What a fabulous company. I hadn’t come across Rowen and Wren before but stumbled across their website and was really impressed by the range of unique and beautiful products. I ordered a carafe and 8 glasses for my niece’s birthday and unfortunately 2 of them arrived damaged. It was really unlucky as they were packaged perfectly. The customer service I received from Mark could not have been better and replacements were sent out super swiftly. On further browsing of their website I found so many more beautiful pieces that I am now in love with, especially their range of linen napkins and table cloths. Love it all. So pleased that I found you!

Quite simply amazing! The products are gorgeous (and just the right amount to choose from!) and my experience of ordering, delivery etc has been fantastic over the last few years. It gets even better though, as I found out over the last 24 hrs, when asking for some help with an item I had purchased last year. Cameron was fantastic, very quick response, respectful and genuinely kind and helpful and the matter was resolved quickly and exceeded my expectations. Lovely website and my order was sent very quickly. It sounds silly but I couldn't find bathroom accessories I liked anywhere, they were all too fussy & shiny chrome. So I ordered the nickel toilet roll holder, towel ring, tumbler and soap dispenser - they are exactly what I was after, understated and good quality. My only feedback would be try to get rid of the polystyrene (only on 1 product). Thank you :)

I bought 3 glass pendant lights from Rowen & Wren quite some years ago. They still look amazing, right up to the point where I managed to smash one with a length of wood as I was walking through the dining room. Thankfully R&W came to my rescue and sold me a new glass shade at what I consider a very reasonable price, marriage saved! Thankyou.

Rowen and Wren have a well curated web presence with a boutique look and feel, but my experience ordering furniture from them was anything but boutique. They were not proactive in communicating delays to my furniture order, so I had to continuously chase them about my order. I was not able to contact anyone via phone, and it took multiple exchanges to get an accurate timeframe from them. In total, it took nearly 16 weeks from the initial order to when I received the furniture, well over the initial quoted timeframe of 8-10 weeks. I was also promised that as an apology they would refund the delivery fee, and yet the refund has still not materialised nearly a month later. A summary of my experience can be found below: On May 19th I ordered two Bromley wingback chairs and two Edmund footstools to match. I was quoted 8-10 weeks for delivery. - 9 weeks went by and I received no communication regarding my order so I contacted their customer service team via email. I was told that the armchairs were ready, but the footstools were not, and that as soon as they were ready I’d be contacted by their courier partners to arrange delivery for the entire order. - 2 weeks later (11 weeks after the initial order date) I followed up again, as I received no further communication regarding my order. I tried to call the customer service number but no one answered and there was no automated system, or way to leave a message. I emailed to ask for an estimated timeframe for when the order would be ready. I was told that they were still waiting for the footstools but that they would be due imminently (within 2-3 days). - Later that same day I was contacted again to be told that the in fact the footstools would not be ready for another 3 weeks (15 weeks after the initial order date) - After all these delays and poor communication from Rowen and Wren, the order was ready just in time for me to be away on business. I communicated this to the customer service representative, who reassured me they would personally work with the courier company to ensure delivery on a specific delivery date when I would be available. Despite this promise I was still contacted by the courier company with a delivery date during the time I would be unavailable The furniture itself looks to be of good quality hence the three stars, but my experience has left a really poor impression of this company.

I ordered the Ludlow garden bench. Its appeal lying in the fact that it folds away, we currently live in a property with communal spaces. Simply designed and surprisingly comfortable when piled with padded quilts and cushions I shall spend many happy hours on the best seat out of the house

I purchased 3 of the Flori brass pendant lights to go above the kitchen island and they look amazing. Even the way they were packaged was so beautiful and sophisticated.
