I am so happy I found Paul, he's very professional and polite. He called in on the same day to attempt to repair my washing machine. Unfortunately it was not possible (circuit board had failed) and given the age of the washing machine (15 years) it was not worth replacing it (and not worth the wait for the component to arrive either). He offered to supply another one, at a competitive price, supplied and fitted which he did the next day after working hours. if I had purchased the same model anywhere else I would have paid more and would have surely waited for a week at least. Last but not least, he's very attentive to detail, he's been very thorough with the fitting, careful and also respectful of property. I can't recommend him enough. I contacted Paul about a repair to a dishwasher. Although Paul was not able to help directly as I was asking if it was possible to fix a control panel component he gave me very useful advice and contacts to see if the problem could be solved by a specialist electronics company. I messaged Paul @ eight thirty one evening with my query regarding the supply and installation of a new integrated dishwasher and he was round looking at the job by mid afternoon the following day after providing me with an email that listed several options and prices that were all inclusive of supply, fit and removal of the old dishwasher. After agreeing what new dishwasher we wanted Paul arrived promptly the next day after collecting the new machine from Preston and then spent a solid 3 hours carefully removing the old machine and fitting the new one. Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with from initial contact through to handover of the new machine. Paul's technical knowledge and work was first class, he left the kitchen immaculate and took great care when installing the new machine. Paul was a real pleasure to deal with and clearly goes above and beyond for his customers and all his communications are clear and timely. I have no hesitation in recommending him and would use him again in the future.

Initial call on Friday (which Paul managed to fit in the initial inspection on the same day) and was fully fixed by 10am on the following Monday which included sourcing the part. Honest, very reliable and prompt! We contacted Paul in morning to check washing machine due to leak. Although he had busy schedule, he offered to call in the afternoon. He arrived on time and did a thorough check of the machine. He gave us couple of options to rectify the issue. Paul was brilliant. I purchased a washer dryer from curry's just over 12 months ago. The main mother board was goosed and Paul came out and inspected my washer, written a report for me to send off to Curry's and helped me with the whole process, as they wouldn't consider changing it it without receiving a written report. Curry's were terrible and in the end, even though they deemed it was a manufacturing fault, i had to go out and buy a brand new washer only 16 months after spending £600 for one at curry's. Anyone that needs any assistance with their appliances need to speak to this man. I tried others who were hopeless and Paul went above and beyond to help us. Thanks Paul you helped us out big time.

Washing machine was not draining. Paul came out promptly and diagnosed that the drain hose was blocked. He cleared the blockage and tested the machine - all working. He also advised that the electrics of the machine might cause a problem in the future and to keep an eye on it. Very friendly and professional approach. Great value. Contacted this fella regarding my tumble dryer that hadn’t worked in ages. He mentioned on the phone a few common problems and faulty parts that may be causing the issue and pre warned me about the costs involved if his diagnosis proved correct. He turned up bang on time and was really pleasant and friendly. He cracked on and stripped down the back of the machine and realised that one of the little thermostats on the back simply needed resetting. He could have changed for replacement parts regardless as I’d have been non the wiser and made a few more quid for them. Not to mention the extra time it would have taken, which would have also cost. But he didn’t. He explained it to me in a way I understood. Cannot recommend this guy enough. Honest, reliable and more importantly trustworthy. 5 stars ain’t enough.
