I. T.I contacted this company and was told very clearly the price and the service I would get. I agreed as I could not find any company nearer to me. I had a call back from a contractor within hours and the job was done within 3 days ( would have been sooner but a part had to be sourced). Workman who came was knowledgeable and experienced . Job done in 20minutes. All good. Experience with company staff was always good. Only beef I have was the price which I only accepted because I needed the cooker to work and could not afford the time to see what else was available. I guess I paid a premium for the quick service. I would use this company again but I would try more local companies first as I am sure they would be cheaper.
S. M.Really responsive, kept me up to date as to when the engineer would arrive. Even though a part was needed which had to be ordered, the fridge/freezer was still up and running in a week. Engineers were excellent. Good service and good value for money. Would use again

They responded to my request and sourced a new dishwasher of excellent value and readily available which was delivered and fitted within 3 days. A. W.These guys got me out of a spot. My washing machine was jammed with a full load inside, someone was there within an hour. Also kindly gave me some advice on my dishwasher which hasn't been working well! Great service all round
R. T. J.On the plus side it was quick and convenient to find a central service that could locate someone able and qualified to undertake a repair, having shopped around several independent contractors who were unable to help.
On the minus side they take your money straight away, but it required a second phone call to chase the contractor to get in touch and and, when he arrived, it was a two minute fix, so poor value for money (at least on this occasion)
J. C.I had a broken Miele fridge freezer, I called repair network and I spoke to someone called Joe who was friendly and took me through some repair options. I choose option 2 as I know parts are expensive on this brand - luckily it only needed 2 parts which were covered in my plan. Bit of a wait for parts but once they arrived engineer came straight back out and completed the job and my fridge is back in working order.

A. I.Really impressed with this company. I was sceptical at first when they asked me to pay up front but was reassured by Barbara that they are genuine which they turned out to be. After booking I had an engineer to my property within 48hours who fixed my Miele Dishwasher that same day as he had the parts with him. Great service from Barbara and from the engineer.

The broken fried freezer is still working, and we are delighted.They offered me fixed price repair £149 for my beko fridge freezer and the assigned engineer visited my property within the same day with required parts to fix it. M. D.I can't express how much of a life saver this company is, Fridge Freezer completely died on me during the morning while I was getting the kids ready (NIGHTMARE!) Requested a call back, and like it says on the tin someone called me back in lighting speed. had an paid £129 and went ahead and took the insurance option with it. Had an engineer out by the next day, Engineer called when he was on his way, came tried to fix it said it needed a part, wasn't to fussed because the package i went for covered me up to £250 in parts. condenser fan motor needed to be replace and he recommended getting new magnets for the inside of the door. Went ahead and ordered the parts was back the next to to fit them in. about a month later the fridge has completely conked out again, and he was back the next day and had it up and running again at no extra charge.
