speedy delivery. Also very well packaged!
C. B.
Good range of items, some areas look unkept
M. H.
Various things to buy. Nice to mooch round. Cafe up stairs.
G. W.
Good all round store lots of variety
J. E.
There are some very nice vases and ornaments here. The artificial flowers are very reasonably priced.
V. L.
Love this place, so many different things 4 all crafts. Friendly staff & a lovely family cafe, food is good & the cakes r amazing
S. N.
Great selection of products and pleasant cafe. Enjoyed coffees.
M. C.
Not easy to find but lots of stock. Ordered on line and was quick arriving
G. P.
Very good selection of items compared to other ranges I've been very impressed
k. S.
Well stocked, great coffee, found what we wanted. Staff helpful
D. L.
We went in for a fire guard having recently got a new arrival; a very curious kitten who wants to explore the chimney. None in stock although they sell fires. Deducted a star although it normally would be five. No plastic garden pots either.
Saw a lady going through the tills with two fabulous hanging baskets complete with artificial flowers.
Bought a great curtain pole.
Good choice of crockery: quite expensive though.
Great drapery and bedding.
Have had some lovely cut to size oil cloth from here.
Previously bought coir inserts. Wide selection of pet food too.
A. W.
I love the huge range of items sold (from art supplies to DIY to cleaning products and pet supplies). The biggest downside is the tills. Even if there is only one person in front of you it takes forever to get served and get out
t. c.
Great shopping lot of items, household, gifts, nick nacks, diy, paint, paper, toys, bedding, art/Crafts kitchenware etc and loads more under one roof. Free car parking as well. They have started to get halloween and Christmas stuff on the shelves
E. J.
Lots of products to look out with good car parking
J. L.
Fantastic selection of crafting materials for all the family. All at very reasonably priced.
S. L.
Yhe Range has changed its got lovely verityof goods.
H. H.
First ever visit to Warrington store... signage could be better, sat nav got me close but had to drive round and come back on myself ..got there by process of elimination... worth it, well stocked, love the Range
M. G.
Good end of line stuff and art material bargains
D. G.
Was served by a lovely lady, very chatty and warm
L. P.
Absolutely loved it. Made a large buy and a few small ones
M. M.
I love the range of products at the Range and when the cafe is open I could spend all day there. There is however one big problem which has been the same for a few years now. The pricing on the shelves is very poor. Each time I go I end up having to get price checks on over 50% of the goods I'm interested in. It is very frustrating and makes it difficult to decide what to buy. I have reported it to Customer Services and I think once asked to speak to a Manager but nothing changes. It gives me the impression they are very short staffed. If it werent for this I would give it 5 stars
D. S.
Lots of different arts & craft,DIY,toys, pet care products etc in store. Also they have an Iceland shop & a restaurant in store. The restaurant serves a small menu, but excellent food.I can recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala which is an Iceland product & also the tuna Jacket Potato.Dirk.
A. V.
Not been here for a very long time. Very impressed. Will definitely be going back.
B. P.
Great to get products at the right price.
K. F.
I bought a large unit for the Range, they were very helpful they not only did the young lad carry it to the counter for me but to my car, thank you so much, and you have great gift ideas, a great place to shop, i highly recommended a visit no matter what your looking for
D.
Nice little store with Iceland, Iceland sells a lot of frozen food like B&M Express, it’s just like that but with the Harry Ramsden branded food, some Greggs freezer items etc, lift is not great going up and down very rough and way too slow, please improve your lift range, toilets are quite hard to find but because I saw the sign for the cafe upstairs, I went upstairs and the toilet was upstairs behind a bed, urinals stink of wee, need more cubicals and the taps often don’t work, sell a bit of aftershave too, overall a nice shop
G. D.
Brilliant shop something for everyone and every budget
s. g.
Ideal has bear enough everything you need under one roof
K. B.
A bit messy due to.customers throwing stuff everywhere when looking for things, poor staff have a hell of a job trying to tidy up after them, the manager here could probably do with a few more people on shift to help.with this,
Lovely store just a she on.peoples attitudes to their stock, just being honest
D. L.
Location isn't the best we drove around 3 times trying to find the place. We went for garden furniture but most of it was Cheap and tacky. The cafe was excellent great food and great staff.
