Purchased a Samsung Q700a soundbar from these guys, it was £250 cheaper than elsewhere and the service was superb, there was a 1 day delay in delivery but Mick let me know & explained why, the product arrived as expected & I am super happy with the item & the service, well done . Nice to buy from a small local business, that Currys refused to price match. Bravo, I will be back for more

Better than CEX. Quick to answer phone, high quality customer service. High quality refurbished items. Ordered a tablet, part of it was faulty, but they replaced immediately as the issue was brought up to them. I've bought 2 items from them as of now. Will buy more in the future.

Bought a phone. was very sceptical that the price was so low, 15-20% lower than i was finding elsewhere. bought it listed as "very good condition". phone looked brand new i tried to find blemishes, to no avail , was delivered a day early. even if i was forced to criticise in any way i would have nothing bad to say. I actually had to spend some time checking Google Streetview and other review sites when I saw the price as I thought perhaps I was being scammed. But no, completely genuine, lovely product in immaculate condition, even with a full battery charge, and very fast very cheap delivery even during lockdown. I don't know if these guys are the best kept secret on the web or what, but my pristeen Galaxy Tab S6 was £80-£100 cheaper than I could find anywhere else including Amazon and eBay. Thanks team, this customer will be back!

Excellent service Thank you. I purchased a Samsung DP700A3D-S01UK PC from District Electricals. Before buying it I contacted them with a query about the PC and they were very helpful. I placed my order and the item was delivered with in 3 days ( I arranged to have the item delivered to a different address as I would not be at home on the day of delivery). We were contacted on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot. The item was exactly as described, and I am very pleased with the product. I contacted the company the day after I received it with a query about the PC and I was greeted with a very helpful response. All round I was very pleased with the service I received from District Electricals and would definitely recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Bought: Samsung Galaxy S2 9.7 32Gb Tablet graded A1 Wasn't sure about ordering a graded product, but took a punt based on the explanation that the product is perfectly fine. It arrived within a couple of days having had emails at every step explaining where the parcel was and when it would be delieverd. There were a couple of scuff marks on the box, but the product is immaculate - can't find a mark on it and it seems to work perfectly .....and at least £60 cheaper than buying new! Can't fault the experience and would have no problem recommeding.

Great service. I had an issue with a duplicate order (my fault, not theirs) after emailing them, within a few hours this was resolved and a refund was on its way back to me. Couldn't have been easier. The test of a company is how issues are resolved, and they did not disappoint. I wil be using them again.

Other companies could learn from their customer service. Good people. Even after received a faulty product, was returned and replaced within a day or two. Postage refunded and payment refunded. A good exerience never the less.
