Click and collected a lamp shade this morning , when the shop assistant placed it on the counter, she noticed it was damaged and instantly searched on the system for a replacement. Very impressive service. Keep up the good work Argos Woking .

Usual Argos set up. Staff nice, parking free. Be very careful parking on a Friday, park more than one hour and you’ll get fined

It used to be the go-to place for household goods. Its system of placing your order and the goods delivered later is the fore-runner of the internet shopping system. It appears to be a shadow of its former self and will be see these shops within Sainsbury’s in the near future.

One lady on customer service desk very helpful , nobody on the tills at all! had to go back to customer service to ask to pay for my item !!! Same lady then came to serve me on the till?! Then waited for collection . Bit of disorganised chaos, need more staff .shame as Argos used to be so quick and easy to use.come back original Argos !!

I am a fan of Argos... but this particular store exceeds my expectations. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful. I had an issue collecting something large and there level of care was exemplary offering to help me with it to the car. I was very impressed.

Just wanted to say, I have had some issues with Ebay, and I was supposed to be getting my parcel to Argos, Long story short, Yodel mucked up and I still don't have it. However the service I got from Argos and it's staff was first class, they couldn't have done enough for me, I want to say a big thank you to Lee, Jess, The one with the Head set that helped on Sunday and the Asian lady that helped me on the Saturday. After we finally got the unmotivated staffs attention from behind the counter, it was an educational experience getting all ordered items that seemed scattered around behind the counter. The Argos experience at this store is becoming one of those things you only do when there are no alternatives.

No problems generally. I don’t tend to use Argos much but when I do I use the Fasttrack option. Relatively strait forward however if FastTrack is going to work, first thing to do is actually have the parcel ready for the customers collection as I had received a text long time before to tell me it was ready. I use fastTrack for a resoson and as I say, I usually do not have any problems and it was a whole lot quicker then paying in store but perhaps the organisation just needs a little polishing...

The staff here are friendly but have no clue. I suspect they have a high turnaround of staff. But hey you come for the good prices, just expect to wait while 1 person tries to find the items for all customers and 5 others stand around twiddling their thumbs...

Big store, but often do not stock the best value items that lured you in the first place. So it's a lower value upgrade, or continuing your search elsewhere. Check stock online first.

The website open times are WRONG. It closes at 16:00 on Sunday. The staff were superb to help me out and helped me with my purchase even though I was a couple of minutes late.