C. B.
Loved it..lots to choose from but not a lot of cash to spend at the moment..I will be back
n. r.
Good parking, staff helpful and lots of good deals.
c. s.
Good all-round shopping place. Even bought piping nozzle for cakes.
G. W.
Availability loads better than the last time I shopped there and prices seem cheaper. All round, spot on.
D. O.
Great shopping experience. The store is a good size but not too big to get around and the variety of goods is amazing. Great for home furnishings, garden ornaments. There's also an extensive arts and crafts section, upstairs for chairs and couches plus toys, sports and games.
At the back upstairs is a cafe for food and drinks.
Recently a section has been given over to Iceland so food and alcohol shopping is also available now.
C. D.
Good for ideas but can buy cheaper elsewhere
j. b.
Excellent range of goods, plenty of choice in all departments.
T. W.
Like all the others in this chain of shops, but this one is very large.
J. B.
Seems in need of some tlc. Looks tired and untidy oustide and inside. Shelving empty in places although that might be unavoidable. Something missing in the shopping experience. Store quiet whenever we've gone. Some nice items though.
L. C.
Lots of general product choice and now Xmas decorations all at affordable prices. Nice Dee Dees/Costa Cafe too!!
J. A.
Lots of stuff especially best for Christmas decorations even onna busy Sunday we were served very fast
g. r.
Loved the new look and layout. Plenty of new stock on display. Got everything I went for. A lot better and more pleasant to walk around with the new layout.
a. m.
Huge place. One stop shop for everything. The home decor section is one of the best. Friendly staff always on hand to help with any queries. The variety of products is pretty awesome.
d. S.
The range in Warrington was great. Staff were very helpful. They only had 1 dog coat but were able to guide me to the St helens branch were I was able to purchase two more coats. and was very satisfied. Its great that this store has a iceland inside it as I did both shops in one place. Would highly recommend this store. And I will definitely be using it again.
Y. M.
Great place. Can find everything that you need for your home.
J. M.
Considering the size of the place from the outside it's fairly underwhelming when inside. Downstairs is general bits and jobs with a frozen food section at the back an up stairs basically looks like a yard sale. It's not particularly a bad shop though everything they have you can get from town so it's really not worth going out of the way.
k. h.
Good parking. Clean and bright.shop. staff helpful and friendly. Lovely cafe and clea toilets
J. M.
Loads of choice, everything from DIY, homewares & even a coffee shop.
H. R.
Very nice and lovely stuff
D. J. 7.
Must admit it, I'm sort of addicted to this shop 😂🤣
95% of the stuff I buy for my house i get from The Range.
They just have tons of great stuff at great prices, what more could one ask for 😁❤😁❤😁❤😁❤😁
M. K.
The Warrington store is great, very clean, staff are friendly even have an Iceland. There was one member of staff Colette was lovely I seen her first on the door she was very polite and happy making sure all trolleys and baskets were clean never stood still going over to customers that was bring back trolleys and reminding people of the social distancing, we later seen her upstairs and was more than happy to check a couple of prices, she's a credit to the store and thank you to all the staff for coming to work during this pandemic.
J. G.
Absolutely love the range could spend all day in there...the way they have everything you need is amazing and at great prices....
S. L.
I like range but I couldn't find anything and all stuff put in wrong place so it's difficult to find prize and have to ask all the time to staff for prize. But other then that it's nice because they got everything in one shop so don't need to go everywhere and staff are so helpful, and kind they working so hard.
A. C.
Full Of Amazing Things Love This Store ❤
D. B.
I treat the range as somewhere to wander round and browse when I've got little else to do. In this case I went into to see if they had mahogany varnish which seemed in short supply elsewhere. Yes they did. I bought it. I would also have bought a rather nice an end of line gazebo but someone had beaten me to it.
N. B.
Highly recommend if you are renovating or just moved home. Didn't think about it when we went and spent a couple hundred in B&Q, when most of the products we bought (mirrors, shelves, paint - limited range maybe) were available at the Range for a lot less.
