I don't normally write reviews but wanted to thank Andrew for giving me some free advice. Have a Samsung washing machine that was tripping out. It then worked if you took the plug out the wall socket. I texted Andrew on a Sunday expecting a call back Monday but to my surprise he called and said its probably the molded plug that's faulty. Anyway replaced the plug and all perfect again. Have stored his number in my phone for future use - Perfect credit where credit is due

Amazing service! I called Andy late on Saturday afternoon and he came round before 9am on Sunday so that I didn’t need to take time off work. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and was gone within 30 minutes.Everything was left clean and tidy and my 13 year old machine is working perfectly. Called Andy in the afternoon about our 2 year old Hotpoint oven not working and he suggested a few ideas to avoid a visit but to no avail. contacted for advice on an appliance repair. answered the phone in a couple of rings and although they do not repair my type of appliance continued to offer me advice on what the problem might be and how best to go about getting it repaired as well as typical call out charges to expect and to watch out for inflated ones. Will definitely go back to them again if I have an issue with other appliances that they do deal with.

I spoke to Andrew on the phone and wasn't at all disappointed. Extremely honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Telephone diagnosis for free, when he could have visited and charged a fee. Great advice on what to buy next. I definitely recommend phoning Andrew.

Andy is great, such a lovely man. He is professional, certainly knows his trade and the sort of person you trust as soon as you meet him. He really cares about repairing your appliance as quickly as possible at a very reasonable cost. Very prompt service too. As luck would have it, all 3 of my major appliances are experiencing problems within weeks of each other, so I gave Andy a call to arrange a visit and some repairs. Though Andy could get hold of the most the parts, he spent 30mins of his time to guide me through various checks and procedures first to see if they cure the problems. I think we both knew the items were probably not worth repairing due to their age, meaning something else will go wrong sooner or later and that mean't more costs for me. I am sure there are some engineers who would have pushed the repairs knowing more would go wrong soon and more than likely they will get the repeat business, not Andy. A honest, knowledgable and genuine professional who actually cares you and your money! Highly recommended if you ever experience issues with your appliances.

Just rang Andy as my big oven wasn’t working . Crisis at Christmas! His forensic questioning ascertained that it was my clock that had inadvertently switched the oven off whilst we had switched off the power due to building work I was having done. He told me what to do and hey presto it’s all ok . He could have fobbed me off and come and played about and charged me a call out fee he didn’t!
