Responded promptly to my phone call. Knew exactly what was up with the machine over the phone and came out the following day and machine all fixed in 30 mins. Have used Wayne Allen services twice. Once for my washing maching and also for my tumble drier. On each occaision he diagnosed the problem correctly. His rates were very good and he came at the time arranged. I would use him again in the future.

Called Wayne to come and repair our Washer Dryer after reading all of the positive reviews about him. I am wary of using people who I don't know, to do a job. Too many cowboys wanting to rip you off. Wayne certainly isn't that, he came out and looked at the appliance and said within a minute or so that it needed scrapping. He made no attempt to hoodwink us into thinking it could be repaired, he told us it was more economical to get it replaced. He made no call out charges and even emptied the water out of the appliance that I couldn't get the programme to do. I have no hesitation in using Wayne or recommending him to anybody else, he was a straight forward and honest guy and guys like him don't need to con people, he is too busy doing honest jobs. Funnily enough, my wife was on a Lymm Local website where somebody had asked for a recommended appliance repair engineer. My wife suggested Wayne Allen, as did all the other suggestions. It was a case of, Wayne Allen, Wayne Allen, Wayne Allen, Wayne Allen, over and over again. I will be keeping his number in my drawer for future reference. Cheers bud, A&D.

Wayne popped out after noticed a burning smell on washer dryer. Arrived on time and was very professional and reassuring. Did a full check of machine and explained its workings to reassure. No issue found therfore did not charge a call out. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Rang Wayne at 10.00 am Monday 28th Dec arrived 11.15 am and said my washing machine was not repairable. NO CHARGE. He wouldn't accept any payment even though I insisted. Can't get a better service than that. Very friendly repair man who I would recommend without reservation.

I would recommend Wayne to anyone , a friendly top service there exactly when he said he would be , advised me he could fix the washer but it would be more economical to buy a new one didn't charge me a penny !! Wouldn't take anything he could just have fixed it and walked away with my money I would have been no wiser . Thanks again Wayne not many people like him out there .

My wife rang Wayne when our Washing machine had stopped. She described what was wrong and he advised that its probably the child lock, take a look on youtube and you'll find a video that'll show you how to fix it. 5 Minutes later - fixed! A truly honest and decent guy, could have easily came out and charged us etc. Highly Recommend!

Brilliant service. Gentleman came, had a quick look and said what is wrong with washing machine (didnt took any money for it) He suggested to buy new one as new part for old one would be over £100. So we took the advice and went for new one. We bought Beko (as was suggested ) and we even get a tip from Wayne to go to Currys as they were on sale! BRILLIANT and THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR VERY GOOD SERVICE. IF I will need that kind of service in a future I will definitely use this company again.