When purchasing a mirror that was cracked, they were great at checking the replacement and helping to box up nicely.
Staff were helpful and there is a decent size cafe (not sampled what they offer) and customer toilets / baby change also available.
A decent range of pet supplies available too.
R. R.
Quite good prices and a lot of variety items, bit of a drainage smell in the store but not that bad, will visit the store again
T. S.
Not exactly what I expected. Looks like it's not full up and running yet. Think covid has had an impact on the store. I love going to The Range, hopefully will bounce back soon.
M. G.
Excellent range (excuse pun) of profucts. Generally fully stocked. Good floor markings for shoppers to observe social distancing. Some customers were ignoring the one way systems which was poor by them.
C. L. N.
Not enough staff and I was buying a lot of bulky items and the tills are not geared up for that. The lady on the tills was lovely and sorted out a second trolley to move things into as she scanned them. The bloke on customer service was proper grumpy and miserable!
S. B.
Great for browsing. Iceland is also there. Although a bit cramped.
E. L.
Great for allsorts of bits and pieces, paint, furniture, tools (low quality) but handy for one off jobs, toys, food and snacks. Also a great place for hobby odds and ends. Staff usually friendly and helpful.
J. A.
We went in today and bought some garden furniture. Helpful staff & large store. Used to be an old fitness centre years ago, so plenty of space to shop. Also holds an Iceland section.
J. R.
Great place for crafts and art paints, always good for a mooch. Not all items are priced so it's guesswork. Always a queue at the tills. Parking is free and lots of space. Overall it's a nice shop.
A. J.
Good access. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible. Flat surface car park. No slants or small hills like some carparks I have parked in, where your trolley goes half way down the car park by the time you turn round. Clean in-store. Plenty of choice. Hand sanitizer on entrance and a member of staff to show you the directions, due to Covid19! Have a really good range. I went in half hour before closing. Good job really otherwise I could have got carried away buying. Got a bargain on a huge painting. Was half price when got to checkout.
Doesn't serve food. But plenty of supermarket all around it such as Asda, Sainsbury's, TK Max, McDonald's...all within a 5-10 min walking distance.
D. W.
Stay safe with covid-19 😷🤧
The range is where myself and and my friend gaynor fell off a seat 💺 there haha 😄 😆 🤣 😅 😂 😜
But we were OK 👍
J. R.
I know some people love this shop and it does have a wide range of items on sale. Mostly, I find it cheap and tacky. Of the few purchases I have made here, most have been returned as they were substandard. You get what you pay for.
That said, my husband rates some of the gardening items.
S.
Did not have what we were looking for but it gave us some ideas
m. b.
Really wide range of products. Staff are pleasant + helpful. My only whinge is that loads of things have no price or the items have the wrong price label in front. This is a continuing problem + is a pain in the bum. Massive Christmas selection at really cheap prices - if you can find them ;)
E. R.
Have bought lots of products from the range household as well as garden, we moved house in december and it has been our saving grace during lockdown.
L. K.
Loved shopping in The Range, went with a list and got everything on it, even eye shadow & food.
Staff were very helpful and friendy.
They have antibacerial spray & hand gelat the entrance.
C. W.
The store had everything I needed. When I couldn't find something the assistant showed me where it was and she asked if she could help me with anything else. Really good service. The thing I didn't like was at the till where the assistant stapled a flyer to my receipt which was asking to fill out survey for chance of winning money. Extra paper I don't want or need and it took time to do that process. Why can't those things be printed on the receipt itself instead of wasting paper and time.
K. S.
Love it always come out with loads should keep away really 😁
A. J.
Hard to get in as road crossed but got in from main road. Well worth a visit.
G. B.
The range I wont be going there again I spend a lot there just lately I bought sum curtains from there I got the wrong size I wanted 66.90 but I got the shorter ones that were far to short my mistake but I go back thinking they wud swop but as I ad undone the pack they wont swop refund nothing I thought they were out of order I dont usually moan never go there if you expect to get any refund as they wont do it
a. w.
Usually love the range! Lighting broken or off downstairs. Upstairs is like a jumble sale! Old tired looking stock. Price labels worn or missing. The only good thing was I asked a lovely young man if you had any navy lampshades? He took me to the 2 you had in stock. Place is grubby and very tired looking. I won't be going to that branch again.
