B. H.Fantastic customer service from everyone. After coming home from holiday to a broken washing machine, we went to the store and were able to purchase a new integrated machine with delivery and installation the next day. The chaps arrived with with the new machine and fitted it quickly and did a great job with the installation and making sure all was well. We then had another knock a few hours later with a different set of guys with a machine. It turned out that they were initially running late and in order for us to get our machine asap the manager Steve sent another team over to insure we received a working machine. I can't fault the dedication to customer service and we will certainly be using them again as opposed to the bigger businesses online.
V. N.Needed a part for my hoover washing machine, hoover themselves wanted to only sell me a new motor. RSM were able to find and match the part I needed and were incredible helpful and friendly, the part was a return and so didn't cost me much at all and the money was given to charity. Honestly could not recommend this company more!

M.I can highly recommend this company, we recently bought an integrated gas oven from them and paid for installation and the wonderful guy that installed it was so great as we have a small Victorian cottage and the way our our gas pipes were situated were stopping the new one from going in easily but after a lot of effort from him and rerouting the gas pipes with such perseverance which took a while he eventually got the job done, we were so pleased, so I’d give 100 stars if I could.

Delivery/installation team were very helpful and polite - did a slightly awkward fitting quickly, efficiently and well. Would certainly use again.

N. K.My 6 year old Dyson was screeching. Aldershot Dyson shop, sharp intake of breath and wanted £99 to change motor. Took it to RSM. Very polite. £25 investigation fee. The roller bearings were knackered. Total bill £40.96. Took just 2 days. Works great. Such nice people.
May use them if the wife screeches. No just kidding, she is an darling.

J. B.My built in microwave failed and RSM were most helpful in checking for a replacement of the same make and when that wasn't available, finding another make that fitted. They removed the old unit and fitted the replacement in 20minutes and left the place clean.
