F. H.Marco diagnosed and explained the problem quickly, popped out for the part required for the repair and returned and fixed it without delay. He was polite, friendly, competent and reasonably priced. His communication by phone and text to arrange the appointment was great. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
R. G.Marco came out of his way to fix our oven on a Saturday as I was unable to make the Friday as I was working! After finding the problem quickly he was able to fix it with no issues. If anything was to go wrong again with any of our appliances I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again!
T. H.Marco turned up in time and was very friendly. He investigated our dishwasher fault, tested the heating element and diagnosed a faulty control unit. He was very helpful and honest. He advised us that the replacement part would probably cost about the same as a new machine. He recommended the best brands, and offered to fit the new machine. So he saved us money, even though he could have got more work for himself.
Just updating the review, as we called Marco out again. This time it was for a faulty fabric conditioner drawer on our washing machine. Marco was prompt, and had the spare part in his van. He was able to fit it and repair our machine within minutes of arrival.