K. D.
Really helpful staff, bought 2 patio sets & extras, all delivered within 2 hrs from purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Unlike the bad experience at the St Helens store the day before.
E. B.
Needs to take more care and attention with regards to shelf edge label. I bought 3 items in 2 visits with no labels and I had to go to the CSD to check prices. However the store has a good range of products and the lady on the service desk was very pleasant
D. M.
Staff are extremely helpful! A huge variety of different of things to buy such as decorations, wallpaper, paint, garden equipment, pond items, toys etc and at Christmas they have some amazing Christmas decorations and items. They have a big variety of camping equipment and furniture for the house too
P. W.
I live in Runcorn and we have our own Range store, but it is not as large as the Warrington store. We came here for a look round and were impressed with the vast amount of stock. the shop is well laid out and clean. There is free parking, but spaces are a bit tight, and we had a driver who was a bit impatient trying to squeeze past us as we were parking up, but apart from that, we'll worth a visit
K. D.
Great for a brows. And buy something you didn't know you needed.
M. L.
I was a bit upset the cafe closed at 4pm. So couldn't have a cuppa, I th't that was early considering the store closed at 8pm!
b. B.
I would've given you a 5, your shop has a great range of goods. Good prices too, But...
I called in the other week with my disabled sister. Near the till area there was 2 members of your staff laughing at her. It was so obvious my sister told me about the girls as I thought she wasn't aware. As for the shop and the other stuff 👌
B. T.
Fantastic selection of lamps which is what we went to look for, got the perfect lamp for a fraction of the price I nearly bought on line that morning. Only one snag the cafe closes to early on a Saturday afternoon, lovely shop, great stock and would definitely recommend and go again!! 😊
J. B.
Always great on price with friendly staff. The only downside is that there are never enough people on the checkouts.
B. F. (. B.
Love the products here, generally much cheaper than anywhere else, and some useful and quirky things you wouldn’t find in the shops. Today we were blown away after going to Ikea and Dunelm at the quality and price of the curtains they stock - we left with 2 sets, curtain poles and will be back for more! Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is using their loo’s :D !
C. W.
The Rangers is my favourite place to go great for a coffee shop is marvellous good range of products at a reasonable price I'll give it 10 out of 10
A. K.
After the little refurb they've done, it has improved massively. More tidy, stuff easier to find. Prices are okay and with Iceland having a section now, it's like a one stop shop!
I. W.
Good for Christmas decorations and household goods. Now have freezer foods as well.
C. S.
I buy cheap craft items here but they sell everything from soft furnishings to lighting. Cafe isn't the best. They is a lift and ample parking. The company have a website.
J. D. M.
A great place to go for inexpensive presents! Arts & crafts selection is huge and caters for most activities. Lovely at Christmas. Cafe serves lovely food and Costa coffee. Staff always helpful and friendly
J. M.
Great shop but staff and customers just not adhering to social distancing. Stood at customer services for about 10 minutesbefore the lad behind the counter put his tags down and begrudgingly served me, nd I think he only did that because my tiny baby started crying 😢 disappointing.
A. H.
I like the store's products. But the store needs more staff and better arrangements for the product's."you feel your self in poundland " which should not be the case.
The labeling system not comfortable and a lot of items are not priced.
The staff are nice and helpful though.
K. D.
Great range of decent quality products for your home, and with good prices. Even a coffee shop there, so you can relax a little, whilst considering your next patio furniture etc.
M. H.
Good selection of stock, although when I visited, I could not find the fishing tackle. Something I really missed on this visit!
A. W.
Staff are extraordinary. Very professional and nice. Although there are more customers during the lockdown, the staff are still keeping everything in place. It is great to shop at the Range
C. W.
It's quite good the Range, some good artwork, prints, tin wall art, well priced hardware and DIY items and good for bedding. If you've never been and you are a crafter you are in for a treat because they sell really quite cheap arts and crafts stuff. Loads of toys upstairs (you'll even find Our Generation toys up there) and a Cafe too. Word of warning on the Cafe though, it's slow...but actually really quite good. It's a real mix of stuff at Range for the home, garden, kitchen, and kid! Good Christmas stuff to at that time of year. Check it out.
j. f.
