Mark came round the morning after my enquiry. He was friendly and professional replacing a part on my washing machine and resolving the issue quickly It was good to be able to pay by debit card too as he had a card machine. Would recommend Mark and definitely use him again. 5 gold stars!

I called Mark because my washing machine wasn’t working and he promptly arranged an appointment. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed, but he was very professional explaining what was the issue. As I was a bit lost with all the brands and stores available for purchase I asked for recommendations for my new washing machine, which he gave me and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Mark was absolutely brilliant in diagnosing and repairing the fault with my tumble dryer, and saved a lot of money in avoiding a replacement. His fixed-fee service gave peace of mind on the costs. He carries lots of parts for most tumble dryers, and managed to very quickly order in the belt needed for mine, and fitted it the next week. He's honest as the day is long, on time, and has the friendliest most approachable manner. If something else goes wrong with a domestic appliance, he'll be my first call.

Our oven had stopped working so I called MJH services who came out within the hour. Lovely, professional man, a quick repair and had spare parts on his van. Oven is now fixed in time for Christmas! Very good value for money, would absolutely recommend!

Having used Mark previously to repair an oven in a rental flat he was my first port of call when our home oven packed up today. He managed to fit us in on the day of calling, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the fault - a burnt out heater element. Can’t fault the service or the value for money. Having used Mark on a previous occasion and being very happy with his work, I called him again as thought my oven wasn't working. He agreed to call round within a couple of hours - a few minutes after calling him I realised it wasn't working as I hadn't reset the timer....red face!! Called Mark and explained and he happily cancelled coming round. So although I didn't need him today afterall, I'd still be more than happy to recommend Mark based on previous experience of genuinely having to use him when he did an excellent job, and also based on how prompt he would have been today. We were passed Mark's details by a family member, after having an issue with our dishwasher. Having trawled over the internet to see what the issue could be, we contacted Mark who promptly arranged a time slot, and he diagnosed the the issue immediately. He had the required part in his van, and fixed the dishwasher within 30 minutes. We unfortunately had another appliance fail a week later. With no hesitation, we called Mark, who again, diagnosed the issue within minutes and fixed it immediately. Polite, friendly, knowledgable and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!

I had Mark come and take a look at my dishwasher which was tripping out the house circuit board. After a short look and a test Mark identified that it was the heating element. The part had to be ordered in however it only took a few days and Mark kept me in contact with how much the part was going to cost and would I like to proceed with the fix. I found Mark very knowledgeable, safe in what he was doing and before visiting asked about if it was ok to work in the kitchen alone due to distancing and if we had any COVID 19 symptoms before even attending the house. Thanks again Mark and should any of my appliances go wrong in the future I’ll be straight on the phone to you.

Professional and helpful. Despite my washing machine being beyond economical repair, Mark's advice on Sale of Goods act (my machine was 2 months over warranty) and swift supply of Mark's report, I got £400 back from AO (depreciation value).