Well visited this store 10/11/17 the morning of.
We have been lots of times and always gone with a open mined this visit was not nice the staff are poorly dress and look like they have just fallen out of bed the greeting at the till checkout was nice and welcoming but her eyes where all round the area and not customer focused.
The pet food area was in a mess we had to ask for the price of most things as there where no prices inmost of the items we wanted to purchase.
The cafe well a mess all the tables was full of plates etc from the last customers that used them.
Coffe machine was broken there wS just normal coffe on offer and very expensive.
Shame really nice place to visit but does lack all the above .
Come on range where’s the manager sort this place out and we would be happier to return.
P. L.
Great range of products at very good prices. It took a while to find what I was looking for but the wait was worthwhile. Saved a lot of money highly recommend this store.
D. D.
Love this place!! Terrific value, and everything you could want all in one place.
P. B.
Excellent place for bargains and service
J. H.
Great shop, sells literally everything as generally comparative prices. Having everything under one roof makes it worth any slightly priclled items if I had shipped around
M. M.
Love the Range always get all the things that I need from there.
B. K.
Really nice place to shop for household goods, now has a handy Iceland inside for food but doesn't have an outer garden centre part like the Wigan branch, although does sell compost.
J. H.
Great warehouse style. Loads of household items to kit out your home or simply get inspiration. Arts and crafts section. Pet shop more geared for.fish cats and dogs. A little for small furries
L. R.
Lots of choice and customer service is very good ( didn't use to be)
J. F.
Easy access ,and great parking, lift to upper floor and a lovely inexpensive cafe,my mum is disabled so its hard to find an all shop that makes shopping easier for me ,but the range I would recommend to anyone, the staff are lovely too
J. F.
Could have spent a few hours in the Range, only nipped in, lots of fascinating items. The Christmas range was fabulous, lovely staff, definitely going back soon.
D. m.
Love this shop but staffing levels low.. never enough staff on the tills
t. k.
What a well organised store, from the minute you get there to leaving. They have so much choice and staff are so friendly. Will definitely be shopping here again.
S. C.
Not the great shop it used to be , staff indifferent. very difficult to manoeuvre round the aisles for disabled wheelchair and mobility scooter users too many piles of goods on display at each end of aisles. Need to tidy up this store!
M. R.
Bought a number of items from this store in the past year, staff always friendly and happy to help and in one instance management went above and beyond expectations to help me squeeze a table off display in my car and happily dismantled it and gave us an extra discount too. Will keep returning :)
L. B.
Has lots of good stuff! Staff I encountered had a "can't really be bothered" attitude.. Also many items not priced or in the wrong place on the shelf!
Shame really, could be a great shop.....
F. A.
Really nice and bright. Loads of lively Xmas decorations and great prices
A. W.
Drove to nearest store, 5 miles away, as goods shown to be in stock. Only 1 item in stock, but display item, so cannot sell. Also, only 1 item restock level. Therefore ordered to click and collect from store to guarantee. Item.
Why do they charge £2 To collect? Ripoff!!
M. O.
We went in today and I asked Two ladies that were working in an aisle for Two products that I wanted They looked down every Aisle to search for me They found One item but continued to look unsuccessfully but the thing is they tried very hard to help me Well done ladies
J. C.
Wide range of home, garden, pets and Christmas items. Also has a café and and Iceland food store.
L. D.
It's like Santa's grotto. You can get everything you need . And customer service is great. If I've had a problem with any item it's changed or money back . No quibble at all. I love the range
P. D.
Good selection of house and Garden items. Enabled me to check chairs for comfort and quality and check measurements so I could be certain they fit in the room before getting them delivered
J. S.
Good selection but lots of items don't have prices on the shelf edge.
T. G.
Recent move around hopefully now they will get their prices correct, great range of stock, plenty to choose from
T. B.
Great choice for crafting and hobby supplies, home interiors, decorating, pet supplies.. unfortunately the queuing at the tills lets it down because there's always wrongly priced items that need checking out, which holds everybody up! Not a place you can "nip in quick" 😐
G. S.
You would miss this place if you didn't know it was there just off Winwick road. Has pretty much everything you need for your home.
A. F.
Just moved into a new house. Really good place for getting the various bits and pieces. Staff nice and helpful too.
T. K.
I love range but feel like this one in Warrington is a bit messy & untidy, no price tags on items and staff arent very willing to help. I asked 2 members for help in one day and both of them looked like they had better things to do. I still purchased my items but felt rather uncomfortable. COVID measures are in place and one way system is clearly marked which is nice but people walk willy-nilly anyway 🤷♀️ It's a slightly overpriced B&M I'd say 🤷♀️
J. O.
They were moving everything around.so wasn't easy to find everything, but its good that iceland has moved in, everything under 1 roof.
D. B.
Hopefully better when they finish the refurb (visited in June '21). But it's a big one so loads too mooch around.
M. I.
Bought some lovely items for Christmas presents and enjoyed a meal in the cafe
s. b.
Broken ornaments in the Christmas display. Usually looks lovely at Christmas but this year staff cant be bothered. One of the expensive villages even had the train missing, was offered 10% off. REALLY 😭Very disappointed
J. L. (. J.
Same old range everything there that you need but lots of people especially at this time of year they have changed things around it looks better somehow still got loads if variety dont forget to have a look in the bargains section.
P. S.
Good selection of products at reasonable prices. Only problem is that there are too many missing price labels. Always having g to ask for a price.
K. G.
Had everything and more, great choices on lots of different products.
J. M.
Nice cafe with really helpful staff.
M. N.
Is the best place. Everything what I bought from them is good quality. I love making shopping from Range. Always I'm going for one thing, but I'm leaving with full basket.
a. b.
4 star but only because I could not find what I went in for. But that's all down to Iceland now being there so all the range stock has bern shifted round. Back to 5 star once the upheaval has ended
D. H.
Poor service. I found what I wanted to buy but some staff were standing around chatting, at one point blocking a gap between two aisles. Long queue at the till. Not impressed.
M. E.
So much to choose from and well impressed with their new Christmas range
C. W.
Store fantastic like mooching around some of the staff a bit grumpy and would benefit from either a face lift to put a smile on there faces or they need to go on a customer care course
J. S.
Managed to find everything I needed. Very reasonably priced. Good value.
F. C.
I find the range an excellent store to purchase paints and canvases for my artwork. But there is a good selection of household items at a good price
A. G.
Found this store better than our local one in Widnes. Love the cafe upstairs.
R. K.
Lots to choose from but I think the place would benefit from a clean once in a while theres stick everywhere on pallets wrapped in plastic . Theres no displays. No dedicated aisles.. somewhat quite confusing place to shop
R. W.
This shop has a nice stock of products but lacks in its customer after care i went in the warrington to store to exchange not get a REFUND!!!
for a tin a paint bought in error by my 70 year old mother after finding the paint witch was a £1 more not a problem HOW WRONG WAS I!!!!!
my mum never brought here card that she bought the paint with but not needed as i did not wont a refund an they said thats the rules there ok but it takes 72 hours to refund back to the card so how would that work if you had no money in the account?
You would have to make a return journey back there after its got back in your account
THE RANGE SHOP i think you need to review your policy!!!!!!
K. A.
Half of the prices are missing. Curtains, bedding... 2-3 price labels on the shelf and you have to guess the rest or keep asking staff. Apart from that, store is ok
K. W.
Fab shop..I love it here..dangerous though as far too many exciting things to buy. Brill for crafts..bedding and everything you need for the home at very good prices. Well worth a visit.
G. V.
Great for floristry things as a whole but a bit short of floristry accessories just now. . Bit chaotic today as most of the staff are putting out Xmas stock.
S. G.
Love to shop here usually come away with something christmas nativity today
F. W. “.
I love the big variety in this shop. I personally like to go for crafting stuff. Annoying is that a lot of things are not priced!
J. A. B.
Very good choice of items, found a fabulous picture, and other stuff we wanted, well worth a visit to peruse everything, sure you will like it.
j. w.
Omg!! so much here just work your way round then up to the cafe for a brew, then go round again.
M. S.
Absolutely massive so much to look for. Plenty is staff. Good prices visited around Christmas time so it was very busy. Easy to locate via sat nav.
J. M.
Has a wide range of products however on multiple occasions, the prices displayed on the shelf are not always the prices that are scanned at the till
M. S.
Just had my new sofas delivered by Ian and Craig how helpful the guys was they put the sofa reclining backs on for me and got rid of all the packaging both very professional very pleased with service and purchase 🖒.
S. P.
Well spaced out, good selection of goods, reasonably priced. Toilets clean and cafe not too badly priced. Lifts to Upper floor for disabled access
T. B.
Great service before going in, trollies are supplied and disinfected for you. Huge choice under one roof, good quality for price.
D. P.
Good place to shop. Great choice. Only problem is a lot of the items don't have a price on.very frustrating
A. C.
Getting a bit pricey now,
M. N.
Nice please, beautyful ormaments to home
A. E.
Good parking. Sells just about everything for the home, garden and crafts. Nice little cafe. Toilets. Lifts. Prices good too. Friendly staff.
M. B.
The worst went in today to get a soda stream, one was priced £99.99 down to £69.99 and they wouldn't honor it making my 6 year old who has autism have a meltdown in the store, will never go back to this or any other store
J. T.
Great store & well
Set out. The best one we’ve visited
R. J.
Nicely laid out, lovely cream tea in cafe, just need to get aircon sorted
K. P.
I don’t know why it always has a funny smell but today bit the bullet. It stank soooooooo bad in there.
L. W.
Everything you need and also has a small Iceland section. Household items, tools, Pet section, toys, crafts and much more
J. A.
Great store, great choice of things to buy. They even have an Iceland supermarket inside! Staff were very friendly and helpful too!
D. R.
Great selection here but not as well stocked as some of the other stores for particular items I happened to be looking for.
Still a great store and has a good selection of toys upstairs too.
M. “. K.
Great place to find most the stuff you need when moving. The prices are reasonable but if you look hard enough you will find things that are discounted pretty nicely
B. S.
Good place to go and get anything you need. Not bad on the prices too.
j. b.
There is such a great range of products, from fishing equipment to furniture, and home bits and bobs, and all at very good prices. There is also a very good cafe.
M. D.
It was my first visit. I did not enjoy it at all. Many of the items were not priced up and there was only one person on the tills.
C. D.
Good range of products and friendly staff. Nice coffee shop.
S. L.
The staff are always lovely, they even joked with me about my dietary needs and I'm now the fussy customer that they will hide from in future!
D. C.
Popped into get a few Christmas decorations for next year. So was busy but got what my partner wanted, could have done with a few more staff on hand though.
C. B.
Good choice of stock but no pricing on items is very annoying
Would have probably bought more if I'd known prices of things
k. L.
This is actually bigger than in st Helens and Widnes, much better as they seem to have more in this store
S. L.
Fantastic. Got more than I wanted but great prices. Staff courteous and helpful and wearing masks.
J. H.
Wow, I think I could really learn to love this shop but when you go for the first time it's really hard to find what you want. I hope to visit again without kids so I can find my bearings!
N. B.
Plenty of choices for your home and a reasonable selection of hobby/craft kits. Worth a walk around and covid 19 precautions are good
N. (.
Over all well organised and staff when available are very helpful.
It can be very difficult to locate things and often no one around to help.
D. R.
Love some of the new lines and still enjoyed shopping whilst they are having a massive refurb.
C. H.
Great for art and craft materials, kitchen essentials, home textiles and pet supplies. Also a big range of Christmas decorations etc at this time of year.
J. P.
Good shop with furniture and decorative items for your home, this "The Range" also has a small icelands in it
C. J.
Despite pandemic there seemed to be a lot of people in the shop and I desperately tried to stay away from people but they didnt stay away from me so I felt social distancing obviously didnt apply to others
K. M.
Café closed (currently houses stacks of stock for the furniture section) - no signage to tell us this though. Some sections well laid out, others seemed a little cluttered.
D. O.
Very well organised for covid but some of the customers ignored the one way system and social distancing and weren't challenged by staff
C.
A wide range of things, some cheap-quality stuff for high prices though as well as some high quality things, it's very mixed bag.
Plenty of parking. Easy access.
A. “. A. D.
Great value, they stock pretty much anything you would need for your home and garden
D. M.
You can usually find what you want at a reasonable price. A veritable extravaganza of home, garden, and hobby requisites. Big car park.
B. B.
Found the manager upstairs very abrupt and need training in man management,, we were trying to purchase a tent but all they had was the one on show, he then said you can have it if you take it down, so my wife asked would there be a deduction in price, as it was clear people had been inside the tent, he just said no chance turned away and walked off, won't be going again to the store in warrington again.
A. H.
A place to visit to browse and shop. Has everything you might need and now with the added bonus of Iceland being part of the store too you can get a food shop in too
B. F.
Great store there is very few staff, one assistant colette helped us many times on different departments and was very friendly and helpful. Nice cafe too well worth a visit.
C. H.
Great shop, everything you could possibly want for home, garden and leisure. We'll worth a visit. Really great prices too
L. A.
I just went with my mum and dad to help them pick out stuff for my sister's room, it's pretty much got everything there. Not too busy too.
H. K.
Love it here! Loads of products to buy especially the home stuff! I also love the craft section it's fantastic and reasonably priced.
D. L.
Good range of homeward & hardware. No marked prices on items - lost a star!
K. G.
Great place to find all sorts of stuff! Everything is really well priced. Just be prepared to wait for a while at the til
R. L.
Not sure which is worse, this place or IKEA. You can't go in without buying something. Staff were helpful too as we had to upgrade our basket to a trolley and they got one for us!
C. W.
The shop and it's content were fine, but the control of social distancing inside was rubbish. Too many people too close together.
A. C.
Really good for finishing touches to a home or art and crafts, but is lacking in some areas. Kitchen plates ect not great quality.
K. P.
Love this shop.
A. H.
Choice is still great and now has an Iceland shop inside

j. j.
Good inexpensive products but loads of staff including manager miling around dong nothing and ignoring the lengthy queues . Waiting ages to pay. Really poor customer service .
J. W.
good shop , sometimes hit and miss with what they have in stock
S. B.
Love the store, man on customer service desk, could do with learning his customer service skills as he was very rude, to customer and made her feel awkward and she left the store due to this.

T. D.
Sells Everything except groceries meat and fruit, extremely large but friendly atmosphere, nice and clean friendly café fairly priced warm food.
S. M.
Hit and miss in these shops, sometimes you can find a bargain but normally there's nothing special or cheap. And there are too many items with no prices shown- if you want to sell something put a price on it!
R. E.
Very disappointed with lack of Christmas stock considering still 2 weeks to shop. Iceland stock was much better in store.
J. B.
Excellent range of products at very reasonable prices. Good cafe like the coffee nice place to relax in after you are shopped out.
l. h.
Love it here could spend the day browsing great choice in all departments
P. B.
Lots of lovely things the only downside when I got to the till the assistant wouldn't help me to pack my bag after buying goods

Normally love this place, but it wasn't very well stocked today, and no matter how hard the staff tried to get more people on the tills, it just didn't happen.
B. L.
I am very pleased with this store's large selection of goods
K. P.
Great selection of household stuff, at remarkably good price. You have to check it out prior to purchasing from a bigger store name.

K. W.
Spacious with friendly and cheery staff. Excellent experience.
S. W.
A great Range of goods. Quite a large store, and the integrated Iceland store is a bonus.
S. P. G.
This has to be one of the most uninviting shops I have been in, the escalator didn't work and had not been cleaned for a long time. The whole place is a bit ramshackle, I will not be going back.
T. S.
Love this place. So much to choose form. And I can do my food shopping too.

A. W.
Good range of items at a really good price, staff seem a little uninterested though, and the lines are always long..
C. P.
Wide range of home and garden wares. Some great bargains, some not so great. Didn't eat in the cafe due to local stories about hygeine.
A. B.
Good shopping experience where you are able to see what you're buying before purchase. Lots better than on line.
T. M.
